I wish I had this book when I started leading! Susie hones in on what is typically missing from leadership training but is so important and that is kindness. Her recaps at the end of each chapter includes thoughtful questions for the reader makes the book actionable. I would highly recommend to any leader that wants to focus on what's most important to being a good leader!
