Just wow, Bella Stone did it again, she created an amazing story with a strong focus on the found family, brotherhood and plenty of action to keep the reader on her toes.
As usual, her female character is a strong woman, down on her luck but with a determination and spine of steel. While she needs help, she doesn't need a man to rescue her, she needs a man to supports and helps. And Glenna does get it in no better man than Tyrone/Zorro.
Both are struggling, Glenna with the loss of her girl because she was out of luck and never got the support she should have been given. And Zorro - survivor guilt is strong here, always wondering if he could have something different. Facing the possibility of betrayal is hard. The ending is absolutely amazing.
They do connect fast and Tyrone is finally seeing that he can be the one who is being loved and has a family.
I love the interaction and teasing Tyrone has with his Four X team, I love how Glenna is taken into the fold by the women who have been through a lot and came out on the other side and show her that she now has a family to rely on.
I hope we see La Spezia again, I came to love these men who found what they didn't know they wanted or needed.

A tattoo changed the course of Tyrone’s life. A band of brotherhood was supposed to have no ties, due to their mission objectives so they did something to tie themselves together, The Marine Raider squad all got the same “magical bird” tattoo.
Years later Zorro is now a part of the XXXX group and rescues Kelsey from a trafficking ring. She recognizes the tattoo that was on her daddy’s arm. What???? Daddy??? The mystery begins.
Bella’s wrap up of the Four X series takes us on the journey to find the answers. Tyrone finds Glenna and brings her to La Spezia in Italy where they build a life surrounded by friends who become family, protection overcomes evil and love warms every heart.

It only takes one little girl and a tattoo to bring the past he has sworn never to forget to come full circle, and watching Tyrone change from a brooding and closed off man into the man who falls in love not only for the child but for the mom as well was heartwarming. Glenna might think that her future is bleak, but when she realizes that she now has a family that would never let her flounder again does her life come full circle. Of course with every Annabella Stone book there is loads of danger, mayhem and snark, but with this book it takes a back seat to love, honor and courage. I am sorry to see this series end but this book was one of the best in the series.

I was so much looking forward to Tyrone's story. Zorro has always been the quietest of the La Spezia brotherhood.
A rescue mission brings little Kelsey in Italy and in his home. The magic bird and the sword, like Kelsey calls it, bring back memories for Tyrone. The Four X's were already looking for Kel's family but now Tyrone will make it his priority... I love how Tyrone and Glenna connected and how, despite the memories, guilt and circumstances, they found their HEA.
This series couldn't have ended in a more amazing way... For me, it was the most emotional book of La Spezia.
If you like found family, a solid brotherhood and sisterhood, action, Dwight, a brother never forgotten, banter, peanut M&M's, an adorable 6 year old and glitter, then this book is for you.
"I need you to bring her home, but I need you to come back with her"
It's better read in order so you can enjoy it even more.

This is the best one yet from Bella Stone!! What a great way to finish 4 x group la spetzia! Writing is awesome, love the characters & it reels you in..hooked from start to finish. Couldnt put it down until i ginished..Laughed, cried, held my breath for rescues & understood survivors guilt & working through grief. Loved watching Uncle Zorro and Glenna fall in love. Looking forward to reading it again & again!!

Great read!!!
This was another good read from Bella. To see what happens to the child rescued in the last story, and find the how and why of it all, wraps up this group of men stories with a big bow. I laughed out loud and the unexpected scenarios, and cried at other parts. Bella's story telling makes you feel as though you are there in the room. Can wait to see where she takes me next.

This completely shattered my heart into little pieces, talk about emotional. Suspense had me screaming "No! Don't do it!" It happened, i didnt breathe. Oh my word i am a wreck, absolutely. What a way to finish out what has been a series of emotional reads that totally just got topped. I have no more words than to say, "Do not miss reading this." Deep breathing needed to survive and tissues.

Awesome!
❤️❤️❤️’d this series! I always like when the big bad alpha finds his heart.
If you are looking for a series that has edge of your seat suspense, hot alpha warriors, strong intelligent women this is that series. Oh, and don’t forget the absolutely tear jerking HEA’s at the end.

Bella Stone is awesome author. This story really tugged at my.heart strings. Love Kelsey and other kids in book. So strong and resilent. I am sure Chaos will by a great war dog like Zombie some day!

Part of a series really should read them in order as each secondary character morphs into the MC in the next book. Standard military adjacent character in love with a feisty / strong female and the problems they overcome on the way to a happily ever after. The characters feel a bit more real than most of the same trope efforts I have encountered.
