Very short shifter romance. A good read if you are looking for a quick escape. It would be great if it was longer.
Women love him which he has never minded until he found his mate. Now it may cause him to loose the one thing he wants so bad.

Enjoyed this story but thought Trent was a bit egotistical with how good he was with sex, not women, as he didn’t have any relationships. e.g. speaking to Willow - this is going to be a cheap date. Usually when I take a woman out I go for a better restaurant. Really!

Then assuming because they are mates he doesn’t have to try, it will just happen. He did look out for her and was caring but his ego was a major stumbling block to me liking him. Why the continued repetition of all the women wanting and coming on to him in front of Willow, just annoyed me. As he said himself, I know I come over confident and brash.

Willow was a sweetie, she didn’t know anything about shifters or that she was one. She was adopted but only learnt of this fact recently, about the same time she partially changed in front of the ex. She has been doing it really tough recently and only had the clothes on her back and a little money, due to being badly hassled by the ex-boyfriend threatening to sell her to a freak show.
This is why she was running and stowed away in the back of Trent’s truck

Willow should have given him the cold shoulder he was so big headed but she held her own and did things in her time.
All in all a good read.

**********Contains Spoilers**********

I enjoyed this book. I’m glad I got to see a softer side of Trent after he was first introduced in Ben and Beth’s story. I thought him and Willow were great together. Fate sure knew what it was doing matching these two together now as Willow is in trouble and basically on the run from her ex-boyfriend as he saw her partially shift into a Panther and told all his friends and called her a freak and keeps on texting her that if he finds her he’ll sell her to a freak show. Willow has no idea that she’s not a freak and that their are others out there like her, maybe not Panthers but definitely Bear, Cougars and Wolves. She also thinks that she’s a danger to others due to her Panther but when they arrive in Cougar Ridge she agrees to dinner with Trent and for him to show her how to control her other side. I would’ve wished this story was a bit longer like maybe Willow could’ve tracked down her biological parents to find out what happened to them since she was adopted but due to the situation with Ollie and that he was accusing her of st*bbing him, Stuart the Bear Bluff Clan Leader suggested that her and Trent get married straight away as changing her name will make it harder for Ollie to track her down. This was just after she’d told him the truth about what actually happened and even showed him proof that Ollie was constantly texting her after she’d accidentally lost control in front of him and partially shifted to her Panther. Stuart thanked her for telling the truth as the texts showed that she was with Trent in Cougar Ridge when Ollie was st*bbed so she couldn’t be responsible and that him and Sheriff Declan will take care of everything. Even by Bear Bluff standards meeting and marrying your mate in under a week, even if you’re both shifters is still extremely fast. I’m really looking forward to reading Melanie and Taylor’s story next. I’d recommend this book, series, universe and author to everyone.

Willow and Trent

Willow was a panther shifter on the run from her ex after she grew a tail while furiously having a argument and after that he started to call her freak and harassing her. That is the reason she broke in a truck, to get herself out of this town. Trent is a bear shifter on his way to deliver goods to the isolated cougar territory before the snow made the trip impossible. He never expected to find his fated mate hiding in the back or his truck or that she would be totally ignorant about shifters. This was a good story but I found it annoying that Trent's past with other women keep been brought up for more than 60% of the book. Ok! We get it! He was a man whore, he slept with lots of women. Ooff! It just put you off a bit.

I couldnt stand the male lead. He gave me the ick by how arrogant he acted towards the female lead. That he is so good in bed that he doesnt have to do anything because women throw themselves at him and beg. And therefor the female lead will too and she will see why as soon as she lets hi. Ugh im gonna puke. Why would you say something like that to your fated mate if you want her to accept you!? Almost all his monologues consists of him thinking with his dick. No thanks

Willow and Trent, she is a runaway, thinking she is a freak, and fleeing persecution, she has hidden in his truck during a trip far up the mountain to Cougar Ridge, and it is fast turning into a blizzard. He has groceries the Cougar folks desperately need to get before snow blocks them off for the winter. And once he finds her, he is not letting her go, because she is his fated mate.

Willow and Trent

This is a very good, well written, Shifter romance. Willow gets in the back of Trent’s truck as he is getting gas on a delivery trip. He discovers her when he is stopped by a snow storm. Willow was adopted and knew nothing of her heritage and was afraid of changes to her body. Read how Trent helped Willow understand herself and learn to love herself.

Sensitively written tale of a young woman who is a shifter but knows nothing about herself or even that shifters exist and finally told by her parents that she was adopted. Bullied by a creep in her hometown and feeling like she is some kind of shameful mutant, she runs away without resources.

Stranded for Love

Willow and Trent get stranded in a snow storm and figure out they are mates. She has just learned she is a panther and he teaches her how to change and what mates are to each other. This is a sweet story of learning about life and love.

Argh - I don’t know why I am still reading this series

While this one was written better than the previous. Our hero is a fucking man-whore. An obnoxious man-whore.

And this one doesn’t wrap up the parent or ex-boyfriend storyline properly so I feel ripped off

Good

While the base story was good the chase by the bad guy was anticlimactic and wasn’t really a chase. But overall it was good.

PURRRFECTLY AWESOME !!!
Wow! Harmony Raines has hit another homerun with Stranded With Her Bear, Book Three of her incredibly sweet Bear Bluff Clan Series. Each book is a standalone novella with NO cliffhanger and comes complete with its very own happily ever after. Of course there's always a little drama and trauma along the way to spice things up and make life more interesting for our favorite residents of Bear Bluff. The story is told from alternating points of view by the two main characters and is well written and flows effortlessly. Although the story is always sweet, light-hearted, fast-paced, exciting, at times a little humorous and always beautifully romantic, it's the characters that always seem to steal the show. I fell in love with the two protagonists of this story, charismatic bear shifter Trent Savage and beautiful, on-the-run panther shifter. Willow One of the many things I truly enjoy about Raine's books is the wonderful characters she creates for us. The men are always strong, attractive alpha males and the females are always beautiful, curvy, intelligent and brave. Raines uses her extraordinary talent to create a delightfully entertaining and wonderfully satisfying paranormal romance that will warm the cockles of your heart every single time.
Handsome heartthrob playbear, Trent Savage, owner of Savage Haulage has it all - good looks, charm, prosperous business and all the women he can bed. Yep, he definitely has it all! Well, not quite all... Despite being one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Bear Bluff and of course, the most eligible bachelor around, he is still consumed with the need to find his true mate and it has become seriously distracting. He has grown tired of the constant bevy of women at his beck and call, and longs for the loving comfort of his mate's arms. He has become desperate to find the one special woman that has been created just for him and his more than ready to love and cherish only her - forever. All of his friends in Bear Bluff and Bear Creek are finding their true mates so why can't he find his??? It's discouraging to say the least and he's beginning think he'll never find her. But never say never!
Beautiful, curvaceous Willow is running from her past. She has recently discovered she was adopted and for some reason, she sometimes grows a tail. What? After partially shifting into a panther during an argument in front of her boyfriend, Ollie, she is accused of being some kind of freak and now, must leave everything she owns and everyone she knows behind to escape the taunts and threats from her ex. But where can she go? How will she survive? She has nowhere to go, no one to turn to and no money to buy food. The only thing she knows for sure is if she doesn't find a way to escape the cold and snow, she will freeze to death. So after stowing away in the back of a stranger's truck, she receives an offer of help. But she's a freak of nature and knows she can't afford to trust anyone with her secret. Or can she? Trent Savage may just turn out to be the one man she can trust. Oh my! Watch the sparks fly when the mistress of fate plays her hand and successfully engineers the meeting of these two souls! How the mighty will fall when fate steps in to introduce true mates! Buckle up my lovelies- here we go again!
Handsome determined bear shifter-check! Beautiful mistreated and totally in the dark panther shifter-check! Cruel, deceitful ex-boyfriend-check! Heated attraction, fiery passion, a little heartbreaking angst, sweet romance and some steamy, dreamy love scenes-you bet! That and a whole lot more! Deliciously cute, seriously sexy and delightfully entertaining!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When a runaway stows away and ends up in a bear shifter’s truck... you know it’s going to be a ride. Trent is cocky and magnetic, and Willow’s vulnerability adds emotional weight. The moment she’s revealed as his mate kicks things into full-throttle. A fun, sexy, and emotionally grounded read.

Light hearted tale of Trent, happy-go-lucky bear, enjoying life. Willow has been sheltered and treated badly by her boyfriend. She runs and ends up in Trent's truck. She's a panther who just found that out. She was adopted and not schooled in her animal. Trent realizes immediately she is his mate. They get stranded, rescued, and get to know each other. Deep emotional characters, interesting story, and hot sex make this book worthwhile. He teaches her to shift and control her panther. Great romance and love in these tales. Stand alone tales, but it's fun to know the previous people. recommend highly, ENJOY !!!

Love the bears!

Harmony as always does an excellent job with these short stories. They are engaging and keeps your attention until you get to the end. Trent is a businessman who is making a delivery on a snow stormy day, Willow is a young woman running from her old life and not understanding what is happening to her. Willows not accustomed to people helping her, so when Trent offers with no strings attached she doesn't understand or believe him. As Willow discovers who is she, will she accept everything and Trent as her mate? This is a fast read, with little drama. It's an excellent story of love and trust with of course her steamy scene in there ;)

Hot man on wheels

Trent was the hottest werebear on wheels. He was every female dream but he yearned for his mate. Never in a million years did he imagined he would stumble upon her in his truck. That was the best drop off trip ever. He found his precious cargo in the back with the shipment he was delivering. Willow was running away from one man just to run into the arms of her true mate. Who would have thought a bear and panther were destined to be together. It started off Rocky literally and ended up perfect. Another hit with the bear bluff series.

Short and sweet

Such a great short story. I was looking for something quick to read on the train ride home. Willow was just a lost runaway looking to fit in somewhere. Trent was just the right guy to help.

This book was not a good read for me. I liked the concept of this story, but the storyline was weak and rushed. The characters were sweet but they were bland. The story was underdeveloped and it just didn't work for me.
