Prospector's Peak: Saddles & Spurs, Book 3

From Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author Emma Slate comes the third book in the Saddles & Spurs series.

I swerved off a mountain road into a ditch to avoid a moose.

And then a rugged cowboy in a beast of a truck comes to my rescue.

Brooks Keel.

The quiet loner at Elk Ridge.

The cowboy-biker who looks devastatingly good on a horse and a motorcycle.

Ex-con.

As a jobless twenty-three-year-old virgin, I have no business getting involved with a bad boy.

But between his hard-won smiles and protective streak, my heart

—and my body

—hunger for him.

We’re in a chrysalis of paradise and Huckleberry Hill is starting to feel like home...

But then the truth about Brooks’ MC past is revealed, and my world explodes.

And now I don’t recognize the man I fell in love with.

I don’t recognize my baby’s father.

Prospector’s Peak by Emma Slate
Saddles & Spurs, Book 4

Narrated by Zach Lazar, Pagan McGrath, Raven Wildewood, Stephanie Rose, and Vanessa Moyen

ALC provided by Dark Star Romance

If you’re not already reading Emma Slate’s Tarnished Angels series, I highly recommend starting there because there are several connections between the two worlds. Brooks isn’t one of the main crossover characters we’ve previously followed, but his history with the MC adds so much depth to his story.

In this fourth installment, we follow Poet and Brooks, and I absolutely loved their journey.

Emma Slate writes insta-love better than almost anyone. Brooks falls first, and he falls hard, which is one of my favorite romance tropes. Even though their relationship develops quickly, Emma paces the story so well that it never feels rushed or unrealistic.

Poet is starting over in Huckleberry Hill and trying to figure out who she is outside of everyone else’s expectations. She’s always been sheltered and viewed as “the old soul” of the group, so watching her step outside of her comfort zone and slowly discover her independence was incredibly rewarding.

And then there’s Brooks.

Protective, possessive, and completely obsessed with Poet in the best possible way. He’s the definition of an alpha male, but what I appreciated most was that he respected her boundaries. He never came across as controlling. Instead, he quietly positioned himself as her safety net, always nearby and always ready to catch her if she fell.

What I really appreciated, though, was that Brooks and Poet aren’t portrayed as this perfect, flawless couple. There’s a very real internal struggle throughout the story.

Brooks is still carrying the weight of his past and his connection to the Tarnished Angels MC. He’s an ex-con who served time after taking the fall for one of his MC brothers, and now he’s trying to rebuild his life from the ground up. He realizes that the life he once lived isn’t the future he wants anymore.

His motivation isn’t just about himself, either.

He wants to be a better man for his brother, Archer, who also plays an important role in the story. He wants stability. He wants a family. He wants a future built on something stronger than the mistakes he made in his past.

And then he meets Poet.

Poet recognizes that their relationship is moving much faster than what most people would consider normal, and when parts of Brooks’s past finally come to light, she’s forced to ask herself a difficult question:

Do I really know this man?

I loved that Emma Slate didn’t shy away from those complicated emotions. The story explores the idea that our past doesn’t have to define who we become. We can make mistakes, learn from them, fight for the life we want, and choose to become better versions of ourselves.

That message resonated with me more than I expected.

The narration was absolutely phenomenal. Even though much of the story is told through Poet’s perspective, the duet-style narration elevated the entire listening experience. Every narrator brought something unique to the performance, and the full cast made this audiobook incredibly immersive.

If you love insta-love, protective cowboys, ex-con bikers, small-town romance, and an alpha hero who’s completely gone for his woman from the very beginning, I definitely recommend adding this one to your TBR.

WHY ARENT YOU YET READING THIS ?

I’m usually not a fan of insta love, because it usually is based on insta lust and that takes me out. It lacks depth.
This one tho. It was truly and honestly about their connection, yes it was almost like love at first sight, as if their souls recognised each other. The comfort of being with the person the universe created for you. You can read and feel that pure love and contentment.
Don’t get me wrong. There was lust certainly. And it was sexy as fuck, but it came after they felt safe. Oh it was perfect.

I am loving this series so much. And it gets better the more you read. I can’t wait to read Wyn and Asher. And here I was thinking of waiting until Christmas to read the all books. Alas I couldn’t keep think about this world .

Thank you Emma for allowing me to be one of the ARC readers for Prospector's Peak! I absolutely love the Sandles & Spurs series, just as much as I loved the Tarnished Angels series.

Rate: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice: 🌶🌶.5
Tropes: insta love, surprise pregnancy, protective MC, found family

Each story in this series just keeps getting better and better! The deep friendship between Hadley, Salem, Poet, and Wyn is something I think we all hope we find one day. To have those people who truly know you mind, body, and soul. And watching them find love in their other halves has been a Rollercoaster to say the least.

I worried about Poet. She has always been the more soft spoken and level headed of the 4. So seeing her finally quit her job and high tail it out of New York was shocking, but in the best way. Seeing her finally find her courage had me throwing my hands in the air.

Brooks. Oh Brooks. It absolutely HAD to be him and I believe that down to my bones. Poet needed someone totally unlike her to finally pull her out of her fear. The way he took care of her while still supporting her desire for independence was perfection. He's just a big, ex-con, teddy bear.

They are perfect for eachother in a "I wouldn't have guessed it, but I totally see it now" kind of way. There was just no way she wasn't going to end this book pregnant, but she and Brooks will be the best parents. I'm so glad Grampy is going to be there as well, I know how badly Poet needs him.

I can't wait till August when Maple Mountain comes out and we can continue the journey!

I enjoyed the first two books in this series and went into this expecting cute small town vibes with a side of instalove and while it delivered on the later, it most certainly did not in the former. Every single female character in this book is annoying (even the grandmas!!) and the pick me vibes when they’re talking about Wyn (their single friend) behind her back were genuinely gross to read. Their entire lives are centered around “finding a man” and when they do, their friendships and everything else about their life takes a backseat and it’s so, so unhealthy to read. The relationship made no sense from the start, everything the FMC did was incredibly naive, and there were too many yellow and red flags for this to have actually worked. I’m such a relaxed reader and I’m happy to ignore so much but give me something to work with.

I don’t remember hating the sisters in books 1 and 2 so I don’t know if I’m the problem or if this book is different or maybe I’m comparing it to my stellar reads from the last few weeks. Maybe I’m the problem. I’m still going to read the last book in the hopes that it comes together but my expectations are underground.

(Also, y’all met literally last week why are you declaring your love and moving in together and talking about babies? Please. And this isn’t even a spoiler it happens in like the first 20% of the book.)

Brooks! Swoon!! I’m obsessed!! Instalove!!
Love this couple so much!! They fell in love hard and fast in 3 days! lol but it was done soo perfect!!

Brooks is so swoony, helpful, loving, protective, just perfect!! He just makes her his from the start.
Poet is unlike any other FMC she just sweet, strong, she didn’t get in her own head, she just loves with her whole heart.
The banter, the connection not only in the MMC & FMC but the girl group! They are just so supportive.
I’m so beyond grateful I got a ALC of this audiobook! Thank you to Emma Slate and Dark star romance for letting me rate and review this audiobook with my honest opinion.

A perfect continuation of the story!Emma's writing is just superb. She makes me giggle like a schoolgirl and speed through her books because they keep me so entertained. Poet and Brooks are adorable together and compliment each other so well. The spice? Perfect! The girls' relationship? So relatable! The story is so real you feel a part of it. I cannot wait to continue with Wyn's book!

So happy I received the ARC for this book. After receiving the same for the first 2 and falling in love with the series, I was so excited for Poet’s story!!

I truly thought after reading Hadley’s that hers would be my favorite book but then I read Salem’s and it became my favorite! I didn’t think it could be beat and while I do still think Salem’s book was my favorite, this book gives it a run for its money.

I absolutely love the relationship between Brooks and Poet. The way he takes care of her SWOON! And I always love the bantering in this series. And of course it wouldn’t be the same without Muddy and an animal, a piglet this time 💕

Also am I the only one getting vibes from Muddy and Grampy??

2 stars (and that’s generous)

This book felt never-ending with absolutely no real plot to carry it. There were plenty of words, but no real story pulling everything together. The biggest issue for me was the complete lack of chemistry between Brooks and Poet—I never once believed in them as a couple.

Brooks is written as this big, bad biker ex-con/cowboy, but instead comes off more like a wannabe stalker. I can appreciate an over-possessive male lead when it’s done well, but this wasn’t it. Tracking her? Fine. But handing out spare keys to her apartment and calling all her friends and family and telling them all of HER business after only four days together? That’s not romantic—that’s strange and creepy.

The pregnancy storyline didn’t add anything meaningful either; it felt like it was thrown in just to check a box rather than serve the plot.

The only bright spot for me was Grampy—honestly, I’d read a whole book about him.

I’ll probably continue the series because I’m curious about Wyn, but this one definitely missed the mark for me.

After running off a mountain road, Poet finds her knight in shining armor in Brooks, a quiet cowboy. Poet adapts to life in Huckleberry Hill alongside her amazing friend group, while Brooks reserves all his affection and sweet nicknames ("Freckles" and "Beanstalk") just for her. When Brooks' past threatens their new life and surprise baby, their love is put to the ultimate test.

Pagan McGrath and Zach Lazar were fantastic new-to-me narrators who embodied Poet and Brooks perfectly. Pagan captures Poet’s warmth and resilience, while Zach’s voice is deep, gravelly, and fits the brooding cowboy biker perfectly. Hearing Raven Wildewood, Stephanie Rose, and Vanessa Moyen return as Hadley, Salem and (I feel everyone’s grandma) Muddy was great.

It’s so exciting watching my favorite girl gang slowly move from New York to Huckleberry Hill, and I can't wait for Wyn’s story next!

A huge thanks to Dark Star Romance and author Emma Slate for this ALC!

Boy am I glad Emma Slate writes quickly and that I didn't discover her till she had many books. I really like this series. A lot.

I love rom-coms, romance novels, and love stories. So I read a lot of them. This is great fun for me, but it means that my personal "market" is oversaturated. It will take a truly great romance to get more than three stars. In case you are interested:

Relyn's personal rom-com & romance novel rating system
5 stars - This book is excellent. It stands out from the hundreds of other love stories I've read, and I loved it.
4 stars - Oh, I really, really liked this one.
3 stars - This was a good, entertaining book. I'm not sorry I read it.
2 stars - Meh - boring, or overdone, or in some other way just not a good fit for me
1 star - This one stunk.

Just when I thought this series couldn’t possibly level up again, Emma came in swinging with Poet and Brooks and I LOVED these two!!! The chemistry was instant and electric. The kind of insta love that has you kicking your feet, smiling like a fool and routing for them from the start.

Brooks is broody, quiet and carries a lot from his past, but when Poet comes crashing into his life, you start to see a softer, lighter side of him. Watching him open up and find joy again because of her, ugh my heart 🥹

Poet didn’t come to Huckleberry Hill looking for love, she was focused on finding her independence. But then BAM…Brooks, the ex con cowboy, comes to her rescue (literally), takes care of her like it’s second nature and says exactly what she didn’t know she needed to hear. He’s temptation wrapped in perfection, and honestly… who wouldn’t want to hand over their v card to that man? Because SWOON!!

And as always, one of my favorite parts of the series is the strong friendship bond the girls have and the family dynamic. It’s what makes these books feel so warm and special and will have you giggling none stop. I can’t wait for more!!

Thank you Emma for the advanced copy to read 🫶

I was excited to get back into the Huckleberry Hill universe but this book fell flat for me especially when it came to Brooks. He gave me the biggest ick especially when he was talking about his dumb motorcycle club. So many red flags and poor naive Poet missed every one. All the talk about “old lady” and wanna be tough guy stuff was a huge turn off. Then he basically attached himself to Poet, stalked her location, handed out keys to her apartment and forced himself into her life. Also, Brooks wanting to impregnate Poet after knowing her for like 4 days yuck. Also, where was he getting all this money to buy her a car and pay for everything?! The best thing about this book was seeing Muddy again and my new favorite side character, Grampy. A whole book could be written about that guy. I am looking forward to Wyns story. Hopefully, her love interest will be way better than Brooks.

Prospector’s Peak by Emma Slate

I swear, every time I go back to Huckleberry, I know I’m going to have a good time, but Prospector’s Peak had me laughing, swooning, questioning people's food choices, getting hit unexpectedly in the feelings, and then staring into the void after THAT ENDING.

The interactions between Poet and Brooks were probably one of my favorite parts of this entire listen. Their banter and comical moments kept me laughing throughout the audiobook, but underneath all of that humor was a relationship that slowly snuck up on me emotionally.

And then Chapter 23 happened.

The family drama that unfolded was absolutely jaw-dropping and caught me completely off guard. It was one of those moments where you're trying desperately to keep a straight face while internally laughing your ass off. Honestly, the family drama throughout this entire book was hilarious. There were moments where I was laughing hard and others where I was just sitting there completely speechless thinking, Did that seriously just happen?

Then we have the food crimes.

Chapter 29 mentioned fried pickles and the dipping sauce, and I immediately crinkled my nose before remembering Hadley is pregnant. 😂 Okay. Pregnancy craving. I'll allow it.

But Chapter 31?

A PAD OF BUTTER ON A SLICE OF BANANA BREAD?!

Ma'am.

I was ready to throw hands. Who does that?!

Thankfully, Brooks immediately distracted me from this unforgivable banana-bread situation because Chapter 31 also gave me one of my biggest swooning moments of the entire book. When Brooks finally explains how he feels about Poet, I was DONE.

Emma Slate...where the hell do you come up with the men of Huckleberry?!

Because I was swooning HARD by the end of that chapter.

But one thing I wasn't expecting from Prospector's Peak was how hard some of the quieter emotional moments would hit me. The end of Chapter 34 stopped me for a second. What was said made so much sense that I actually found myself thinking about my own life for a long moment. I love when a book can make me laugh until my stomach hurts and then suddenly slip in something that makes me sit there quietly and reflect.

And Wynn quitting her nanny job and basically announcing she was taking the dog with her absolutely SENT me. 😂 Priorities, ma'am. Take the dog and GO.

But then...

THAT ENDING.

NOOOOOOOOOOO.

Emma Slate, you cannot just leave me like that.

I went from laughing and swooning to basically yelling, "I NEED THE NEXT BOOK NOW!"

Prospector's Peak was funny, emotional, chaotic, romantic, and completely addictive. Poet and Brooks gave me plenty to laugh about, but they also gave me those swoony moments I live for. Add in the absolutely unhinged family drama and an ending that has me desperate to know what happens next, and this was easily a 5-star read/listen for me.

⭐ 5/5 stars. Absolutely recommend. And now I'll just be over here impatiently waiting for the next Huckleberry book because apparently suffering is part of the experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️| 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Brooks and Poet are the yin and yang of the Saddles & Spurs series by Emma Slate and I ate the audio up!

After liberating herself from the grind of NYC publishing, Poet finds herself in Huckleberry Hill. Brooks is a former biker with a deep and dark past, coming to Huckleberry Hill to work the Powell ranch as a horse groomer, but finds Poet instead. He is all quiet steadiness and devotion. She is quirky, bold and unapologetically Poet. Together they are perfection!

The intimacy and vulnerability they have with one another is everything. Brooks proves himself with all the quiet gestures and effort he makes for her again and again. Never wild and in her face, but never far away.

The spice is fantastic. With the age gap and Poet being a young virgin, it could have landed in some creepy territory. Emma Slate handled it perfectly. In true Brooks fashion, he meets her inexperience with deliberate care, making every scene hot and believable.

Then there are the secrets. Big ones. Big enough to send Poet spiraling into questioning what’s real, and what is “too fast.” But then comes Muddy, the all-knowing oracle matriarch, reminding us that a whirlwind love really can last forever.

The entire audiobook cast DELIVERED on this one!

Poet and Brooks’s casting was picture perfect. Poet’s quirkiness and charm were ringing out so clearly in my ears, and I could sense Brooks’s emotional weight before any of his baggage was ever spelled out. This was my first experience with Pagan McGrath and Zach Hoffman’s narration and it will most definitely not be the last!

Big thank you to Dark Star Romance for this ALC!

This book crossed with the Tarnished Angels and I am so happy I've been listening to those audiobooks simultaneously because I might have been a little lost if I hadn't. There was no mention of his character in the Tarnished Angels MC books but it makes it easier to understand certain things.

Brooks and Poet's story is so good! I loved her character from the moment we met her. She quit her job at the end of the previous book and finds herself in Huckleberry Hill trying to figure things out.

She was super sheltered and everyone always "took care of her" so she is eager to find her independence.

Brooks is obsessed with Poet. He has an obsessive personality and admits to that from the start. He is protective and possessive, which I honestly LOVE in an MMC, but also respects boundaries. When Poet set boundaries, he stepped back every time and allowed her the space she needed to find her independence. He is the quiet, observant type who sees everything without you having to say something.

Zach Lazar Hoffman portrayed the broody cowboy perfectly. His slightly gritty tone is one I enjoyed and Pagan McGrath portrayed Poet wonderfully. She has a great emotional range which made the story feel real.

I am also intrigued by his brother, Archer... and also raised an eyebrow at Muddy and Grampy so I hope we get a book for Archer and a little insight into the Muddy x Grampy situation... because we need to know did love bloom there too 👀

Prospector’s Peak was such an addictive cowboy romance! 🤠❤️

Poet had my whole heart. Watching this 23-year-old virgin navigate her attraction to the rugged, quiet, seriously swoon-worthy Brooks Keel was EVERYTHING. Their chemistry was 🔥, and I loved how Poet slowly found a sense of home while falling for a man with so many layers.

Brooks is the perfect combination of gruff, protective, tattoo-worthy cowboy and complicated bad boy. Just when you think you have him figured out, his past comes crashing into their lives and turns everything upside down. The emotional twists, secrets, and revelations had me completely invested in Poet and Brooks.

And that surprise baby?! 👀 Talk about raising the stakes!

🎧 The audiobook was fantastic. The narration brought Poet and Brooks to life beautifully, making the chemistry, emotional moments, and tension even more immersive. I found myself completely lost in their story and didn’t want to hit pause.

Emma Slate delivered another fantastic addition to the Saddles & Spurs series. If you love small-town romance, protective cowboys, bad boys with complicated pasts, unexpected pregnancy, and plenty of emotional drama, this one absolutely belongs on your TBR!

5 ⭐️ for Poet, Brooks, and one seriously addictive cowboy romance!

I received Prospectors Peak as an ARC in response for an honest review.

Book number 3 in the Saddles and Spurs book series and I’m already impatiently waiting for book number 4 following a group of 4 friends find their HEA’s.

What can I say, I couldn't put this book down. I stayed up too late reading, read some before work, on my lunch break and almost as soon as I walked through the door of an evening finishing it in just under 2 days.
It’s just another Emma Slate book that didn’t disappoint.
After briefly meeting Poet in previous books we finally get to read about her and what a story it is.
This book has almost everything you need for a feel good book. It’s so well written, with a little bit of funny, a little bit of drama, a little bit of spice and one hell of a journey.
Poet is the quieter friend of the group, the emotional, inexperienced, shy play it safe friend.
On a whim she leaves her job, packs a bag and heads to her friends in Huckleberry Hill with nothing planned when she gets there and this is where her story blossoms and all because of her chance meeting with Brooks before she has even made it to town.
Brooks, the older, ex-con, tattooed biker, cowboy. What more could anyone want!!
He turns out to be the most swoony book boyfriend… Loyal, protective, generous and a little possessive. He has his own demons from his previous life but they play no part in his new life he has made for himself.

If you like a small town swoony cowboy romance then this book is definitely for your TBR list.

I can’t wait for Wyn’s installment. And would also love a little Novella spin off for Muddy and Gramps. Definitely something brewing there. Please please please, Emma write a little bit about Muddy - she needs her own story!!

Book #3 Saddles & Spurs series

I am absolutely loving this series and book 3 is superb! I laughed, I cried, and I swooned. This book had me smiling ear to ear for my entire drive to and from work today. These characters are so loveable you can't do anything but love then.

This book follows Poet the third FMC of a group of four friends to be on a journey of sorts. Poet has come to Huckleberry hill to wallow for a bit before her friends baby shower in a couple weeks. She has a mishap and ends up in a ditch in her car. Brooks is the tall, sexy, little bit broody cowboy/biker that rescues her. These two have a tad bit of insta love happening and I am here for it. Brooks is top tier book boyfriend quality. The love story between these two is very sweet and fun.

I am very much looking forward to book #4! I need Wynn's story so badly.

Thank you Dark Star Romance & Emma Slate for the this ALC.

Love this world but the book felt rushed in the first half and the it dragged in the second half.

I swear I love Muddy more and more with each book In this series. She feels so real. Loved veteran Grampy being added to the mix this time and as a fan of Emma’s motorcycle gang series, loved the mix of the two worlds in the book.

While not my favorite of the series, still ate it up in a day.

ARC Review: Thank you to Emma Slate for sending me an advanced copy of Prospectors Peak to read and review.

I really enjoy a good insta-love story. Poet and Brooks delivered on that front. I love how he takes care of her and shows her how she should be loved. I really enjoyed getting a glimpse into Brooks’s past as a biker.

As usual, the Powells and the rest of Huckleberry Hill keep things interesting. Muddy continues to be my favorite character in the whole series. I’m really excited to see what happens in the next book!

Duet multi-cast narration with Pagan McGrath, Zach Lazar Hoffman, Vanessa Moyen, Raven Wildwood, and Stephanie Rose was absolutely fabulous. I've been dying to listen to a book narrated by Pagan and boy did she more than exceed my expectations. Her and Zach had some great chemistry going on between them as well.

Thank you to Emma Slate and Darkstar Romance for the ALC.

I was so excited for Pagan to narrate Poet's story. I had a feeling that Pagan would be perfect for Poet, and I was right! Poet is a sweet girl who quits her job in NYC and heads to Prospector's Peak early for the baby shower. She is down on herself and is not quite sure what to do now.

On the way to Prospector's Peak, she runs off the road trying to avoid a moose. Here comes Brooks Keel, the former MC biker and current cowboy to save the day. He sweeps her off her feet literally and figuratively until she is not sure which end is up.

Will Brooks' past MC club affiliation and his status as an ex-con ruin their chances at love?

Right now, this is my favorite book of the series.

The banter between Brooks & Poet was everything!
I was completely invested in the chemistry & connection between them. I loved seeing Poet bring out the softer side of the tough, grumpy, bad boy Brooks, and him bringing out Poet’s courage that she keeps buried deep inside.

Narrated by: Zach Lazar & Pagan McGrath
Zach was a great fit for Brooks! He brought out that gruff, intimidating, bad boy exterior, & delivered those softer moments to where they were even more meaningful.

Pagan did a great job bringing Poets personality to life, & truly captured her spirit.

Their performance made the banter fun to listen to, & really brought Brooks & Poets connection to life!

Yet again a phenomenal production by Dark Star Romance

This story was so good!!! I didn’t realize how long I’d been reading until my phone died in the middle of me reading!!
This cast of narrators did such an amazing job!!

The story had me laughing so hard from chapter one! I love the dynamic is this entire group, not just Brooks and Poet.
“Muddy” is easily my favorite side character, with her sneaky ways and sassy personality.

Brooks is an ex-con biker who works for the Powell family. Poet is a 23 year old member of the V-card carrying club who just quit her job and left New York to move to Huckleberry Hill.
The twists and turns this story takes will definitely leave you on the edge of your seat!!

I am loving the Saddles & Spurs series! I feel like the next one couldn’t get any better than the last and Emma Slate just proves me wrong each time.

This one is Poets story and the scream I let out at Poets news. I mean Pheww. I really enjoyed reading Poet and Brooks story. The real and rawness of their relationship was just so refreshing. Poet going through her emotions and really trying to find herself and fight for her independence. I absolutely love Muddy and her love for not only her granddaughters but Poet and Wyn also treating them like family. Their dad also being upset at the constant surprises his daughters throw his way and yelling to Poet that she will absolutely have a wedding just sent me because he wants to be able to walk her down the isle when it’s her turn 🥹

Let me just say I really hope Wyn decides to move to Huckleberry Hill and another thing! Muddy and Grampy?!?! They’r end game! I’m speaking it into existence! As soon as he showed up those two had me at the edge of my seat and laughing. I just know they’d be perfect together!

Once again, great listen! Prospector’s Peak is the third book in the Saddles & Spurs series by Emma Slate. I have enjoyed each book in this series. The narrators did an awesome job bringing this story to life.
Brooks is cowboy biker ex-con and Poet (love that name by the way) is a city girl who has lost her job deciding to move to Huckleberry Hill to find herself, oh and a virgin who may just fall in love with the bad boy!
I really enjoyed this book and would recommend this book as well as the entire series!

My high ratings of this series really can’t be trusted 😂 the writing isn’t great and she’s basically rewritten the same story three times now.. idk why I’m eating them up, it’s kin to watching the hallmark channel lol
