Easy and interesting to read,
Mark spends much time talking about his experiences as a teacher & professor in the UK from 1990-2010s and how the pressures of for profit universities make him cynical about society & education.
He spends a large portion of the book talking about how people can no longer image a better world and society is increasingly stagnant.
Mark Fisher would be pleased to know that the world did not stay stagnant and great change is underway.
Though i am not sure he would like the change that is happening.
Sad we do not get to hear his thoughts on it.
