What wonderful poetry, what a gorgeous book. Tim Paggi's book, Workforced, is one of the best collections of poetry I've ever read. Delightfully witty, visual poems with a decidely dark outlook on modern day's preoccupation, it's still got the light touch of a wordsmith. The art of the book, made to emulate (perhaps) an album sleeve, is incorporated wonderfully in the design and incorporated with the words themselves. Highly recommend.
It's rare for me to read a poetry book in one sitting and have to keep turning the pages, but Workforced from Tim Paggi was so funny and insightful that I swallowed it whole--and I'm sure I will return time and again. Anyone grappling with the dehumanizing aspects of the corporate world will relate. This book is like the Office Space of poetry. And that is a high, high compliment.
