"and it was your precious midgardians who did all the heavy lifting . They burned and drowned half the planet in their endless drive to consume. Poor mother earth was already on life support. I just pulled the plug."

Loki narrating his plan to escape his fate , mid cliffhanger with the dead avengers assembly btw, and giving him his classic "i knew exactly what I was doing all along" trait. And mephisto knowing eventually what he was up to
"Naturally I was the hero of the day" so much irony I love him.
It's interesting how our Loki was actually invested in doing good and now he's so concerned hearing king Loki saying it was a plan all along and our Loki was ignorant about it ?? Wondering where that will lead us ...

Doesn't that hurt you little Loki? Doesn't that make you want to scream? And rage? And burn it all down? Keep burning ! And burning ! And burning! And when the hiring is done-- king Loki wins!"
So much worth quoting in this issue , it was truly amazing from beginning to end . The story unravelling before our eyes as the king Loki narrates everything and concepts such as marginalisation and identity are given light.

Is sad that all of this was caused because people couldn’t see that loki is more than just the God of Lies, I hope young Loki don’t take all the things that the Old one said and try to make his own future ignoring what can happen

I kinda expected this was the reason the old Loki would return. No matter what Loki, good or bad, he will always be remembered as the God of Lies, trickery and mischief!

everything has been made bare . And clears all the confusion the prior stories caused. That transition was very believable

Whilst young Loki is giving me all the feels. Old King Loki is giving me the lols.
