Rate this book
The story continues in part two of Warlock's Cove!

Warlock’s Cove, a picturesque village on nestled on the rocky New England coast, is a small town like no other. Founded in the seventeenth century by two families driven out of Europe for practicing witchcraft, it has developed a uniquely tolerant and unconventional culture. Warlocks, vampires, and ghosts all attempt to co-exist peacefully there while keeping their secret from the outside world. Occasionally, however, they run into trouble when overly curious humans wander into town looking for trouble…or love.

This picked up right where part one left off. You start to find out some of the secrets of the characters and some things make you go hmmm. This town has been around for a very long time and so have some of the occupants which make the story even more interesting.
Dane is still trying to figure out if what he saw in the alley really happened or was just his mind playing tricks on him. He goes to find the answers and if he's not careful, he may not live long enough to find out what he seeks. I don't think Dane can help himself due to his background in folklore, he is drawn to mysteries in that area. I think Dane trusting Cyril is a little stupid but I could be wrong. But with Roman Agostino watching Cyril's every move makes you wonder what exactly is Roman after? I like Cyril and he's been around a very long time but trusting him isn't something I would do lightly.
The mysteries in this series keeps me guessing and I love books like that. The author lets little clues about the characters and if you pay attention, you can put two and two together and figure out the mystery also but when I thought I knew a few things, then something else happens and changes my mind. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. I'm hooked! The characters all interact well and you can tell they all have secrets but what they are, is why I have to keep reading.
