After buying myself a new crock pot for the first time, I purchased this (and several other books) in search for the perfect collection of delicious dinners. Many other cookbooks failed to pleased. They were either disorganized, difficult to follow instructions, recipes that didn't look appetizing, or nothing that fell into the "quick and easy" category (do I really want to go to the store right now to buy 20 new ingredients for dinner?) This cookbook was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It's convenient, easy to understand and follow, gives you two options of shorter or longer time, many of the recipes call for only a few ingredients, and did I mention how delicious they are? I've already tried three different ones in the same week; me and everyone in my family is very, very pleased. They even ate the leftovers, which says a LOT!
The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I wished it had a lot MORE recipes. I'm going to end up cooking all of the recipes before the year is over. The book is very, very short.
