About the author

Rick Kirkman is a cartoonist and co-creator of the comic strip Baby Blues. He received the National Cartoonist Society Newspaper Comic Strip Award in 1995, and the Reuben Award in 2012 for his work on the strip. He also served as co-executive producer of The WB animated television series of Baby Blues.

Depois de me ter esquecido deste livro em casa da minha irmã (a 700 km de distância) há 4 meses, acabei por relê-lo quase todo depois de o recuperar (há 11 dias).

Não consigo deixar de me divertir imenso com as piadas que tão bem reflectem a vivência de uma família com filhos "pequenos". E os desenhos são brilhantes!

Tal como no volume anterior, não me agradaram em geral os comentários que os autores acrescentaram, em rodapé, nalgumas tiras, mas não será por isso que vou deixar de continuar a comprar e a ler esta série!

Having left this book at my sister's house (700 km away) 4 months ago, I ended up rereading almost all of it after getting it back (11 days ago).

I can't help it, I just have a lot of fun with these jokes that portray the life of a family with small children so accurately. And the drawings are brilliant!

Just like in the previous book, I didn't enjoy the remarks added by the authors for some strips. However, this reason is not enough to make me stop buying and reading this series!

I've always enjoyed Baby Blues and now I am engaged in reading all of the collections and so glad I am! No Yelling has so many enjoyable strips I could not stop laughing and smiling. The characters are now all well developed and what I really like about these more recent volumes is the little tidbits and anecdotes that Kirkman and Scott have added between the strips. Anyone who loves Baby Blues will love this book! Printed in very high quality, my only real complaint is the large size of the book and it being a paperback makes it awkward to hold and read; it really works best only laying on a table top. But that is a small quibble for such an enjoyable read!

Another new Baby Blues collection that I hadn't had a prior change to read. I believe that this one was released for their 25th publishing anniversary. Another funny comic about the ups and down of parenthood.
