This book started out a bit slow and I really struggled to get into the story. Once I got into it, I was really wrapped up in the story. The development of Isaac and Jasmine’s relationship was sweet and heartwarming, but the obstacles they encountered caused some heartbreak. I liked the way things came together for them to get their HEA. The title of the book is a little misleading. It sounds like she hires him to be her husband which couldn’t be further from the truth.

Isaac Thayer has just made the cover of Engineering News-Record, and his sister-in-law Deja Saad Thayer is going to throw a party to celebrate. While he is happy to be a part of Thayer Steelworks, sometimes he has an itch to forge his own path instead of being relegated to an executive desk. Meanwhile, Basel Saad and his younger daughter Jasmine are on their way from Egypt for business and pleasure.

Both Isaac and Jasmine are surprised to find each other at Chicago’s newest club, especially when they have an ongoing annoyance of the other. However, when they are alone Jasmine reveals that her father is eyeing Isaac as his next son-in-law. Instead, Basel offers him a partnership in Egypt as a structural engineer, not as an executive. Could his dreams come true? He accepts the invitation to find out. When they arrive in Cairo, Basel immediately designates Jasmine as Isaac’s tour guide, and that’s when the fun begins until it morphs into the passion that had been building and is now a furnace.

Ali Parker paints a canvas of words that invites readers to become part of the luscious Egyptian landscape, architure, and culture as Isaac and Jasmine explore the exquisite natural gems prevalent on land and sea. I also love how she, an adventuresome firecracker, and he, a soft spoken engineer, compliment each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Finally, without giving too much away, I can say that the thrilling climax leading to the conclusion of Hired Husband is one of the best I’ve ever read. Really!

I received this book as an ARC reviewer and voluntarily leave my honest opinion.

Isaac Thayer and Jasmine Saad are the perfect madly in love couple but you wouldn't think that at the beginning. Isaac is an engineer with his family's company and Jasmine is the spoiled rich sister of Deja who is married to Isaac's brother, so they have met. When Isaac makes the cover of the latest Engineering magazine, Deja decides to throw him a party to celebrate which Jasmine and her father, Basil, attends. Basil makes an offer to Isaac to come to Egypt to work his magic as an engineer designing his latest project and get out from behind the desk which has Basil saying yes almost immediately.
The attraction between Isaac and Jasmine intensifies especially since Jasmine has been appointed his tour guide and they are traveling all over Egypt. Isaac realizes that Jasmine has so much passion for life and the environment and this is another thing he admires about her. Things turn passionate between them and sparks fly!! There are twists and turns that will have you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens between these two especially when the son of an old friend of Basil decides he wants to marry Jasmine for the inheritance she would bring and is determined to make it happen. This is a love story that will have you enjoying all the feelings. Be prepared to laugh, cry, swoon, blush and pray for the HEA between these two wonderful characters! A MUST READ!!!

Hired Husband was such a delightful surprise! Isaac and Jasmine’s relationship starts with anything but smooth sailing, which made watching their connection develop even more enjoyable. Isaac is a talented engineer who wants more than a comfortable position behind a desk, and the opportunity to work in Egypt gives him exactly the challenge and adventure he has been missing.

Then there’s Jasmine—spirited, confident, adventurous, and definitely not someone Isaac can easily ignore. Having her as his guide around Egypt brings them closer in ways neither of them expected. I loved how their differences slowly turned into an appreciation for everything they brought out in each other. Their chemistry was undeniable, and the romance felt like something that naturally grew as they discovered more about one another.

The Egyptian setting added such a beautiful touch to the story, while the family dynamics, unexpected complications, and romantic tension kept things interesting. Isaac and Jasmine made me smile, swoon, and occasionally worry about whether they would actually get the happily-ever-after they deserved.

Another entertaining romance from Ali Parker, with great characters, plenty of heart, and an adventure that makes this an easy recommendation for romance lovers!

Issac Thayer works as the chief engineer for Thayer Steelworks. He just made the cover of ENR, a very auspicious event but he misses being out in the field. Right now, he is just in the office, overseeing their projects. When Basel Saad offers him the opportunity to go to Cairo and develop and industrial park, it is the dream of a lifetime. He agrees and Basel assigns his daughter, Jasmine, to help him get situated and learn more about Egypt. This is the start of a grand adventure and the start of a great love between them. It is not planned but as they spend time together, they realize they have lots in common. He loves her spirit and sense of adventure. They both feel alive when they are together, but her father may have other lans for Jasmine. This was an excellent read with good primary and secondary characters and a storyline that keeps you reading to the last page.

Although Isaac enjoyed working in the family Steel business he was delighted when the offer came to move to Cairo and work for Basel Saud. They were one of the wealthiest families in Egypt and it was the chance of a lifetime to design a major project. He had no clue that Basel was determined that he be his next son in law. Romance is at the bottom of his list and he has no interest in Jasmine, nor she in him. A slow burn romance that you'll enjoy. The author did a great job of describing Egypt that I felt like I was on tour with Jasmine at times. The book is a standalone but it does have interconnecting characters from other books in the Billionaire Inheritance Series. A good read with an HEA and no cliffhanger. I read an advance arc copy via the author and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Just as we had hoped, author Ali Parker takes us back to Egypt to learn more about Jasmine Saad, and show us the beauty not only of this character, but of the architecture and history of the country. We also get to know another Thayer brother...this time it's Isaac. And this time, it's Jasmine's dad that is doing the arranging!! This is a wonderful 'forced proximity' type of happily ever after, due to these characters family's, and it does not disappoint. Jasmine and Isaac couldn't be any different personalities, but I think that's what makes this work so well. I love that we tap into Isaac's engineering brain, and 'see' Egypt through his eyes, rather than a typical tourist. There are plenty of twists and turns in this story, and it's well worth the read!!

The next in the the Billionaire Inheritance Series. The last book had us in Egypt and this one also takes us back. Isaac has just made the cover of a prestigious engineering magazine and it draws the attention of Basel, who is building a new technology headquarters over in Egypt. Isaac has been unsettled not being able to "build" things lately. Here enters Jasmine, Basel's other daughter. She is assigned to be his tour guide for his time in Egypt. That gives them the opportunity to connect on a deeper level. A must read to see how they navigate their way to their HEA. I love the accuracy to the Egyptian buildings and environment. Where the last book went into their traditions, this one focuses on the architecture. Another must read from Ali!!

Issac the Thayer brother who wants to be a hands on engineer is hired to build a big complex in
Egypt. His new sister in law has been on Issac's radar but not in the romantic way. After moving
to Cairo she becomes his guide of all the sites he has always dreamed of going to in Egypt. After
weeks of the one on one guided tour they find an undeniable attraction. She is a wealthy heiress
and he is just a working engineer. Jasmine is a spoiled heiress and also very attracted to Issac.
I know he is all about the job to build this complex and bring billions of dollars to his family's
business. The obstacles are the parts I liked the best and seeing how he navigates and
stays true to himself.

Isacc and Jasmine are a bold couple! Exciting! I love the banter between these two; it's witty, funny, hot and sizzling. Her sacrifice is alarming but, also loving. The story of these families merging for the second time is just as rambunctious as the first! Enjoyed this book so much, so many great surprises to keep you reading as quick as you can! Could hardly put it down! Thank you Ali for another magic couple and an abrupt ending I'm still processing, write fast for whoever is next! I received a complimentary advance copy of this book from the author, and voluntarily leave my honest opinion.

This is about two people who weren't looking for love but found it anyway: Isaac and Jasmine's story starts in es Chicago but then moves to Cairo, Egypt. Although it's a love story, the author draws some incredible pictures with her words of the sites and buildings it takes place in.

Whilst Isaac and Jasmine are at a club in Chicago, she reveals that her father, Basel, has his eye on Isaac as his next son-in-law. Basel offers him an Engineering partnership in Egypt, and when they arrive in Cairo, Basel appoints Jasmine as Isaac’s tour guide. No spoilers from me, download and enjoy the fun!

I enjoyed Hired Husband with Isaac Thayer and Jasmine Saad. The last book had inferred a little about the two. This book continued their story. I like how it starts off where they annoy each other and then they can't stay away from each other. Isaac got to go to Egypt to help Basel Saad build a development in a town in Egypt. You get to know more of the Saad family and become more familiar with them. You also get to learn a little bit about Egypt. Of course the best part was the storyline of the two.

Another different story from Ali, enjoyable as always. This is the story of Isaac and Jasmine - Although Isaac enjoyed working in the family business he was conflicted but excited when the offer came to move to Cairo and work for Basel Saud. They happen to be one of the wealthiest families in Egypt and it was the chance of a lifetime to design a major project. Isaac has no idea that Basel has his eye on him to bring him into the family as his newest son in law.
I loved the banter between these two, it's witty, funny, hot and sizzling. Her sacrifice is alarming but, also loving.

This is the 13th book in this author’s series titled: the Billionaire Inheritance Arrangement Series staring Issac (Colin’s brother) and Jasmine, Basal Saad’s other daughter. Isaac loves being in the field, but since being has on the cover of Engineering News Record he’s stuck behind a desk. Just as he’s feeling quite low, his brother’s FIL gives him the perfect solution - come work for him a building in Egypt. his daughter, Jasmine and Issac know each other as their siblings just married each other. They’ve had animosity between them but soon they see each other differently.

Neither Issac or Jasmine were looking to settle down. When Jasmine’s father hired Issac to come to Egypt to work on a project he is building, he agrees. Issac hates being stuck behind a desk, he’s an engineer and would rather be hands on. Basel asks Jasmine to show Issac around Egypt and she is annoyed about it at first but things slowly change.
I really enjoyed Issac and Jasmine’s story. The chemistry was hot and their story was sweet and easy to read about. I received an arc copy of this book and I am bfreely leaving my review.

Isaac got a offer to move to Cairo to work for Basel on a new development. It was a chance of a lifetime for Isaac to get to design a major project. Basel also secretly wanted him as a son in law. Jasmine Basel's daughter had to help him get situated and learn more about Egypt. Spending so much time together they realize they have a lot in common. Both of them wasn't interested in romance. But with time things chance. Will they get a happy ending? Grab a copy it is a great must read story.

I loved Isaac’s character in this story, he came across quite nerdish about his love of architecture but was a great person too. Jessica, whilst her family having immense wealth, was a warm person and soon took to Isaac sharing her love of all things Egypt.
The twist to the story was eventually revealed and there were a few heart stopping moments before they got their HEA.
A thoroughly enjoyable read that made me want to visit Cairo just to study the architecture!

This is the grand adventure of Isaac Thayer! The story takes us back to Egypt, here he is hired by Basel Saad to build an industrial park. Basel will have his daughter Jasmine help him with the culture and be his travel companion . They are like cats and dogs from the start but soon all of their grievances with each other will unravel into a scorching passion that will consume them. The story will have you visit Egypt with all of it's history and mystique. A fabulous finale to this series.

Isaac and Jasmine had me captivated with this book. Her father invites him to Egypt to build, and it jump starts their path. Their beginning was bumpy but being his guide has sparks igniting and feels beginning to bloom, but when someone is determined to marry her for the inheritance Isaac gears start to turn and he is determined to keep Jasmine by his side. This story is filled with twists and turns that kept me glued to the pages. I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.

Hired Husband by Ali Parker

Isaac Thayer went to Egypt to work with Jasmine Saad's billionaire father. They were thrown together as tourist and tour guide and got really chummy. A fateful twist tore them apart, but not for long. Isaac and his brothers devised a plan to get Jasmine back and their HEA was a doozy. Another great book by Ali Parker.

Hired Husband with Isaac and Jasmine was a great read. Isaac has an opportunity of a lifetime, in Egypt, helping the Saad family. Jasmine and Isaac get annoyed with each other in the beginning. I love all the witty banter between the two. Eventually sparks begin to fly. And one thing leads to another. I really enjoyed this book and their story.

This is a great read. The characters are well written. They take the reader back to Egypt. Isaac has made the cover of an engineering magazine. Now he is in Egypt to collaborate on the construction of a new building. Jasmine is his tour guide while he is in Egypt. Maybe there are some other things at play for these two.

Isaac came to Cairo to up his career. Jasmine’s father push’s her to marry Isaac. It’s a good business deal. Nothing like keeping it all in the family.
