Good information, bad grammar

The grammar errors were very distracting. A good edit would have been helpful. Still, the information was mostly okay, with a tiny bit of misinformation.

Straight to the point, no nonsense guide

I appreciated the no nonsense approach. Chapter 1 seems superfluous, but otherwise it gets straight to the point- short and sweet.

Great guide for anyone

The author was very straightforward and offered some great advice for starting or improving anyone's running ability. A must read.

Very informative! Although, I was really bothered by the typos! Some info was all Lao contradicted later in the book, also. Overall, it was well worth the read.

Very basic

Not a lot of depth, but a good summary of the basics. The focus is on weight loss and the training plans are not anything to revolutionary
