I was given an ARC for an honest review!
What happens when arrogantly sexy Gabe meets serious and sassy Allegra? Fireworks and sizzling tension ensues.
Gabe is the start striker, saying he got women falling all over him would be an understatement. Hence the chairman of Westchester United threatened his daughter and star player with dire consequences if they don't comply. Hugo wants to protect his daughter from Gabe and Gabe just wants to have fun.
I really didn't know what I Was in for. The erotica part had be gasping and pulling my collar to cool down, it was that good. Gabe may play his role pretty spectacularly but everything isn't as it seems. While Allegra will do anything in her power to comply with her father, she finds it hard to ignore Gabe. She doesn't want to disappoint her father when he too has lost so much but she also wants to live. Gabe makes her feel more alive than anyone else. But will she succumb to him and will Gabe be able to keep it in and ignore the hypnotic allure of Allegra. To find out grab this sexy, funny, heartfelt story about two people who finds themselves at each others mercy.

I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoy this story....but then again who doesn't like a broken, arrogant, wealthy, sexy and incredibly good looking dominant man? This is a well written story, it's fast paced and had a great balance of angst , sex and romance. The main characters Gabe and Allegra are well developed and have great chemistry. They go
on a very sexy journey that will lead helping each other find what their truly looking for.

Great story, well written, and the chemistry they have is HOT!!! I WANT A GABE!!! This is my first book of the author and I FLOVE it because is hot, well written like I said and a easy read!! I recommended 100% well done lady, looking forward to read more about you!!!! Mucho love!!!!

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book.
Amazing!
This was my first Football romance (soccer to US), so I had no idea what to expect, but I was certainly not disappointed!
Gabe has let his past overshadow his true perception, he is so focused on becoming nothing like his Father, that he has tried to block out his own affections, believing that a relationship can turn into nothing but devastation. But, of course, Allegra sees past all of his walls and his exterior.
Allegra is such an awesome character. When she isn't doing all she can to make her Father proud, she is such a Spitfire and I love it when she lets her sass out!
The two of them together have undeniable chemistry, and I just loved them! As always, there are a couple of characters you want to punch in the head, but I guess you need them, right? This is an incredible story, and I truly can't wait to read more by this author!

As a football lover, I liked the fact that this book was set in that world. If you like books based in the sports world, then this a book you would like to read. So many of my reviews start off with 'not sure how I discovered this book' - but it's true of this one (I suspect facebook)! Really glad I did though, it's a fun easy read and bloody hot in places. I'll definitely be looking out for more by this author. Recommend!

Exceptional
Didn't expect to like a story about soccer but ended up falling in love with Gabe and Allegra. Loyal to family and trying to overcome a past of wrongs makes for great reading

A fantastic read. Enjoyed every page of it and was sad to see it end. Loved Gabe, though a prick he made a fun character to read. A hot and steamy read that I'll for sure recommend.
