Note: This was a goodreads win.
After a third of the book I have to throw in the towel. While I like the concept, the book seems to move at a snails pace with dialogue and scenes that struggle to connect. It took me over 100 pages to even realize the main character was female.

The Firstborn Prophecy is an intriguing and suspenseful read that pulled me in with its dark atmosphere, secrets and mystery. The story slowly reveals a disturbing world of control, hidden truths and a prophecy that changes everything. I enjoyed the characters, and the twists kept me wanting to know what would happen next.
