Eusebius A. Clay borrowed his pen name from Robert Schumann and a Robert Browning poem. His whole life has been a struggle between poetry and prose.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Clay went to Goucher College, where he studied creative writing. He enjoys reading and writing. His current project is his novel.
