Chloe ~ Independent, strong willed, stubborn, beautiful, passionate, loyal, loving.
Timmy ~ Domineering, arrogant, over protective, moody, sexy, adonis, gorgeous.
Absolutely loved this !! Amazing story and plot, brilliantly written with plenty of angst and drama.
This was a brilliant story telling how a tragedy brings 2 people together and no matter how hard they try to deny how they feel for each other it's as obvious as the Tattoos on Timmy that they feel deeply for each other.
Can they be together though, will he be able to protect her, or will he keep pushing her away thinking he's doing the right thing ?? Can Chloe prove to Timmy they should be together, that despite all that's happening he is what she needs, what she WANTS.

July 1, 2015I received this ARC for an honest review and it's my first book by Ann Grech. I absolutely LOVED Ink'd and look forward to the next book in the series. I had to do some research because I like to catch up on those authors I enjoy. Ann was born in Melbourne and during the day she's in the corporate world and usually found behind a desk or lecturing a room full of students. The evening hours find her at home as wife and mom, reading, writing, cooking or cleaning house.
Ink'd is a well-written story with the main characters being Chloe and Timmy. The supporting characters are extremely well-written and are perfectly woven into the story. Another 5 star read by Ann Grech. I'm definitely a fan of Ann's writing style, it's solid, descriptive and has a unique ability to weave itself deep into my soul. I had no clue what to expect with this one, was never really sure where it was heading and I was pleasantly surprised all the way through. I love the way I was able to get to know the secondary characters and I felt every moment of dread, fear and heartache along the way. The sex was on fire and left me a little edgy when I had to put it down mid way to make dinner for the family. If I could have avoided it, I wouldn't have moved until it was finished. I loved the crime/investigative aspect to the story and the mix of the MC. Cannot wait for book 2!!

I received this for an honest review I have to say I just am falling in love with this author one book at time... This books rocked my freaking socks off. I fell in love in the first page and was taken on quite the ride and one that I wasn't sure I wanted to get off.
Do you need a Dom/Sub book then this is the book for you and once you pick it up you will not want it to end.
I absolutely loved Timmy and Chloe together.. Timmy is a dom and Chloe is a sub although a very strong willed one at that which was freaking awesome to read!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

**JOSIE'S 4.5 STAR REVIEW**
I want to start off by saying where in the world has this author been! I love me some alpha domineering male characters and Ann gives us one heck of an alpha male in Timmy’s character. This is my first book by this author and I can assure you that I won’t be my last. I completely loved Ink’d. Ink’d is a strong story with two very well developed main characters, Chloe and Timmy. We also are treated with secondary characters that play a role in this story and in future stories to come. I’m so looking forward to reading them.
Chloe has returned home with her parents and three sisters after receiving her degree in arts. She gets a job as an apprentice in a local tattoo parlor. All is going well for Chloe and her sisters until the unimaginable and horrific happens. Amidst the chaos her neighbor Timmy is there to keep her safe. Life as one of the Hollyoak girls has forever been altered and there is no time to react.
I loved Chloe’ character. Despite her traumatic loss she is a strong, creative and pure woman who is trying to make sense of recent events. Chloe finds peace among the chaos in her life and at the tattoo parlor. The added bonus is seeing the man who protected her that horrible day. There is something about Timmy’s dominate, controlling and possessive nature that has her wanting to be with him.
Timmy is one heck of a male character. After saving Chloe he never expected to see her walk into his tattoo shop as their new apprentice. He has not been able to forget this beautiful young lady and the way her submissive nature pleased him. The problem is he sees her as young and tries not to act on his need. Timmy is domineering, egotistical, super protective, temperamental, sensual, a tattooed god and did I say Tattooed? Timmy’s plan to keep Chloe goes out the window when Blade a member of Fury wants to stake a claim on Chloe.
OMG! The chemistry between Timmy and Chloe was crazy good, even when he tries to push her away. Her innocent thoughts screamed for him to take and claim her, and Chloe would not go away easily. Chloe was determined to show Timmy she was not a young girl and that she could handle anything he threw at her, and boy did she handle it. The sex between these two was amazing, hot and steamy. It was hard for Timmy to control his domineering nature when it came to Chloe. All Timmy wanted to do was protect her from Blade and the Fury, but his needs were so strong he was quick to react. Chloe knew she was submissive to Timmy, but for her it was only in the bedroom. Finding a way to get Timmy to accept her free will outside the bedroom, was frustrating and confusing for her.
Ink’d was a quick read but the action, suspense, and angst was off the charts. The story and the characters held my interest from start to finish and I couldn’t get enough of this story. The connection and chemistry between Timmy and Chloe is instant and intense but it really worked for me. Can Timmy keep Chloe safe from Blade and the Fury? Can Timmy and Chloe reach a balance in their relationship or will it cause a rift between them that allow the Fury to take her? I can’t wait to see what the next book in this series will be like.

Love amidst tragedy and danger…
Chloe Hollyoak is young, artistic and optimistic about the future as she settles in to a new job and a new home. Little did she know her life was going to change in an explosive instant. Timmy D’Aristotle was older, he thought too old for the lovely new employee at the tattoo salon, but that didn’t stop him from looking. And wishing.
“She was potent, her frailty and inner strength drawing him like an addict to their drug of choice.”
Chloe and her sisters are dealing with loss and so much more as the danger that stalks their family has not gone away. There are friends surrounding them but even they are not above suspicion as Chloe is targeted by threats and more violence. I love how Chloe, while young, is mature even though the back and forth between her and Timmy seemed a bit forced and frenzied. I suppose, given the circumstances surrounding their romance, a bit of leeway is warranted. I love both characters though as they really do care for each other. The scene that brought Timmy to his knees had me sniffling for him and Chloe both. Emotional, sexy and an unexpected dom/sub sub-plot thrown in has me thoroughly invested in this group of characters.
This is the first in a three-part series with each installment focusing on one of the Hollyoak sisters. There is a plotline that remains unresolved at the end of this story and will follow through until the series end. And what a mystery it is, as the author weaves intrigue and danger throughout. The next story can’t come soon enough!
Oh, and I really want to have a Mo in my life. Protective, affectionate, cuddly – and comes with extra-large paws!

This is the first book that I have read by Ann and I look forward to reading more from her, especially any in this series. I loved all the characters in it and can't wait to read their stories as well. This book has the despair, angst, anger, love, oh who am I kidding you will fell it all with this book.
In the beginning an event occurs that will bring Chloe and Timmy together, but Timmy doesn't realize that it isn't just an insolated occurrence. It turns out that Chloe has an apprenticeship at his tattoo shop that makes it hard to avoid her. Timmy is hard headed and doesn't think that a relationship between the two of them is a good idea because of the age gap and his needs in the bedroom, so he pushes Chloe away. It gets hard for Timmy to stay away though since the president of the MC that is in town has set his eyes on Chloe. He is a very bad man and gets off on hurting people, especially women. Timmy sets it in his mind to protect Chloe but not to get close to her. Chloe is a talented artist who is strong and determined and sets her mind to doing a great job at the tattoo shop. She is putting a tough front on for everyone and isn't showing how events have affected her because she feels that she needs to be strong for her sisters but its taking a toll on her and she will need to be able to lean on someone.
Will Timmy realize the mistake he's making pushing Chloe away in time? Will she be able to forgive Timmy for the hurt he causes her? This is a must read!

Ink'd is my first book by Ann Grech and I'm hooked! I couldn't get enough.
Chloe Hollyoak has just finished up getting her fine arts degree, and begins her dream job in her hometown as a tattoo apprentice. Life is going well until a horrifying hit leaves her and her sisters alone. With her life spiraling out of control as she tries to hold it together, a powerful biker named Blade wants to own and destroy her. Tall, dark, and freakin hot Timmy has to rescue her. He's a protective, possesive dominant alpha male. He is trying to resist Chloe, but it's not working out very well. And he's battling his own demon as well. Can they find their way to each other through all the storms?
I LOVED Chloe and Timmy! They were like the finale at a fireworks show in explosiveness. She was a pillar of strength through it all. Not sure my emotions will calm down anytime soon after reading this. It had ultimate loss, brutal evil men, unimaginable pain, twists that still aren't explained, blazing sex, loyalty, and love. The secondary characters were all amazing as well. The book started out with a bang, kept it going, and frankly upset me when it ended. It didn't have a cliffhanger per se, but all my questions are no where close to being answered. I highly recommend Ink'd and CANNOT WAIT for the next book.

I am on the fence with how I feel about Ink’d; and that is not a bad thing really because it means that I am curious enough to want to read the next book when it releases. I liked the idea behind the plot, I liked that it was a quick read, and I liked that it appears all the books will be tied into each other because of the heroines being sisters. Timmy was hot and alpha and dominant; something I tend to like in my heroes, Chloe was younger and somewhat innocent but not completely. Good combination to a story that has potential.
What I had issues with was how there are a lot of loose ends that very well may be tied up in the upcoming books; but with them being left loose with no hints that they will be taken care of makes me wonder if that was intentional or something the author hadn’t worked through during the writing process. I hope that in the next book we find out the answers to more questions regarding the murders of the sisters’ parents as well as if a certain biker will leave someone alone or if she is still in his sites. Holy hell...Timmy was one delicious naughty talking bossy man. Now don't get me wrong. I totally wanted to give him a shake or two along the way in his story with Chloe. Poor sweet Chloe. My heart broke for her with the tragedy that she and her sisters suffer. It was such a shock within the story that it almost felt like a punch in the stomach reading it. Ann did so well in that part of telling Chloe's story. From the accident to all that happened right afterwards. You just felt their shock and pain. I really loved that it was Timmy that saved her. It was the beginning of the bond. One that Timmy tried very hard to resist and almost broke Chloe in the process. This is where those shakes come in. When he finally does give in to their attraction that for the record Chloe doesn't resist, they are sizzling together. I mean some serious steam. Ann also managed to weave a story that has me more than curious as to what will happen with Chloe's sisters and what is behind the cause of the accident that rocked all of their worlds. I absolutely loved Chloe's story and can't wait to read the next one in the series.

Loss, hot sex, dominant Alpha man, evil MC, hot tattoos and so much more describe this book. While it is a part of a series and the next two books can be read as a standalone you will get the true feel of the story if you read the books in order as the next books will explain events that occurred in this book that left us waiting to see what will transpire next in this series.
Chloe and Timmy meet in an unfortunate way and meet again while doing her dream job. Timmy fights his feelings due to the age difference and the events surrounding Chloe and her sisters (Claire and Cleo). Timmy will do anything to protect Chloe from Blade except he always finds ways to mess up. I hope Blade gets what is coming to him.
The other supporting characters are brought into this story and are well intertwined in this series. I can't wait to find out the suspense that is still in question in the upcoming books in this series. It is nice that we will get to continue seeing Chloe and Timmy as well in this book. Her 2 male BF are the best in this series and hopefully they will get a novella in this series.

I fell in love with this story and the characters. I cant wait to read more in this series as they come out. The characters and the story line were very well developed and the book left you wanting more and more. You never knew what was going to happen next and when it did there was a lot of shock factors throughout the book.
Chloe and Timmy first meet at the beginning of the book when something happens and shatters Chloe's world. They later meet up when Chloe starts working an apprenticeship at Timmy's tattoo shop. Timmy cant explain his feelings for her except he has a deep need to protect her in any way that he can but will not pursue a relationship with her because of their age difference. He thinks that he is too old for her. But keeping Timmy away is a battle within himself when the president of a local MC sets his eyes on Chloe and this guy is not a good guy in any form.
Will Timmy be able to protect Chloe and not want more with her? Or will Chloe break down his defenses and he finally give in?

Will Timmy be able to protect Chloe and not want more with her? Or will Chloe break down his defenses and he finally give in?

This is a great start to the series. These stories are all going to be linked together and I can’t wait to get the rest of the story because I definitely need answers.
Chloe has just come back to town to start her new job at her at the tattoo shop. Right when she is getting settled in, the unthinkable happens. I felt so bad for Chloe and her sisters. But Timmy is there to help Chloe pick up the pieces and try to get her life on track.
I loved Timmy but there were times he made me so mad. I wanted to smack him and tell him to get it together quite a few times. This is an action packed story that left me with so many questions that I cannot wait to get answers too. I cannot wait to read the other 2 sisters stories to find out how everything connects and how things are going to play out. I also hope to see more of Timmy and Chloe in the other two books.

I received this ARC for an honest review and i loved it so much i loved it so much I wanted to support the author so I bought it too. This was my first book to read by Ann Grech and not my last. I am already counting the days for the next book in A Hollyoak Sisters Novel to come out,
I was excited to see a set of sisters (3) like my own family of sisters and like that it started with the youngest like myself. Chloe and Timmy are the main characters in this book and they are 14 years apart in age. I love how this book in it self is it's own book yet you are introduced to the other 2 sisters and their supporting characters that you know will we will meet in book in the future. I am already seeing where I am thinking things might be heading and where i hope to see Chloe;s two best friends head and hope hope hope I get to see them have their own book or at least a novella,

A little too much........but not enough. I can't say I loved Timmy but I didn't dislike him either. What's in a name? I guess it was hard for me to envision a big, hot, alpha male tat artist named Timmy, but I digress......
I just could get with the meth lab, biker bullies, suspect cop, and D/s relationship, sounds like a winner winner chicken dinner....Right???
The sex scenes were on point. Chloe, Timmy's young and innocent love interest was actually a good heroine for this book. Cleo and Claire her sister were a little confusing but I guess when their books become available we will get to know them and the loose ends that were left hanging in this book will be addressed.

I have mixed feelings about this book. The book has steamy sex scenes along with a little action. The ending also leaves you with many questions. I hope the author continues this series, so that they bad guys are taken down for what they did.
Chloe and her sisters have suffered a horrible loss of both parents. They want answers to help find themm closure. The sheriff is no help, I honestly think he's dirty and has his hand in the MC business. There's a mystery involving within this book and I hope to find out what it is.
I liked the characters and I'm glad Rake finally told Timmy to get his head out of his butt and get the girl. It was getting frustrating the back and forth between them cause of age difference and working together. They both finally caved and gave into each other. It was explosive!

This is my first book I've read by Ann Grech and I absolutely LOVED it!! I want to keep her in my pocket & have her write for me everyday!!
This story is about Chloe & Timmy but it's so much more. It's about 3 sisters Chloe, Cleo Claire and how they are dealing with things that have happened in their lives. This book mostly focuses on Chloe & Timmy's relationship.
I loved Chloe's spunk when standing up for what she wants. I'm a sucker for a hot alpha man but a strong leading heroine who can stand up for herself really makes me fall in love with a book!
I will say that my heart broke during this story but was mended by the end! Ann is now on my "I must read everything by this author" list!

I was given this book as an ARC for an honest review. Ink'd is the first book in the Hollyoak Sisters Series. Date of Publication: July 14, 2015. Pages: 176. Genre: Romance Suspense. This is the second book that I have read by Ann. I have thoroughly enjoyed her style of writing and look forward to reading more of her books.
In this story the main characters are Chloe and Timmy. Chloe just graduated from school and is ready to start her dream job. Then a major life changing event occurs. Timmy is one of her bosses at her new job. He is very handsome, domineering man who supports Chloe in many different ways. The story is filled with mystery, romance and lust. I highly recommend it and I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

Well hot damn! From the very beginning this read had me hooked! We get one hell of a rattle and it throws Chloe and her sisters for one massive loop of shock. Chloe is one awesome spitfire who has massive amounts of strength within her. She is doing her best to be strong for her loved ones and stay above water with everything that's trying to overtake her. Then we have sexy, dominant Timmy. He sees her and he knows he shouldn't touch. Only thinking that is one thing and doing it is a completely different story. He's a pain in the ass at times but you still can't help but swoon over him.
This read takes you on one hell of a ride. It's hot, it's suspenseful, it's freakin addicting!!

I thought this was a great book. It was the first time I have read anything by this author and now I want to read more. This book was exactly what I think of when I think of erotic romance. It was a very intense read and I couldn't put it down. I thought the setting of the story added to the intensity of the novel. I would definitely recommend this book to other readers. Grech writes as though she is directing a movie and the reader is placed in the middle of all the action. This book is going to be one that once readers experience it,they're going to want to read more of the author's work. Ann Grech is a superb storyteller that knows how to captivate her audience.

This is a full book but it seems almost like a serial set to me because there are things that aren’t solved just in this book but it doesn’t leave you hanging about these particular characters which is a definite plus for this author! I really liked these characters. I love how take charge Chloe can be but then she turns into a purring kitten in other scenes. Fair warning: The sex scenes rock. Rawr! I totally want to trade first times with Chloe. LOL
I like how you get the biker threat almost from the first of the book in a very subtle way. It definitely spices up the story just that little bit.

This book had everything to make it a great success. There was unbelievable drama and suspense with some sexy and spicy romance going on that made it impossible to put down this book until the end. This was a love triangle of utmost portions. Chloe was a strong willed woman that was forced to deal with tragedy and loss in her young life. Timmy was instantly attracted to Chloe but felt the age difference was too much to overcome but that did not stop him from wanting her in his life. Blade just wanted Chloe. No questions asked. I loved this story and how it unfolded. There were unexpected moments that kept me on the edge of my seat but I always knew true love would win out.

This is going to be a series so the story isn't concluded.
The sex scenes are hot. The threat from a local gang of bikers was very suspenseful.

The first three to four chapters start off very rushed , I had to reread quite a bit just to figure out what was happening. Afterv thatvthings started getting good and being a fairly enjoyable read. I did feel the the use of character names was a bit excessive at times ( the same name several times in one sentence ). Overall it was a good read once you get caught up as to what the story was about. I was slightly disapointed we never learned exactly what the deal was withbtheb parents.

Given an ARC for honest review. I think this is going to be a great series. This book leaves questions, as with any good series. But it is not a cliffhanger in regards to these characters. I love Chloe's strength and attitude. Timmy is just trying to do the right thing by everyone. I am eager to see how these sisters stories unfold.
