Mommy Dearest rears her ugly head

The story picks up right where the last left off. Amber is a powerful witch and medium that lacks confidence. It doesn't take long to learn that "Momma" was an evil woman that made her that way. Amber is trying to find her way and become a more confident person. Momma haunts her in an effort to prevent that. There is a build up for the end and just as your anticipation reaches its peak BAM it's over. A mysterious place is briefly introduced that I'm sure will be explained much later in the series. When that happens this ending will or should make sense. For now I feel cheated thou, so much potential for a great ending untapped.

Momma's home!

Well Amber has found out that she really is one of the triplets and has inherited the estate of her adoptive parents from whom she was stolen. However the move into the house gives her some uneasy vibes. There seems to be something there that she just catches glimpses of. But Geoff and Bob have also moved in which helps settle her down a little. However now events are starting to crowd her - a strange man at the store asking about a Book of Shadows, ghosts popping out of the woodwork wanting messages passed on, people posting about her on FB, her cat being attacked and the entity in the house getting stronger. Will she be able to fight back? Who will get caught in the crossfire?

I like this series

This is the fourth book in this series. It's centered around Amber, the first of the witch sisters. She has found she is a medium and must deal with some ghostly realities. It's an interesting story, but has a bit of an abrupt ending.

Elizabeth A. Reeves's "Haunting Karma: Witches of Karma" is the fourth story in the "Witches of Karma" Series. Separated as young children triplets Amber, Amethyst and Topaz have just been reunited. New to the craft, they're learning how to control their abilities while adjusting to their rapidly changing social and family lives. Out of all three women, Amber has had it the hardest. Kidnapped by a psychotic woman as a child, she's never had a traditional education, family, and social life. But now all of that's changed. Now she has two sisters, a handsome boyfriend, a real identity, and magic powers. If only her self confidence could keep up with all of the changes. Amber still has a lot of adjusting to do especially since her medium powers are starting to kick into high gear. Will Amber be able to control her powers or will her powers control her? Overall, I really enjoyed this story. Amber is sweet and fragile, but with each day she's growing into the powerful woman she was always meant to be. I can't wait to read the next book in the series!

This is the fourth book in the series and that I have read. The books and stories though each sisters story is written by a different author they all flow great together. Elizabeth writes about Amber's life and her relationship with Geoff. Amber is starting to develop into quite a strong person & I am loving the growth of this character. The 3 sisters are also coming together after never knowing they each existed until their birthday. A great page turning story.

Loved storyline

Rooting for Amber, Topaz, and Amethyst. There are new dangers lurking in this story. Self love, witches, magic, love and beating inner and outer demons. Great editing, great story, you will enjoy this story if you've read the others. Love the authors storytelling.

I love these books so far! Great page turners, and they don't have a lot of scenery description which normally just makes me want to fall asleep anyway. It's basically just straight to the point only describing what needs to be. Definitely have to read the books in order, love them!

Great

Love this series....it is unfolding very nicely. The sisters are learning more about each other and about themselves. And Mr Darcy is the star of this book! Great read!

A little slower than the first 3 books in the series, but worth the read. Love the author's sense of humor.

Amber is weaker than Bella, and that's saying something. Story had interesting potential, but then ended unsatisfyingly. character development helped a bit though.

Great series!!

I like how each book is written by a separate author and about each sister. I will be reading the next one in this series.
