This quick read is a nice compilation of several simple and effective shoulder exercises. I have had shoulder problems for around five years, but before this I didn't realize how easy it could be to restore my full range of movement on my own.
Choose this book for help with shoulder pain. It’s relatively brief, straightforward, and helpful. For those who regularly exercise, you may be familiar with the movements. But the methodology will nonetheless be helpful.
Slightly better than the other two books but not justifying a full book. He takes 2 or 3 stretches or exercises and makes them into a whole book. If the problem you have with your shoulder is that it is holding a 10€ note and you would like it to not be, buying this book could help you.
This book dealt with the McKenzie way of correcting shoulder pain. The McKenzie method focuses on changes and exercises that you can do at home, rather than going to a physical therapist. The pictures are well-done, and the chapters are short and easy-to-understand. I wish that this book was on Kindle.
Clear and concise advice for how to treat your own shoulder problems. Includes background information, diagnostics (including how to know if you need to see a specialist instead of trying to do-it-yourself), and exercises and lifestyle adjustments to help fix your pain and help keep it away.

This book had answers and ideas that no one else has presented to me in 18 months of intense pain. I'm encouraged by the information and have already seen a difference.
