A story about a family of four sisters survive life and life on the farm.
September 30, 2026
Great ending to this four book series where we get the story of the h who is the youngest of the four Marchetti daughters. The h finds out about her birth mother and how she died after getting her daughter to safety. The mother and father she knew claimed her as their daughter to keep her safe. Only forty years later does she find out about her birth mother’s sacrifice to save her. She herself experiences an abusive marriage and gets the hidden help of her mother to make her escape. She believed that she did it on her own. When she finds out about her mother’s secret assistance she is angry but then sees the love behind it realizing that any other way would have resulted in her being held hostage by her abusive and controlling husband. The h grows as she finds out about her past and while also being responsible for the fall harvest and all that was part of this season on the farm. She also meets a man who has a connection to the farm through his mother who he finds out came seeking help that enabled her to escape to a safe home for her and her son. He is attacked to the h and asks for a date, she says yes but only if she can control when and what occurs. She proposes six dates at her choosing and then she decides the outcome. The H agrees to the conditions. During the six weeks he finds out how his mother is connected to the farm. In the end they find their HEA but only after the h realizes that she has fallen in love with the H. Then with the guidance of the H and others the h puts together a plan to carry on the work of her mother but in the open and legally. Recommend this series to anyone who loves mystery in the telling of a family’s history. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Enjoy.

I received an Advance Reader Copy of this book for free, and this is my honest review.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½
The Pumpkin Patch Promise was the perfect heartfelt conclusion to the Harvest Hollow series. Prue's journey of reclaiming her independence after years of being controlled felt authentic, emotional, and empowering. I especially loved how her relationship with Sam developed through trust, patience, and choice, making their romance both sweet and meaningful.
The family mystery that has woven through the series finally comes together in a satisfying way, with plenty of emotional reveals that kept me invested until the very end. The themes of sisterhood, belonging, and found family were beautifully handled, and the cozy autumn farm setting made it even more charming.
A warm, touching finale filled with hope, healing, and second chances. The only reason it's not a full five stars is that I wished I could spend a little more time with these characters before saying goodbye. A wonderful ending to a cozy, clean small-town romance series! 🍂🎃💕

The fourth book in Amy’s most recent series. Now are with Prue as it’s her turn to run the harvest season and is told from Prue and Sam’s POV. While I totally loved the first 3 I love, love, love this one.
Prue went through so much in her now over marriage and as the story unfolds more about it is revealed. Of the sisters I think she was the most vulnerable and watching her find her way totally warmed my heart. And Sam is truly the perfect match for her. He just gets her.
As with the first 3 more of the mystery of the farm’s past is revealed and it is so much more than my heart could hold, in the best possible way.
A true beautiful story that only got better with each installment.
Amy is on top of my “if she writes it I’m in” list.
The thoughts are my own. I was blessed with an ARC of this book.

Is a sweet, clean, small town, second chance, later-in-life, sisterhood romance with a cozy mystery with no cliffhanger.
Some of the lines I really like --- "But having choices taken away with loving intentions still means having choices taken away." --- "That is completely fine. But just so you know, I’m open to being kissed by you any time.” --- "Detours aren’t always a bad thing. Sometimes they’re just an invitation to discover something new.” ---
What does Eleanor (Nell) know? What records and documents must be protected at all costs? Who lived on the hidden 6 acres? Why is there no record? What's in the locked cabinet hidden in the cider barn? Which of the 4 sisters is adopted? All questions will be answered.
I loved Prue and Sam's story and I'm sure you will too. I've loved everyone of her books that I've read and I can't wait to read her next book.

Amy Rafferty has done it again. The Pumpkin Patch series is so real and heartfelt I am sorry this book ends the series. This book is about the youngest sister, Pru who escaped an abuse, controlling marriage to return to the farm and take up her place and fulfill the conditions in her mother's will with her three sisters. She has a problem with trust and with being coddled by her three sisters and has to find herself, establish boundaries with her sisters and open her heart to Sam. What a fantastic ending to this series. I can't wait to see what Amy Rafferty has in store for us next. I highly recommend this series! I received an ARC of this series but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

Prue always felt like she was different from her sisters in more ways than physical appearance. Now that they all know one of them was brought to the farm by a woman fleeing abuse, she’s sure it’s her.
Sam discovered his mother had been one of the many women fleeing abusive relationships and ended up at the farm sanctuary. She never told him about it, but he wanted to learn more. His life and Prue’s collided as they both were looking for answers from all the secrets that had been kept for over 40 years.
Will they find the answers? Now that the four years are up, what will the girls do with the farm? You’ll need to read the book to get all the answers that have been haunting this series.

THE PUMPKIN PATCH PROMISE by Amy Rafferty is the fourth and final, sweet and cozy book in the Fall at Harvest Hollow series.
It’s a captivating, heartfelt story of the bond of sisters, the importance of home and family, choosing and being chosen, family secrets revelations and resolutions, and unexpected, later-in-life love.
It also has some great quotes -
♥️“Family is born …through the conscious choice to cherish, protect, and love without reservation.”
💜 Knowing you’re “loved, wanted and chosen with fierce, unconditional devotion.”
🩷“Family is about who chooses to stay.”
And too many more to write. You’ll just have to read the book for yourself.
I was part of an advanced reader team and am voluntarily giving my honest review.

I read this book as an ARC.
This is Prue’s season to run. She’s the youngest and has always felt like she was coddled. She was in an abusive marriage and she got out. She felt like she wasn’t strong enough to do things like her sisters. She was wrong. There are lots of secrets held from the sisters. This year what was left all came to light. She wants to build a woman’s sanctuary. She needs her sisters to agree.
Sam works for developers who want the Marchetti Farm. He also needs to know what his mother was hiding from him. They find out the truth together. They both found the their person.

The final secret is uncovered, and after so many years, everything finally falls into place. Patience is never easy, but in this case, it was absolutely worth it.
This series is deeply emotional, tearing your heart out one moment and filling it with sunshine, laughter, hope, and self-discovery the next. Amy masterfully balances heartbreak and joy, creating a story that stays with you long after you've turned the last page.
I'm truly sorry to see this series end. These characters have become like family and friends, and saying goodbye to them is bittersweet. Amy has an incredible gift for bringing her characters to life, making their journeys feel real, relatable, and unforgettable.

Beautiful ending to a fantastic series!
An absolutely beautiful, emotional ending to another fantastic series by Amy Rafferty. The four sisters are all strong independent women who break down barriers and face challenges head on. The love and devotion to one another is evident in all that they do as they fulfill the requirements of their mother's will and run the family farm. Truly emotional, touching story.

Great finale to the Harvest Hollow series! Prue's season as the fall harvest manager at the farm has arrived. She joins forces with Sam Hollis to discover more information about the farm sanctuary and its inhabitants, which included Sam's mother, Sarah Sterling. While collaborating on their investigation of the sanctuary, Prue and Sam develop a romantic relationship. Both Prue and Sam discover secrets that involved their own mothers. I highly recommend this book to other romance/mystery readers. I received an ARC of this book, and the opinion expressed is strictly my own.

This was a phenomenal series! So wonderfully written with a unique and interesting story line, sweet, cozy, heartwarming and completely entertaining. What a year it's been for the Marchetti sisters! Secrets, mystery, family and romance for each of them. It made me so happy Prue was able to get her answers, heal and then choose to carry on her Mom's legacy of the farm. Each book was so good and had some twists. I loved everything about this series! Get them! You don't want to miss the amazing story telling!

The Pumpkin Patch Promise is the fantastic ending to this wonderful series. It is Prue's turn to manage the Autumn harvest season as she meets the terms of her mother's will and discovers Rosalind's last kept secret. When Sam arrives at the farm to possibly purchase it, he becomes more interested in Prue and finding his mother. In the end the sisters' discover the biggest secret is one of their own making. I highly recommend this well written and heartfelt book.

The secrets from the past meet the present in the characters of Prue & Sam. They are instrumental in bringing the story of a woman who protected the women from difficult or dangerous circumstances. Together they were able to heal and create a beautiful story. As the secrets unfold the author has been able to create the perfect ending.

A very special finish to the Pumpkin Patch series. First with various views of the use of the farm, ending with much more involved than anticipated. Secrets involving one of the sisters in particular and finding love through it all. Don't miss one of the books in the series, as each one will bring you thrills and dilemmas.

Prue is the youngest & fourth sister to run the harvest and has her own ideas on how she wants the season to go. She struggles with control after leaving her controlling husband. Along comes Sam, trying to solve his mother's secrets, who came to the farm seeking refuge in the mysterious 6 acres. A relationship develops as he & Prue become friendly on her terms.

This was a great ending for this story and Prue being adopted and Sam finding about his mother as both women were part of underground system for women to live new lives in secret but now the farm will become a open system to help women. Thank you for this great story about these women on the farm helping others.

Prue's story brings such a satisfying and upbeat conclusion to this wonderful series. I truly appreciate Amy Rafferty’s beautiful descriptive prose that brought the Massachusetts autumn sounds and sights to life. Each sister has such a unique story, yet they were all intertwined to create a full picture of family life and strength.
