"You must learn Loki, there are some stories none will ever believe".

The art in this one is particularly sick!

We see loki tired and not in his usual never ending mischief trickster form.
He uses his powers to re-enact the events of his confrontation with Thor and when Spiderman interfered to save loki.
I adored the concept of all the villains uniting to face the old heroes and the reversal of roles.
Amora's presence was also powerful in this one.
And loki wielding mjolnir OH MY GOD SO SATISFACTORY but then after the fight was over with him victorious and him kneeling in front of mjolnir and hearing Thor say that no one would ever believe his victory once Scarlet witch's spell was over seemed like loki accepting his tragic eternal conviction to always be the villain (seemingly at least because as he has correctly established before no one "bad" is ever truly bad and no one "good" is ever truly good".

This issue was interesting but I'm glad it means this storyarc is over because I wasn't the biggest of it. I did think it was interesting to see the roles of Thor and Loki reversed and I'm sure the fall out of what happened in this issue will be interesting as well.

Loki did it. He picked it up. He picked up Mjölnir! He proved himself worthy...and then he wasn't. Truly a great issue. This series is very good, can't wait to see what is in store for the agent of Asgard.

Loki is the god of heroism and Thor the god of evil? This issue has a very well done balance of humor, action and heart. Possibly one of the best issues of this comic's run as of yet.

I'm really not loving having all the action explained on the first page because it's happened in other comics! This is why I hate tie-in events!

"We are more than our roles, more than our fates" a quote from this comic that sums up the moral themes of Loki's arcs over the past few years so very well.

I'm rooting for Loki and Thor so hard to get back to a good place, but it's Marvel and they really do enjoy breaking my feelings in pieces.
