As his crown is burning in flames crows singing
"The lotus lord of dance. The wise old man. The divine child. The trickster. The Shapeshifter. Tamer of monsters, mother of gods. Moon king and wanderer. Master magician of them all."
"What's a lie verity? A lie is a story told. That's all. And we rewrite our stories. All of us. Write our own happy endings. Our own redefinitions. We don't have to be what we're told to be. Even by ourselves. But... if you really want to change , you can't just trick yourself into thinking you already have. That's never a trick worth playing.

Says as he puts his flaming crown on his head.
Time breaking as the comic panel borders fall apart.
"For it's a new telling that none have ever heard before. The storm was fierce and terrible , and strong enough to shake the world . But the storm is over now."
"So she [verity] scoured the news , checking for super battles and green gold costumes . Looking for some sign that her friend was alive and okay. And as she searched and waited and worried she found herself reading. reading fiction. Fantasy. Myths and legends. It was painful at first but over the long months she learned how to tune out the constant, nagging whine in the base of her skull that the books were lying to her. Because now after everything- after loki- she knew that even if the writer thought they were just telling a story ... the story could still be true. It wasn't the same but it was something . It was a happy ending ... But it wasn't THE ending . Outside the sky turned red . There was a knock at the door."
Amazing issue, loved the plot , can't begin to describe the character development and good cliffhanger once again.

Loki gets his comeuppance, the other Loki gets his ending. Which Loki you ask? Read this book to feel out. PS that scene was INSANE. it’s totally like an internal monologue i had prior
