If you are just picking this up you really need to read book 1 Deceived to get the best out of this series. Each book is a great short read and easily devoured in one sitting with your favourite drink in hand.
I'm addicted, Liv weaves a climatic tale in the 'forget me not' series. It's infused with deception, erotic tension and a heavy dollop of taboo. Don't be mistaken in thinking this is the yummy nanny getting it on with daddy. Although who knows......This series is shattering with Loraine (the wife), who in my opinion is a class A bitch despite playing the troubled role so brilliantly, trying to bring her husband down. She is clearly desperate, although it's not entirely clear why she's doing her damnedest to get her husband to cheat with the nanny. Is it money? I doubt it because she's got it in spades and I don't buy that she thinks it's inevitable that he will cheat anyway. Maybe it's another man or women or is it really something else?
Lisa the 'nanny', poor girl, who gets suckered in for the promise of big dollars if she succeeds in helping Loraine implicate Kenneth in cheating is falling in love with him. Can't say I blame her......Lisa is desperate as the payment would be her salvation for a better life for her and her friend and her friends baby....but is she strong enough to do it. She seems too weak at first but her resolve strengthens the farther the money seems to slip away. Not too mention the obvious chemistry between her and Kenneth....it felt very hot in that laundry!
Lisa is doing her damnedest to get Kenneth to cheat but the man has a steely self control and let's face it, he's not stupid. Maybe all those workouts don't just keep his body but his mind in control...He's definitely got her number but he doesn't seem to have Loraine's, or does he? You gotta respect the guy for calling it as it is. In desperation, Loraine goes all out to get to her end game and gives the desperate Lisa her last shot to bring Kenneth to his knees. Can she do it? Or will her conscience win? Damn, always with a series you've got to get the cliffhanger! Yes I hate them too but it will just make the wait so much sweeter once Liv releases number 3. Please hurry Liv, I'm definitely hooked!!

The second instalment of this story was extremely absorbing and well-written, with lots of intrigue and various ongoing conspiracies, which kept my interest throughout. Lisa only has 7-days to seduce Kenneth, but all her flagrant sexual exploits, and her inappropriate state of dress, are to no avail. Kenneth tells Lisa in no uncertain terms that he loves his wife and family, and there is nothing she can do that will entice him away – nor will he allow her to become his mistress. Lisa realises she is falling in love with Kenneth, but when Loraine puts her final plan into action, this turns out to be quite atrocious. Everything has been leading up to this moment, but Lisa has to decide can she really go through with her part of the deal. The author has produced an exceptional storyline, although this instalment does end on a cliff-hanger. Nevertheless, I would have no hesitation in recommending this series, as it is an exceptional story and one not to be missed. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Seven days, that's all she has to convince her employers husband to cheat on his wife and she'll earn a huge payday. Enough to take care of herself, her pregnant best friend.

Holy hotness. And Oh. My. Goodness. This whole story has my head spinning. And I'm so confused about Liam. He seems like the best, honest guy. But then maybe he isn't. But then he is? Gah!!!

OMG!!
I'm feeling sorry for Kenneth, as the plot thickens I can't wait to see how this is gonna turn out. Lorraine is some piece of work, there's more to her than meets the eye. I just hope Lisa sees it in time!

So hooked on this story, no idea what will happen next or what the heck is really going on in that house. I hope we don't have to wait that long until the next book!
