The title doesn't match the book if you include the "brothers best friend one night stand" part because the setting is primarily focused on a PR firm that was started by best friends. The reckoning isn't really forbid either but since there is betrayal - we can roll with it 😆
The story line does layout for there to be a one time hook up between strangers that wanted to remain that way. The title is misleading and I loved the story despite going in expecting something different.
