OK, this had a few useful tips in it (eg proofread your emails before sending, talk about your reader more than you talk about yourself, use an appropriate tone of voice for your reader, and if you're going to make a request, make it clearly and concisely.)

But mostly, it felt like generic internet marketing dudebro advice, with several suggestions that are guaranteed to make me delete an email unopened. I'd honestly forgotten this sector of the interwebs existed, and I don't feel like I've lost anything through not staying connected to it.

On the plus side, it was super short, so I got through it in the better part of an hour. (Also, I'm pretty sure that Gmail now does most of the things he raves about Streak doing now in its native interface.)

Best outreach email workflow book I've read

Dan does a great job of outlining a workflow for cold email outreach. Knowing how to write attention getting subject lines and copy that will get replies is vert important but Dan continues where most authors stop, he explains how to set up a systematic workflow.

There's no magic formula or silver bullet here. It's just good, sound and fundamental practices that will get you results if you consistently implement.

Didn’t expect to love it, but I did!

Super easy read with actionable steps and tools to make it happen. The email language strategies are great and there’s a lot of good stuff here for the budding entrepreneur who may/may not have a solid followup system in place.
