More a really long / provocative scene than a short story
I'm glad this was marked 1 was so I was not expecting a done in one. The story reaches a satisfying stopping point, but is more of a really long scene than a traditional short story. There is some interesting world building, though that feels secondary to the action, and I spent quite a while wondering who they cyborg was.
This is a quick read about a pair of privileged brothers (Max & Beau) showing us how they feel about others.
