Reaching the Uttermost Part

Rate this book
Andrea Colson's family went to Hawaii as missionaries when she was a little girl. There they met people from Chuuk, Micronesia, an island nation in the Western Pacific. After several years of ministering to the Chuukese in Hawaii, Andrea's family moved to Chuuk where they are still serving the Lord today. Andrea has had many adventures as a missionary living in the islands, a beautiful and exciting (but dangerous!) place. In her book "Reaching the Uttermost Part" Andrea shares the story of her first trip across the open ocean to visit one of Chuuk's remote outer islands. After that first trip, the Lord opened doors and Andrea and her brother Matthew made many mission trips to different outer islands, taking the Gospel to the Chuukese people living in such hard-to-reach parts of the world. Andrea is in Chuuk now and would love to hear from you. You can find her contact information in her book, and also learn how to have a part in her ministry to the island people. If you have ever considered being a missionary yourself, or thought about supporting a missionary, then Andrea's book is a must-read for you.

Very enlightening and enjoyable book written by a missionary in the Chuuk Islands. She is doing an awesome job with her family. I will know now more how to pray for them and their ministry.
