This Christmas visit home is going to be different. I'm done hearing my family fret about my lack of job prospects and love life.
So I'll take that job at the cozy inn... even if it's a teensy bit haunted. I'll gamble that my totally human self can use a dusty spell book to summon my true love.
One mispronounced word later, and instead of my Prince Charming, I've summoned three fanged, purple demons.
Oops.
Thankfully, the demons are more excited than annoyed by my accidental summoning. They've got a paranormal problem only a witch can fix.
They offer me a deal: they'll solve my romantic crisis, and I'll use my newly discovered magic powers to set them right.
All three demons guide my awkward attempts at dating in their own tempting ways: one sweet, one grouchy, one seductive. Flirting practice evolves into scorching kisses and taking turns posing as my fake human boyfriend for Christmas... until I'm wondering if the love spell worked after all.
Are these incredible paranormal men exactly what my wounded heart needed? Or will they vanish from my life as soon as our deal is done?
*Very Merry Demons is a cozy paranormal why choose standalone with a bookish heroine, an accidental demon summoning (x3), a fake dating scenario that brings both sweetness and heat, and heaps of holiday spirit.*

UMMM this was SO cute. I absolutely loved the whimsy Christmas charm of Sweet Harbor Inn and its inhabitants. This book is the perfect addition to your end of the year TBR.
Faith is down on her luck and down on holiday spirit. Her mental health rep, trauma, and healing arc was fantastic. Kal, Lock, & Eri were 100000000% green flag “fake” boyfriends. They both had so much personality after the split, and I loved all of the different aspects. I loved the multiple POV’s, the paranormal aspects, and the sweet sweet demons. Also Marshmellow the winged cat was my favorite sassy thing. From making a stand against meddling parents, finding a place you belong, and finding true love… this book was just such a fun read.
PLOT: Five years prior, Faith went through something that was a bit traumatizing for her, and she was never quite the same. Her family was worried about her and kept trying to give her advice, but she wasn't exactly sure what she wanted to do.
She finds herself at an inn surrounded by paranormals, and takes a job helping the innkeeper, Juniper, with miscellaneous things before their Christmas celebration for what they believe will be the last month they'll remain open. Due to some concerning occurrences due to seemingly uneasy spirits, the building is scheduled to be demolished by the paranormal council.
While at the inn, Faith finds a spell book. Deciding to give it a go, she accidently summons three demons - Lock, Kal, and Eri. Three demons who used to be one entity before being split into who they are now after angering another demon. They make a deal - They help her get a real boyfriend, if she is able to put the three back together.
Over the month at the inn, weird (and dangerous) things keep happening, so Faith does what she can to help the building stay in shape until after the Christmas celebration. Meanwhile, the demons help her practice going on dates and having a boyfriend. Of course, all of their time together starts making her have feelings for them. Between her own personal issues, trying to get ready for the celebration, keep the inn in one piece, her parents stressing over her, and the demons helping with her love life, she doesn't have any time to think about what comes next... nor does she want to.
REVIEW: "Very Merry Demons" is a slow-burn, cozy romance based in a small area run by paranormals ("Sweet Harbor"), and the story has a little bit of unpredictability to it. It isn't too spicy, but it's sweet, it's mysterious, it's got a bit of humour, and all of the characters have their own unique personalities and quirks that bring the story (and community) together.
The story flows well; The pacing is good (nothing really drags on), there's no questioning how we got from point A to point B, the character growth develops naturally for everyone, and it brought a small smile to my face a couple of times (especially with Lock, he was my favourite!).
Each of the characters, both the main characters and secondary ones, faced uncertainty for their futures. Faith (the FMC) didn't know what she was going to do with her life. After something happened with her five years prior, she was left a bit traumatized and was more or less floating through life with no direction (to the concern of her family). The MCs, Lock, Kal, and Eri, were one entity that was split into three by an angry demon, and they were trying to find a way to merge back together. Meanwhile, while being their own persons, they were learning more about themselves, and weren't sure what they'd lose of themselves when they were to be "fixed." Even Juniper and the other paranormals in the market were unsure of what was to come, since the inn they frequented (whether they lived there or joined the weekly brunch) was scheduled to be demolished after a month due to a restless spirit causing havoc. The inn was essentially the heart of the community, and would have been a death blow to the area if taken away. Throughout the book, we see each of their fears and worries, and most of them are focused on, even briefly, and resolved, one way or another. I believe every single character in Sweet Harbor had their life change after Faith and the trio showed up, even in small ways, and I enjoyed reading about it.
I'm curious to see if another book comes out to explain what happens with Faith's brother. I'm sure Eva Chase wouldn't add him in at the end without giving us something later!

Very Merry Demons by Eva Chase was such a fun little Christmas read! 🎄👿❤️
I wasn’t expecting the combination of cozy Christmas vibes and demons to work quite as well as it did, but I really enjoyed the contrast. There’s something hilarious about having all the warmth and festive cheer of the holiday season mixed with supernatural trouble.
What I enjoyed most was how easy this was to settle into. It had that comfortable, escapist quality I look for in a holiday romance, while the paranormal elements gave it enough of an edge that it never felt like a standard Christmas story.
The characters were a big part of the fun for me. I liked seeing their personalities come through, especially when things became a little chaotic. The romance also kept me invested, and I enjoyed the chemistry and playful moments between the characters. ❤️🔥
And honestly, demons at Christmas? I’m sold. 😂🎄 There’s just something wonderfully ridiculous about the whole concept, and I appreciated that the story could be fun without taking itself too seriously.
It did have a few moments where I wanted a little more depth, which is why I landed on four stars rather than five, but overall this was exactly the kind of light, festive paranormal romance I was in the mood for.
A cozy, spicy, supernatural Christmas escape with plenty of charm and just enough demon chaos to make the holidays interesting. 🎄👿✨
Thank you to Eva Chase for the opportunity to read this as an ARC! 📖💕
First of all, thank you so much to Eva Chase for this amazing ARC! I'm extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to read Very Merry Demons early in exchange for my honest review. ☺️
This book was absolutely amazing! It made me happy, excited, and a tad bit sad (but only for a little while). And obviously, it had some incredible spice too! 🌶️🤭
I kid you not, I finished this book in less than three days. I just couldn't stop reading, even when real life forced me to put it down! 😭 I absolutely love a good paranormal, why-choose, Christmas romance, and this delivered on every front.
The side characters were so unique and fun—I definitely need more of them! The ending also left a lingering question in my mind that I'm dying to have answered, but I don't want to spoil anything for anyone. 😉
If this sounds like your cup of tea, go ahead and pick it up. I assure you it's going to be completely worthwhile! 🥰
This was such a cute, cozy book. Eva usually has some solid spice in her books, and this definitely lacked on the amount of scenes. However, this is supposed to be a cute, cozy holiday romance. So I understand how spice isn’t as heavy in here! Overall I enjoyed the characters. Our FMC was a nervous wreck. She was nerdy, sweet, and passionate. I think she was relatable in some aspects, which I appreciated. I think I became more invested into the story around 60%! More depth and layers were added to the story. Overall I would recommend this as a cozy holiday romance!
What a delightful Christmas cozy story...with a teensy spooky & paranormal touch! I truly fell right away under Kal, Lock and Eri's charms. The concept of how they became who they are was a nice idea and overall it worked well with Faith's backstory. You cannot help but root for all four of them , Faith especially deserve all the warm hugs.
It's the perfect Christmas cozy read for readers who appreciate whychoose and paranormal romance.
This was a wonderful holiday read!! This was such a feel good story about finding your way and learning to love who you are. This quad of characters have so much chemistry. There is some spice, not a lot, for those that it bothers, I could have used more ;)! The side characters are also really good, I am loving the made family they have going on. This is a sweet read with very little drama, lots of family, holiday joy, and a sweet love story unfurling. I needed a light hearted read like this that just warms the heart. Definitely recommend, even when it's not quite the holidays yet!!

I don't normally enjoy holiday based books, but as this is one of my favorite authors I had to give it a try.
And I LOVED it.
It had just the right amount of 'Christmas' without feeling like something from a Hallmark movie. I loved the variety of characters and personalities and genuinely enjoyed my time reading this.
Finished this in one sitting, and will definitely be reading closer to Christmas itself to enjoy it again.
Can't wait to see what the future holds for the Meravel Market and everyone in it!

Super cute, cozy and an amazing read! Every flip of the page feels like a comfy night beside the fireplace with a view of your Christmas tree! Very Merry Demons is the perfect Christmas read! From the time she walked in the door of Sweet Harbor Inn she knew the place felt like home and she made it her mission to fix what she wasn’t exactly sure was broken. She pairs up with 3 fake boyfriends who happen to be demons she summoned and sets out to solve her issues and paranormal problems of their own. I especially loved the determination our FMC, Faith, had while trying to investigate the hauntings taking place. The ONLY complaint I have is I’d love more about Juniper and Lucille’s relationship 🥹

Faith is just cruising through life, until a chance find gives her the chance to possibly shine. If only she could be brave enough… This is such a beautifully crafted cosy story about finding love, connection, acceptance and the importance of truly being seen. Exactly what one would want to read to warn the heart for the holidays. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye when the book ended so I would love to read more about this magical world, pretty please…

Imagine doing a spell to give you the perfect boyfriend, imagine 3 demons arriving as a result…
This had me laughing out loud with the absolute horror a tealover experiences when being asked to make hot chocolate, teary eyed for losing a loved one, cringing at the awkward family vibes and feeling warm and cozy when reading about the features of the inn and its inhabitants. Not to forget tingly about the 3 demons….
Great characters, great story.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Loved the characters I would love if this could become a series and give some of the other characters their happily ever after.I love how the main female character Faith came to grips with something in her past that could not be changed and helped someone else to do that with something from their past as well.
I love Eva Chase and her books are so much fun! Faith and her demon guys made me so happy! It's not too spicy and it's full of character and heart! Perfect little holiday read!
Very Merry Demons was such a cute, cozy, and festive paranormal romance! 🎄✨ I really loved the characters and the overall concept. A bookish heroine, a haunted inn, a slightly questionable spell, and suddenly THREE purple, fanged demons appeared instead of the true love she had been trying to summon. 😂
I especially loved the three MMCs. 💜 They were so different from one another, but I really enjoyed seeing how they respected each other and genuinely cared about the FMC. Their dynamic was probably my favorite part of the book. One was sweet, one was grumpy, and one was more seductive, and getting to know each of them was really fun. 🥰
I also loved how much they loved and supported the FMC. Watching them help her navigate her romantic life while she tried to figure out her newly discovered magic was adorable. What started as a deal to help each other slowly became something much more meaningful. 🎄💕 And the fake-dating-for-Christmas setup added exactly the kind of festive chaos I was expecting!
The overall story was cute, and I enjoyed the paranormal mystery surrounding the demons and why the FMC was the one who had accidentally summoned them. 🔮There were some really sweet moments, plenty of holiday atmosphere, and a fun found-family feeling developing between the characters.
My biggest issue was the pacing. The book felt longer than it needed to be, and I felt like some parts were stretched out more than necessary. 😅 The character progression also felt a little flat at times. I liked everyone, but I didn’t always feel that they changed or developed as much as I wanted them to.
Because of that, the story didn’t completely grab my attention the way I had hoped. Still, there was something really comforting about the characters and their relationships that kept me enjoying the experience. ❤️
Overall, this was a sweet, festive why-choose paranormal romance with three very different demons, a lovable heroine, accidental magic, fake dating, and plenty of Christmas coziness. 🎄✨ It wasn’t a new favorite for me, but I definitely enjoyed spending time with these characters.
Tropes & vibes: 🎄 Cozy Christmas romance 👹 Three demon MMCs 💜 Why Choose / Multiple MMCs 🔮 Accidental demon summoning 📖 Bookish heroine 🏚️ Cozy haunted inn 💕 Fake dating 😍 Sweet + grumpy + seductive MMCs 🫶 Found family vibes ✨ Paranormal romance 🎅 Holiday romance 💫 Magical mishaps
Thank you to Eva Chase and BookSirens for the opportunity to read this ARC! 💕
You hardly ever see slice-of-life, cute, humorous, but still meaningful reverse harem books, and Eva Chase has definitely outdone herself once again.
This book genuinely made me think about all the possibilities for this kind of story. Imagine a Valentine’s book. An Easter book. Even a birthday-centered book. All the possibilities set my heart aflutter.
I love seeing fresh concepts in books, and the author delivered spectacularly. There’s something really enjoyable about watching the characters settle into the more ordinary, domestic parts of their lives while still having enough emotional depth to keep the story meaningful.
I did, however, have a bit of a disconnect with Faith as a character. You can’t completely separate yourself from your family, essentially estrange yourself for half a decade, and then be shocked that your family doesn’t quite know who you are anymore. Obviously, trauma plays a huge role in Faith’s choices, and I understood why she withdrew the way she did. Her parents also weren’t exactly saints in how they handled things. They were going to be worried when she had essentially put her life on hold for years.
I also struggled with the miscommunication/misunderstanding trope. I know insecurities and fear can make people behave irrationally, but sometimes I just wanted to grab the characters by the shoulders and ask them to TALK. How do you make an informed decision as an adult when you don’t actually have all the information in front of you? So much of the conflict could have been avoided if people had simply said what they were thinking.
Despite those frustrations, I really enjoyed this book. It’s cute, funny, meaningful, and just a really fun book. I would absolutely read more books like this from Eva Chase.
(I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily)
This was a cute, cozy read! I enjoyed the vibes it embodied and the overall storyline. The pacing of everything flow naturally and never felt forced, which can be tricky when so many characters are involved. I really liked that Kal, Lock, and Eri were each so different despite and thought that their interactions with Faith reflected their personalities well. Out of all of the guys, Lock was probably my favorite; I mean, who doesn't love the grumpy one who slowly melts for his girl?
For an Eva Chase book, this book is very low in the spice department, which does lend more to the cozy aspect of it, even if it was a tad unexpected. I do wish there had been a little more spice/steam but only because I wanted to see more intimacy developing between Faith and her guys. Their relationships are cute and develop in an authentic feeling way but the romantic side of them felt like it was under explored. Speaking of unexplored, I wish we had gotten a few more teasers into what could be next for this universe. I know that Eva Chase was taking feedback on what stories readers would like to see, but I just thought some of the stories could have been teased in a bit more to make them more desirable.
Overall though, I enjoyed this read and am looking forward to seeing the universe expand. Faith's brother's story is a must have. There's no question about that.
🎄Why choose ✨Cozy paranormal holiday romance 🎄Accidental demon summoning ✨Monstrous men 🎄Fake dating
This was SO much more than a cozy paranormal holiday romance! 🎄👿
From the very beginning, this book completely enchanted me. It delivered all the cozy holiday vibes I was hoping for, but then added hauntings, a mysterious inn, witchy magic, and THREE hot demons to take it to a whole different level.
The haunting storyline gave this the perfect cozy-but-spooky atmosphere, and I was completely hooked trying to figure out what was happening at the inn. Then there’s Faith accidentally summoning three demons… and honestly, what could possibly go wrong?
I absolutely adored Faith. She was so endearing, lovable, and easy to root for, and I loved watching her navigate everything that gets thrown her way. And the demons?! Each one had such a different personality, which made their dynamic so much fun. I loved getting to know each of them, and the chemistry and banter had me completely invested.
The storyline was unique, unexpected, and somehow managed to be cozy, spooky, magical, romantic, and ridiculously fun all at once. It was exactly the kind of holiday read I didn’t know I needed.
If you’re looking for a cozy paranormal holiday romance with witchy vibes, hauntings, demons, romance, and plenty of holiday magic, add this one to your TBR. Trust me, you’re going to want to summon this one.
A heartwarming, cozy holiday read with Faith, Lock, Eri, and Kal as they navigate their new realities together in their quest to overcome the challenges they face personally and from outside forces. I really appreciated Faith’s character development as she slowly learns how to fully live her life and love herself and others again after a devastating loss. The strength that it takes to deal with tremendous grief and work through the inner turmoil while trying to maintain outward appearances for others is perfectly portrayed in Faith’s interactions with her family and friends. Kal, Lock, & Eri, though not as traumatized as Faith, are still struggling to find their own way after their life-altering encounter with a higher demon and seek help from Faith to find a cure for their current state. Their sweetness and devotion to helping Faith find happiness and love, teaching her to discover the wonders & joys of life, as well as working with her to help save her home is precious. Full of cute, swoon-worthy moments, I thoroughly enjoyed this read and didn’t want the story to end!
Favorite Quotes: “It wasn’t a waste. The spell did exactly what it was meant to. I just didn’t realize it until now.” “In this moment, I can’t imagine any fate worse than losing her.” “If you mend something well, it can come out even more beautiful than before it was broken.”
This was a cute, cozy paranormal romance and an enjoyable read, even if I wouldn't put it among Eva Chase's best books.
I liked Faith and the three demon MMCs overall, although Faith did start to frustrate me a little around the halfway point. Her trauma is a pretty big part of the story, and I think I would have connected with her struggles more if the trauma itself had been a bit more complex or recent. That might have made some of her reactions easier for me to understand.
The three demons were fun to read about even though they felt somewhat two-dimensional at times. Still, that could have been intentional given the split.
Another issue of mine was that the ending felt a little too open. We don't really find out what happened with Faith's brother and Juniper's quest. I would have also liked to see a bit more of what the future looks like for the main characters and their plans for the inn.
Still, this was a sweet, festive, low-angst read with plenty of cozy vibes, demons, and romance. I enjoyed it, even if it didn't quite have the same impact as some of Eva Chase's other books I've read.
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This story is like a spooky, spicy, paranormal Hallmark Christmas movie 🤪
This is a quick cozy standalone with a grunted HEA!
I found myself relating to Faith in a lot of ways, which really helped me connect to our FMC. I was easily able to put myself in her shoes and feel the full spectrum of emotions this book puts you through. It also helps that her demon boyfriends are the best wing men and back up a girl could wish for.
Our FMC Faith starts working at a local inn that has until just after Christmas to close. The adorable inn and its patrons are throwing one last hurrah for Christmas, that is if it stays standing till then, because the inn is being haunted and slowly destroyed by an unknown entity.
While exploring the library Faith finds a magic spell books and decides to jokingly spell herself a boyfriend to take home for the holidays. But she accidentally mispronounces a word and spells herself 3 instead.
She makes a deal with our MMCs, they will find her a boyfriend if she can magic them back into their 1 original body. (This is an MFMM book)
Trigger warning: ⚠️ This book does frequently deal with grief of loosing a loved one.
Thank you to Eva Chase and BookSirens for this adorable Christmas ARC!
Christmas has come early with this present that Eva has gifted us with Very Merry Demons.
In Very Merry Demons you will find a cozy paranormal romance where we follow along Faith in her journey. She has been a little lost and struggling with her grief when she gets the chance to work at an inn.
Single and wondering when she will find love, she performs a spell and accidentally summons 3 demons, Kal, Eri and Lock. They strike a deal to help her find love in exchange for her to help put them back together but it doesn’t take long for them to start developing feelings for one another.
I loved from the get go how the boys were all so supportive of Faith and instantly accepted her as she was insisting she didn’t need to change for anyone.
We see Faith slowly start to embrace what makes her her and start living for herself while she works through her grief.
I loved the individual relationships with each of the boys and she shows them that they don’t need to be whole to be complete.
It was the perfect little cozy story with a little mystery thrown into the Christmas mix.
This is a cute and mildly spicy cozy romance with a human FMC, Faith, and three purple Demons, Lock, Kal and Eri, who used to be a single individual, but were cursed into three separate aspects, a bit like the Id, Ego and Super Ego. Eri is definitely Id, and Lock is Super Ego, although Kal isn’t really exactly Ego like. Faith is a failed to launch perennial student who accidentally summons the three demons when trying to perform a spell to bring her true love. Of course, this being a romantasy, and a why choose romantasy at that, we know there will be an HEA and that they will turn it out to be her true love(s), but it takes a while to get there. In the meantime, there is a flying cat named Marshmallow, a haunted inn with doom hanging over it, and various interesting paranormals. Mostly the book is good fun, although I did get a little annoyed with Faith’s tendency to blame herself for something that wasn’t her fault and to focus on pleasing her family rather than trying to find happiness. Luckily, she did experience character growth, and stop being so codependent, with the help of her three demons.
I received an ARC copy of this book and I’m leaving this review voluntarily.

This was a fun, quirky, cozy Christmas, why choose story. I really appreciated that this was low angst but there was still the plot of saving the Inn and Faith gaining her confidence. There were hints here and there from Faith that everything was not perfect and I appreciated those little moments because it made the story more believable and easier to relate to. The guys were so well done and I loved how they worked together but were still completely separate people even though they were all parts of the whole. The relationship between the four of them developed naturally and I loved seeing them go from faking it to trying to hide their real feelings. My only complaint is that the ending felt rushed. We had a slow build up of their relationship and Faith falling in love with the Inn but then everything moved super fast to wrap up in a single book.
This one is definitely different from what we typically get from Eva Chase but it was also exactly what you expect from her with well developed characters and great writing! I would love to read more holiday romances from her in the future!
I am a fan of Eva's writing. So when I got the chance to read this book I didn't hesitate. It sounded like the perfect mix of cosy and supernatural. And I have not read any books like this that also have the why choose trope. So I was already very excited going into the book.
The FMC, faith, lost her sister and because of that she lost herself. She lost hope and faith and in this book you see her finding herself again. She starts working at an inn and there she finds a spellbook. She uses a spell and because of a mispronunciation she gets 3 demons instead of true love. The demons used to be 1 demon named kalokeri. But they've been split into three. Kal, Lock and Eri, they help her to find love and in exchange she will help them become one again.
All characters have their own peculiarities and you get to learn parts of their stories.
The book is exactly what I hoped it would be. A good balance of cosy and fantasy. With all the right elements and pacing. It's a slow burn and that fits the story perfectly.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Very Merry Demons was a fun paranormal Christmas romance with a great mix of holiday magic, humor, mystery, and spice. I especially enjoyed the found-family atmosphere and the story’s meaningful focus on grief, healing, and finding happiness again.
I liked Faith’s character development and the different personalities of Lock, Eri, and Kal. Their chemistry was great, and I especially enjoyed watching their emotional connections grow. Sweet Harbor Inn and Meravell Market also gave the story a charming supernatural setting.
The pacing was the main thing keeping this from five stars for me. The romantic uncertainty slowed the middle, while the mystery and final developments felt a little rushed. I would have liked more time with those parts, but that’s a personal preference and didn’t take away from my enjoyment.
I’d absolutely recommend it to readers who enjoy paranormal holiday romance, why-choose relationships, protective demons, found family, and plenty of spice.
Final Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 Stars | 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ 4/5 Peppers

Very Merry Demons by Eva Chase
Cozy paranormal holiday romance Why choose Bookish heroine Green flag demons Accidental demon summoning Fake dating Found family Mental health rep Winged (!) cat companion Cozy inn that is getting closed down All the holiday activities
Stahp it, Evaaaaa this was so cute and had me feeling all the things! Faith and the demons and all the rest of the crew were amazing and I want to go hang out with them! What a blast this was!! Faith was so unsure of herself and it made me want to hug her and also made me happy that our demon trio was determined to make her see how special she was. The story of the demons was intriguing and there was a traumatic mystery in Faith's past that we very slowly got hints about. Her healing journey is so poignant and this was just the thing I needed to read today! I'm going to sleep with a big ole grin on my face and I can't wait for whatever Eva dreams up next!
Thank you so much for the advanced copy! This was the cutest cozy Christmas read! I’m not normally a big cosy reader but Eva got me with this one!
This is a cosy paranormal why choose standalone! There is fake dating, the accidental summoning of a demon, well 3, holiday spirit, quirky inn guests, and golden retriever behavior!
Faith went through something tragic and has been struggling to really move on since. She gets a job at a cute cozy inn for paranormals that sadly, will be shutting down soon. Faith is human and has zero magic, or so she thought. When faith decides to try out a one true love spell, she accidentally summons a demon that has been split into 3! The 3 different personalities of the one demon is always something I’ve enjoyed. I think I’ve only seen this idea in one or two other books and I love it! Faith agrees to try to find the right spell to merge them back together but does some practice dating along the way.
If you love cosy stories and also why choose, then this one’s for you!

Very Merry Demons was such a cozy read and I really enjoyed my time alongside Faith and her 3 demons. The author really has a way of getting you to connect to her characters. I felt for Faith at times and understood the nerves she's had and pain she's been through, even if they weren't completely the same experiences as my own. When Faith finally started to step out of her comfort zone, life got a little brighter for her each time. Instead of continuing to hide away, she broke through her barriers and started to actually live her own life and not just the life someone else wanted for her. It always feels fantastic to see the character growth along the pages.

Absolute perfection!!! This spicy & sweet book is exactly what the cozy romance genre needed. This was an absolute joy to read, and I really loved the 3 guys really being fractured parts of one. As much as I love RH, sometimes it's just really nice to have a good reason for there to be multiple love interests. And this is one case where it would feel incredibly odd for them to find different ladies rather than sharing one!
I was also THRILLED to find that this takes place in the same world as one of her other series that had such great world building and magic system! (Pack of Outcasts) Having read that series before this, I felt right at home in this world. But the lore is kept light enough in this book that new readers will also be able to hit the ground running with no problem understanding.
I'm so glad Eva Chase is writing spicy cozy now! This may be her first, but she's clearly already mastered it! I'm so ready for her to take charge of this genre!
