This is a little bit geared toward teens (didn't realize it when I checked it out), but I still think it was very helpful and a quick read!

As someone who is always looking for ways to be stress free, calm and collected and overall just not worry about the little things in life, this book was pretty good.

The reason for my 4-star rating is because I have been practicing the art of zen and trying to be calm for a few years now so there really wasn't much new info I could have utilized, though there were a few things I related to in this book which I liked. Aside from all that, everything else really did help.

What I got from this book is that it is recommended for first-timers, those who have not really had a chance to practice ways of relieving anxiety and stress. I would call this almost a beginners book, plus the fact that the book is small and just over 100 pages, like a pocket book, really is appropriate for those who don't have much time to read in their busy, daily lives.

This book is very appropriate in size to keep in your pocket or in your bag, as a little reminder to stay calm and boost confidence. I have tabbed parts in the book I can refer to whenever I need that little boost :)
