**POSSIBLE SPOILERS**

So, I give this book 3.5 Stars. I liked it but not as much as the others. I think I laughed less. It was still entertaining but not as much.

Janey does it again. Getting into all kinds of trouble and dragging her friends along with her. Now, she's mated to a Dragon! Ha! I wonder how that is gonna go down. This portal battle seems to be ongoing. The synopsis noted that an ancient evil was making an experience to thwart her plans at venturing to the portal. I guess it's the witch? I was thinking it was gonna be someone else. I'm still confused about that part....oh well. We shall see in the next book.

Major cliff hanger... Yep, bring on the next book please Elle! I can't believe you would keep us hanging like that? lol
I have read all the War of the Fae books and enjoyed every single one of them. Time Slipping has kept me on the edge of my seat since starting it. Thank you Elle for taking us away with more of the War of the Far <3

Loved it!

The story is great with strong characters and a ton of action . I have noticed more grammatical errors in the recent books, not enough to be totally annoying, but still enough to notice. I'm continuing to love the story, Although the cliff hanger ending without a new book to go to is cruel!

She does it again.

I absolutely love this series. I would love to meet each and every character because they are each hilarious. I was so surprised that there was more to this story, but so happy as well.

The story line was great, but the summary was kind of confusing. There also wasn't much interaction with the other characters. Mostly we just heard from Jayne and her crazy mind. I wish there had been more of Tim and the other characters. Also nothing was really ever explained which was a little annoying.

Also this story ends on a cliffhanger like all the ones before it. I can't wait until the next book comes out!

I'm actually pretty disappointed that this series isn't going to finish. I mean, I'm pretty sure it isn't at least. What a cliffhanger to l leave it on too. I hope Elle decides to finish this some day.

I forgot how much I loved this series of books and was excited to find there were three more books from where I finished reading.

Jayne and Tim still make these stories for me. They have me laughing out loud with their relationship and the things they come out with. Don't get me wrong I love everyone else too, these two just have my heart. Closely followed by Spike.

The story itself had me sooooo hooked. I needed to know what was happening and why. How a normal trip cold turn and go so horribly wrong, mind you it's not like Jayne has the best luck. It was so intriguing how all of these little things were happening and building for everything to turn and basically go to hell.

I love the introduction of Ish and Orthello and what the bring to this new chapter of the War of the Fae. And I can't wait tonfind out more about them and what part they play in the next book as they clearly have some huge relevance. And I need to know what becomes of Judith and her wicked games.

Jayne and Company head to the Isle of Skye to fulfill her obligations as companion to the dragon, Biad. Nothing could go wrong on this trip, right?! This book seems to start the series in a whole other direction and builds up steam for the next two books in the series.

So I bought it. It picks up on Jayne, the same ol' Jayne (yay ... ), going to meet up with Biad. There is some interesting voodoo happening and that's really cool. Unfortunately, Tim is along for the ride. I'm disappointed at how resilient the little bug is. Anyway, too long; didn't read version is Jayne is brash, Jayne doesn't think, Jayne doesn't know what the hell she's doing. Then Jayne pisses people off, manages to befriend an unlikely thing and exerts her control. Jayne screws up, Jayne distrusts, Jayne, Jayne, Jayne, Jayne. Why did I buy this book? This series should have ended with 7. The author wrapped it up. There was no need for a continuation on that story line. Sure, I can see going into the same world, but maybe with a different perspective by, oh, I don't know, Samantha? She seems like the only one who knows what is going on anyway. I'm really disappointed with Jayne. Her character is nothing but an antagonistic slap, she's an abusive bully, and refuses to grow at all. AT ALL! It's really unbelievable that she's remained the exact same person through out all 8 books. Also ... The semicolon. For the love of cheese, look up how to use one and don't rely on word for that crap. I'm an author myself; the only thing I rely on word for in that regard is misspellings. It's not your go-to application for grammar, an editor is! The Oatmeal has a comic on how to use a semicolon. Look for it. It's enlightening.

So. I finally got my hands on this book. Therefore, I finally finished this book less than 24 hours after I got it, which implies that this book was AMAZE-BALLS.
But gosh darn it, that ENDING. That...Elle Casey, you can't keep doing this to your fans .-. What I mean is, you can't keep ending your stories like this and forcing your obsessive readers to wait at least ONE YEAR for the next book. It's just...not done.
I didn't like this book as much as the other books because certain things didn't happen that I wish had happened after certain situations developed through the book. I also didn't like how Jayne was separated from her group for most of the book.
My having so many questions isn't necessarily a bad thing but it IS driving me crazy.

4 1/2 Stars!

OMG, I did not see that one coming. Jayne and her crew are off on yet another adventure. Just when you think things are about to settle down and all is well with the fae and the Otherworlds, BAM, Jayne is thrown yet another curve ball. In Time Slipping , Elle Casey is setting the stage for the next phase of the Fae Wars and along the way new characters are introduced and all the old favorites are back. Before it's over, all Hell may just break loose when the different realms collide. I cannot wait for book 9 to be released to see what awaits Jayne and her friends and to see how everything will play out. Hope you enjoy this fast paced continuation of War of the Fae, I certainly did.

I can't even describe how much I love these books. Seriously. If you love fantasy books, these are for you! Elle's writing is creative, engaging, hilarious and heartwarming. I don't think I've ever found a group of characters that I love as much as these. They're like a part of me. I'm sorely tempted to turn around and read the whole series again just so I don't have to miss them until the next book comes out! Also, if you like supporting independent writers, you will love Elle Casey! The entire Fae series is a quick read that is sure to give anyone the escape they're looking for. I laugh out loud every few pages. Pick the whole series up! You won't be disappointed!!!

Wonderfulness exemplified. Loved all the "war of the fae books"... only one problem-when are you going to finish it?????????
I mean jeez!! April 2016 has come and gone. Still no #9. Or #10?? The 8th book leaves off in the middle of the story. Not a cliff hanger, just as if you just decided to stop writing!! What the H E double hockey sticks? ( A Finnism I use at least once a day!!)
The "colorful" language has given me so many new ways to express myself!! Whoot woo!!
I am a jayneaholoc!! Cannot get enough of her!!
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT'S HOLY, FINNISH AND RELEASE NUMBERS 9&10!!

Oh boy is this getting crazy

Big warning, this one leaves you with more questions. I love the characters and we add a few new ones. By now everyone is like old friends .... You can put yourself in Jayne's place. I'm still enjoying the story as the world is built and added to ...evolving and growing.

I think I missed something between book 7 & 8 because at the most there was 6 months between the two and Jayne went from almost 18 to 19.... Just a little oddity. Doesn't hurt the story flow and I wouldn't noticed if I wasn't reading them all in a row.

Just jaw dropping amazing.

I couldn't put it down and I have never read a book so fast. Jayne was even more incredible and tough and resilient then the beginning of the series. With how this ends I know there will be another! Hopefully soon! What a cliff hanger! So much went on in this book, so many details. New characters, old characters. I am so a fan. I can't get enough of this series!!!!

Again the story flipped into an unpredictable storyline...loved it!!!
Somethings were a bit hit and miss and I find that Jayne tends to get out of sticky situations far to easily most of the time which doesn't make for much suspense.
Cannot wait for the next two books to come out, I've been loving this journey!

Enjoyable but Cliffhanger

This book in the series wasn't as enjoyable as the previous. However, I did find it drawing me in but left to many unanswered questions for the next book. Some books in this series would of been better if merged into one book. I would enjoy seeing this series made into a Amazon series.
