Something to Fight For
A very interesting story. I loved the characters and world building. It emphasized found family, love and choices. My favorite character was Silas who thought he was cursed but really was a cinnamon roll caught up in grief and family expectations.i enjoyed it.

Very unusual aspect for this book. Cafe, where paranormal creatures feel like home and fight for the Gind. Barista is pixie. She is wonderful, and Bruno, the coffemaker, is something else.
All characters have their own personality, not usual.
I am waiting for Book 2 because I have many questions. Who is the next adversary? Coven, demons, another guardian? How are her paranormal friends?

Very cute. Gives me the same cozy vibes as The Spellshop.
