July 21, 2015The dnf is just for the first story, Mail Order Misunderstanding byKirsten Osbourne. The plot was too farfetched for anything but romantic comedy. The dialogue lacked the wit and word play needed for a successful rom-com. The opening events leave doubt that the hero and heroine have a brain between the two of them. Just pass on this one.

Great taste of western times
I enjoyed the five stories from these wonderful authors! Each story gives the reader a taste of frontier living and the challenges faced by women in those times. Strength, courage, and fortitude were required to survive. I'm glad times are different now!

OK so far I have only read the first story in this anthology. I was so happy so see Elizabeth finally get a happy ever after! Going to have to come back and read the other stories now just to what they are like.

Enjoyable reading.
