Dear Lord, I do believe I need some new panties and a cold shower. I love the raunchy rocker. Although he grew on me from his first set of adventures, so by this round I was totally ready for whatever he brought!! Although I was extremely surprised with the turn of event, Jared did not disappoint! I was on edge with every story. I was panting with His meeting with Red, but I was completely thrown off with the trio.
"How mesmerizing those eyes were-steely-blue and drilling into her. Drawing out things which had been lurking deep within, awaiting discovery by the right guy. The deliciously wrong, right guy."
Jared is always raunchy, demanding, dominating; yet he has a chivalrous attitude with helping those who need it, in his own very special way. The when an opportunity arises to outstep and surprise the Alpha man, it is taken and no mercy is shown. We begin to glimpse a different side to the demanding man we have come to know and love. But every torturous step is willingly taken just to be with the right person. The dirty rock star does have a weakness that none know of. Not even her.
"Locked fast together, her breasts were crushed to his pectoral muscles, his palms sliding down to grip her ass, while his c*ck stood rigid against her belly. Their mouths were at war, tongues thrashing, lips almost carnivorous in how tightly they sealed. Then somehow, without either of them palpably instigating the moment, everything slowed and relaxed. Their bodies melted into one another, the kiss more luscious and mellow from mouths that had found a natural rhythm."
I was giddy with the ending. And loved every second of these naughty stories. I can only hope for more of Jared. Meanwhile I will be in search of my own "Rockstar."

Jared is back, damn is he!
Much like The Jared Effect this is not for the shy and retiring.
Jared, his wicked ways, smart mouth and explicit sexuality is an acquired taste but I have to say that I actually found him more acceptable in this book, but then again that might be because I have had a taste in the first book of what makes this seriously sexy badass tick.
There is nothing ordinary about Jared or about the way Jake Malden writes and in this book all preconceived notions were well and truly kicked into touch.
The situation between Jared and Vanessa, had the hairs on the back of my neck standing up, I was keen to see where the author was going to take them.
Vanessa had this cocky whipped, he was at a loss in some respects with how he felt about her and for me that was the edge I was looking for with this book.
I needed to see a different side of Jared and in this I got him!
But I am hanging out for more, because I’m not sure that I am ready to say goodbye to him just yet, I need to know how he handles this unexpected twist.

Jared is back and naughty as ever . I was just about to start Grey when the opportunity to read this book fell into my lap . Grey goes out the window and in comes that rogue rocker Jared Morgan and The Jared Enigma by Jake Malden
Not much guitar playing but a whole lot of shagging
This is the 2nd book from the Pen of Jake Malden The Irish Eroticist on the sexual escapades of Jared Morgan bad ass rocker , sex on legs and a lover of all women . Yet again he never fails to deliver Jared and Jake.
The Jared Enigma consists of multiple stories ,that will both delight you and make you green with envy with the starring role of course going to Jared .
Abbey The waitress . After making eye contact in the club where Jared and his band was playing Jared couldn't get her into the office out back quick enough.
Kareena .wanting to live her life for herself and not for others . Taken for the ride of her life in the back of Jared's passion wagon . ( The bands tour bus)
Tabitha the society wife with a husband who seems to have tired of her and and his bratty daughter Sorrel . Jared surpassed himself this time round by bedding both . But for a reason!
Last but not least is Vanessa AKA Red. Throughout this book Reds presence was always felt. Jared was a story teller and liked to tell red everything concerning his fun and frolics on his journey to see her in NewYork City where he was to meet up with her and her friends. I still believe red has him by the short and curlies. He just doesn't know it yet !
Having reached NYC his next encounter needs to be read to be believed .so I leave you with that to ponder on . A big tease ? Definitely .
After reading The Jared Effect I didn't take to Jared as I had with previous characters of Jake Malden . After Reading the Jared Enigma I have been converted .
Jared has matured and evolved in this latest instalment . He somehow manages to F***k them and help them reach life changing decisions all in one fell swoop. A man with many talents . Who needs a shrink when you have Jared .
Jake Malden, yet again you bring a whole new meaning to the word naughtiness
Your writing shows maturity,depth,humour and so much talent . The words flowed erotically along the page leaving you gasping for more .You pushed the boundaries on this one but didn't cross the line.
I look forward to meeting that rogue rocker Jared in the not too distant future .
Congratulations on a superb piece of writing.

Jared Morgan is back for more delicious fun in the Jared Effect. Jared is the rock and roller with a penchant for being dirty, kinky, and taking exactly what he wants. Jared is a giver of sorts as he is looking to broaden the experiences of the woman he meets and ultimately beds. He is the nomad rock star who plays women like he plays his guitar. What will see from Jared this time around? Has he met his match and will he be played at his own game?
I read the Jared Effect (book one) and really liked and responded to Jared. After reading the Jared Enigma, I love the man and his dirty ways. His character was taken to a new level in this book and I couldn’t help but find myself wishing I could find my very own Jared. He is still dirty and takes what he wants without question, however he seems to have matured and I saw a somewhat softer, more caring side to Jared that brought him up notches in my book. Within this story you get three sexy tales of debauchery and sexy Jared fun. You will see Jared take what he wants while opening the eyes of a church fairing women whom he met at one of his concerts. Jared then will take on a rich society women and her bratty, conniving step daughter. Lastly Jared is reunited with “Red” for an unexpected day with the help of some of her friends.
Jake Malden is masterful in his story telling and he certainly raises the temperature with his books. This one was no different. The writing is superb, storytelling is epically done and the sex scenes are off the charts smoking hot! Jake paints a vivid picture with his words and brings his stories and characters to life. This book is packed with wicked sex so if you aren’t a fan of that, I would stay away from the book. If you are a fan of brilliant writing, with lots of naughty and wickedness, you will want to read this book. I have to admit the twist in this story threw me for a loop and I won’t go into details because I don’t want to spoil it. I did not love the twist part of the story if I am being honest. It was not how I love to see Jared. However with that being said it was still very well written and still extremely sexy and hot.
I would happily recommend this book to anyone and promise once you enter into the world of the Irish eroticist Jake Malden, you won’t want to leave. I happily give this book 5 stars, even though the twist was unexpected and I did not love it. The writing and story speak for themselves!

Let me start by saying I am a big fan of Jake Malden. Like his Jared character, Mr. Malden has a way of pushing women outside their comfort zones, and putting them in touch with their inner freaks. His wickedly twisted stories never disappoint, and often exceed expectations. But the thing I love most about his writing is the brevity of descriptions. With a few short sentences, or key phrases, Jake paints a better picture than most authors manage in several paragraphs.
Jared Morgan is my favorite of all Mr. Malden's characters. A hard-rocking free spirit, Jared has a knack for reading women. He knows what they desire most, even when they themselves have no clue. When it's time to get down and dirty, he demands a lot, but he gives as good as he gets.
Of the three short stories and two erotic scenes in The Jared Enigma, Jared and the Reluctant Groupie was by far the best. I loved the way Jared drew Kareena in and helped her shed the weight of her parents' beliefs. Any woman would be lucky to experience such a night of decedent debauchery.
The second story, Jared's Brat School, was the reason I gave The Jared Enigma four stars instead of five. There was just a little too much Gavin in my Jared. (Fans of Jake's Gavin McClain series will understand the reference.)
Jared and the Cherry Project provided an interesting glimpse into Jared's mind, and the past that shaped him. It also proved Jared is a man of stamina.
The final erotic scene, Another Fifteen Minutes with Jared, surprised me the most. Not for the same reason Jared was surprised, but because it left me feeling warm and fuzzy. I expected the panty-drenching sex in this book, but never thought I'd have may heartstrings pulled.
All in all, The Jared Enigma was another great read from a talented author that will leave you craving more. I look forward to reading Jared's future exploits.

Whenever I hear that Jake Malden has a book up for pre order, I always go straight to Amazon to one click as I know that I’ll enjoy whatever it is he’s written.
I know exactly what I’m going to get from a Malden book, hot sex and some shocking scenes which even my mind wouldn’t have created. Jake has some interesting ways of describing sex and body parts that you won’t find in other books, or anywhere else.
The Jared Enigma, like The Jared Effect, is broken down into several stories involving Jared, the loveable, Irish rogue, guitar playing rocker that you can’t help but love, even when you want to throat punch him and the various females he meets on his travels.
The first of his conquests is a waitress called Abbey, then a fan called Kareena, then Tabitha, an English woman who married an American and gained the step daughter from hell called Sorell and finally, he comes face to face with Vanessa again who he affectionately calls Red.
Each of these stories has not only amazing sex but also, the more mature Jared, helps each of the women in a way they need. Jared hasn’t gone soft, there’s always something for him to gain and he gets pleasure from his acts of kindness so it’s a win/win situation for all concerned.
I have to say that my favourite part of the book was “The Cherry project” which involved Vanessa and her friends. I almost felt sorry for Jared during parts of it but it was great to finally see Jared get what he deserved and I’m sure many women would agree!
Hopefully there will be more from Jared soon, I can’t wait to find out what he does next.

Jared Morgan is back. Bigger, bolder and hotter than ever, but a little more "human" than before. Jared seems to have a heart, even if it is a little piece of one. We see Jared in a different light this time, but don't be mistaken, he is still arrogant, confident and erotic but these tales are hotter than ever.
This book has three tales of Jared's conquests with his ladies. Jared thrives on embarrassing his ladies, taking them out of their comfort zone and bringing them to new heights. The young rock star groupie who was in awe of the hot guitarist having eyes on her couldn't believe how her night ended. Then the English petal who unknowingly needed Jared's help to settle some long standing issues in her family. Finally, we meet Red, Vanessa.
Vanessa's story was my favorite. When Jake wrote The Jared Effect, I asked him if Jared would ever meet his match, get what he deserved sort of thing. He said Jared would, soon enough. I think in Vanessa he found that. Vanessa's story was well crafted and very creative, well played Jake. I expect to find Jared a little more humble in the next set of adventures. I also loved how we got a glimpse of Jared's past and his family, explaining his actions and reactions to many things.
