It's a very short book of affirmations and positive quotes. A nice little gift. The cover stock and page quality is very nice.

This is a book put together of lots of little quotes. They are on the positive side. I received this book in a Goodreads giveaway. It is listed as 150 pages, but 114 pages are more realistic and in reality, it is just an entire page with just a few words or a picture. Something you can sit and read in an hour or less.

Perfect size to carry with you. Colorful, inspirational quotes fill the pages in print that is large enough to read without straining your eyes. Better Thinking is like an inspiration board in the palm of your hand. Would recommend, even to people who do not read for fun.
