Finding Olivia Book 1
5 STARS
This was one of the first books I read by Micalea and she has fast become one of my favorite automatic one-click authors. I absolutely loved Olivia and Trace! The storyline was original and different than anything else I've been reading lately. The characters were well developed and easy to fall in love with. This was a beautiful story about finding one's self and love along the way.
Growing up as a preacher's daughter wasn't easy for Olivia Owens. Her father was very strict and wouldn't allow her to experience much of anything. He was also very verbally, as well as, physically abusive to both her and her mother. Olivia vowed that when she went off to college that she would experience all the things that she never got the chance to while living under her father's roof. The night before she was to go off to college, she sat down and wrote a Live list, a list of things that she never got to experience. She wanted to go out and live these experiences.
A year after she wrote her list, she meets tall, dark, and handsome Trace Wentworth when she gets a flat tire while driving to her dorm. He is the ultimate gentleman and stops to help her with her flat. He is unlike anyone she has ever met before. As they start hanging out and getting to know one another, Olivia shows him her list and Trace vows to help her experience all these new things.
Finding Olivia is about adventures, getting out their on your own and experiencing new things, and falling in love. It was hard not to fall in love with Trace and Olivia and their story. I absolutely love this book and all of Micalea's other books. I highly recommend her books and can't wait to read more!
Chasing Olivia Book 2
4.5 STARS
I have previously read Micalea Smeltzer's Willow Creek series and absolutely loved it!! All her books are amazing, the Trace and Olivia series included. She definitely has a way with telling a story that sucks you in and never lets you go. All of her characters show real emotion and have real world problems and she has a way of making you fall in love with each and every one of them.
This book is the the second book in the Trace and Olivia series and starts off one year after Olivia almost gets killed by the man she knew as her dad. Her and Trace have been together for two years now and still going strong. Ever since they finished Olivia's Live List, they have just been living life day to day. Trace wants their spark back so Trace has the brilliant idea of going on a road trip so they can get their adventurous selves back. They learn to fall in love more and more with one another and Trace still has a few tricks up his sleeve for Olivia.
I loved this book. It was sweet and adorable and I fell in love with Trace and Olivia more throughout this book. Trace is surely a one of a kind guy. He is sarcastic, sexy, down to earth, and loves Olivia more than anything. This novel contains adventure, loss, laughs, sorrow, and takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions. You might want to keep some tissues nearby because this book might make you tear up a little bit. I definitely recommend this book and can't wait to read more from this amazing author!
Tempting Rowan Book 3
5 STARS
I got introduced to Micalea Smeltzer with her Willow Creek series and think she is amazing author. She has proven herself to be amazing once again with Tempting Rowan. This book was beautifully written and captivated me till the very end. It was definitely hard to put down once I started reading. This book was very emotional to me and took me through a rollercoaster of emotions and I highly recommend tissues having tissues handy. If you've read the other books in the Trace and Olivia series then you have already been introduced to Trenton Wentworth, Trace's little brother. This is his and Rowan's love story.
Rowan has had a rough start to life. Her mother is a raging alcoholic who never bothers to take care of herself or her three children. Rowan has had to work hard to take care of her siblings and make sure that they have everything that they need. Rowan and Trent have known each other since they were 16. They were best friends who turned into lovers and were each others firsts. When Trent professes his love for Rowan, she runs away scared and avoids him at all costs. Rowan hasn't had the best luck with love. Everyone who has ever loved her has either left or been nothing but a disappointment so she has a few trust issues. She believes herself to be unlovable and therefore unable to love anyone else. Trenton is very persistent and doesn't take no for an answer. He doesn't stop popping up wherever Rowan is until she agrees to give him a second chance. She has loved him since she was sixteen years old and nothing has changed that. But Rowan has a secret that she knows will destroy any chance her and Trent have of a future together. Once her secret comes out, will their love for each other be enough to save them or will they have to say goodbye to each other for good?
I connected instantly with these characters and couldn't love them more. Rowan and Trent had such amazing chemistry, love, and passion for one another that it just bled through the pages. I absolutely loved the narrative and that they were both getting a second chance at that love that they both very much deserved. I enjoyed the sibling bond between Trent and Trace and also between Rowan and her siblings. Trent's family dynamic was so vastly polar opposite from Rowans that when you put these two realities together, it really built up the emotions of the story.
This book definitely got my emotions going. I laughed, cried, yelled, smiled...Any emotion you can think of, I experienced it while reading this book. It is filled with angst, sorrow, passion, love, and secrets.I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a good emotional roller coaster of a book. I think Trent just may give Trace a run for his money on whose story I loved more. I can't wait for Tatum & Jude's story!
Saving Tatum Book 4
5 STARS
Saving Tatum is the fourth and final book in the Trace + Olivia series and by far my favorite one in the series!! Micalea has an amazing talent for portraying her characters as flawed yet strong. You want to know everything about them, be their friend, hold them when they are sad, and cheer for them when they finally get their happy. This book was captivating from the moment I saw that unique and beautiful cover to the very last word when I was left wanting more of both Tatum and Jude.
Tatum has had the perfect life up until her brother died in a horrific accident in high school. Her mother checked out mentally and her father turned into a workaholic who never came home. She was alone with no one really to turn to. She holds one person responsible for the worst moment of her life: Jude Brooks.
Jude Brooks has also had a rough start in life. His parents never wanted children but since they did, they treat him as a possession, only paying attention to him when it suits them or when they need to look good. As a result, he leads the playboy lifestyle that way he never really has to connect with anyone on a personal level and he won't get hurt when they leave. Jude has always thought there was something different and special about Tatum though. He is very persistent in his pursuit of her and won't take no for an answer. He doesn't seem to understand why she hates him so much. When Tatum has a term paper due for her journalism class, she wants to shadow her best friend Rowan in the nursing field but she's too busy with her last semester of college. Jude jumps in and volunteers to have Tatum shadow him and she reluctantly agrees. A bet is struck in that Jude thinks that at the end of her month shadowing him, she will actually like him and if he wins, he gets to take her on an actual date.
This story deals with real life issues on loss and the anger and different stages of grief it ultimately leads to, hopefully ending in acceptance. Tatum and Jude's chemistry to one another was off the charts. There was a lot of sexual angst between the two when Tatum was still trying to hold on to all that blame and hate for him. I absolutely loved Tatum and Jude. I loved how we got to see a different side to them than when they were first introduced in Tempting Rowan. They also had a side that they only showed to one another which I thought was sweet and adorable. This story was by far one of my favorites and I cannot wait to read more of this amazing authors work.

Favorite Quote : " Life is not measured by the amount of breaths we take, it is measured by the moments that take your breath away. "
I love the writing, the story and the characters and can´t wait to get my hands on the next book in the series. I give 5 stars. Thank you, Micaela Smeltzer.
Chasing Olivia is the second book in the Trace+Olivia Series by Micaela Smeltzer. Chasing Olivia is not a standalone. You must read book one, Finding Olivia, first. This book picks up two years after Finding Olivia ends. Olivia and Trace are in love, but the spark is waning. Olivia graduated from college, her mother is about to marry again. Trace is her rock, her unicorn boyfriend. A boyfriend without a filter. They travel through the country, on a journey that will bring them to new adventures and dangers.
Chasing Olivia is the conclusion of Trace and Olivia´s story. Meet old friends and new acquaintances and family. I reall loved their story and I think I want my own Trace now, pretty please.
I give 5 stars and say thank you, Micaela Smeltzer.
Tempting Rowan is the third book in the Trace + Olivia Series by Micaela Smeltzer. Whil book one and two were not standalones, this book can easily br read as a standalone, there are only a few cross-over. I recommend to read the books in order. Rowan Sinclair, a 21 year old woman has had a hard life. She raises her siblings and cares for her abusive and alcoholic mother. Things go from bad to worse and she has to leave. Trenton Wentworth wants her for a long time. He wants to love her, hold her and help her. But Rowan keeps everyone at a distance and most of all she keeps her major secret.
Tempting Rowan is a emotional read and deals with sensitive subjects. I recommend this book and give 5 stars. Thank you, Micaela Smeltzer.
Saving Tatum is the fourth and final book in the Trace + Olivia Series by Micaela Smeltzer. This book can easily be read as a standalone, there are only a few cross- over. Jude Brooks is bad news. He´s a bad boy with a certain reputation. Tatum O´Connor doesn´t want to be a notch at his belt. He wants her, she refuses. He pushes, she backs away.
Love is never easy and especially not for these two people. Saving Tatum is a beautiful love story, full of twists and turns. Meet old friends and new acquaintances. I love the writing, the characters and the words. I read the book in one sitting, I couldn´t put it down. I give 5 stars. Thank you, Micaela Smeltzer.
All in all is this a GREAT Boxed Set. I give 5 beautiful Stars.
I really enjoyed reading the entire Trace + Olivia series, especially the first two books. I loved reading all of the character's stories and going on this journey with them. I also loved how the series ended and I am so glad that I gave it a chance. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who enjoys humorous and heartfelt new adult contemporary romance!
FINDING OLIVIA: I loved this story Trace holly hotness, "my eyes trailed down, over the white t-shirt glued to his chest, and stopped there. I could see black ink underneath the white shirt and licked my lips." Girl I'd lick my lips as well. Trace he's just the type of boy you can't help but fall in love with, "Olivia," he tilted my chin up, the green of his eyes searing my very soul. "I can assure you that sex can be very, very, good...when it's with the right person." His sexual innuendos seriously kill me, "I'm not quite naked yet, but if you'd like to help me get there, that's fine by me." He likes to have Olivia with him, "yes, you can," his eyes darkened. "It's my room, and it's my bed, and I want you in it." He's also considerate, "it's not that I'm not horny this morning," he continued much to my dismay, "I just figured you wouldn't appreciate waking up with me between your legs." I really want Luca and Avery's story.
CHASING OLIVIA: Oh my Luke, I mean Trace (a joke between the author and I) "he smirked. "Are you thinking about the three orgasms I gave you this morning?" I mean Trace he's a dedicated man, "he chuckled. "I have your name close to my junk, so you're taken my man-hood," he reasoned." He still acts like a playful little kid, "fine," he said as I stood. "But make it snappy, woman," he smacked my butt." The man this time around is seriously horny as ever I mean he jokes about sex, loves having sex, and Olivia the poor girl just can't get a break, I mean with a man like Luke who in the hell would want one? "You're beautiful, Olivia. Don't ever doubt that. Besides, if anyone starts staring at you, I'll take care of it. You're mine," he growled huskily, nibbling on my earlobe, "and I'll make sure they know it." He skimmed his nose along my neck and murmured, "Your boobs look really good in this." Yep way to ruin a moment Trace-y boy! GOD DARN, I WANT LUCA AND AVERY'S STORY SO DARN BAD!
TEMPTING ROWAN: I think Trent should just let me have his babies, "it would be creepy if I said I came here because I saw your car. Ferret food seemed like a safe excuse," he chuckled." Darn that boy has some alpha issues to work out when it comes to Rowan, "don't listen to her," Trent waved a hand dismissively. "My girlfriend likes to assert her independence by buying the groceries. But I'm a man, and that's my job. She really needs to stop getting her panties in such a bunch." Great thing to say about Rowan, and we know you think about her damn panties (a lot). JUDE his *** needs his own book that's for damn sure, "hey," he raised his hands in defense, "I know you're not interested in me, that's why we're friends. But that dude over there is flaring at me like he wants to rip my balls from my body." Trent he has his priorities set when it comes to Rowan, "I'll show you around the room later," he growled against the skin of my neck, "for now, I'd like to acquaint you with my bed." I'm not sure what it is with these two people but when they're around each other it's all about sex my goodness Trent that boy is the worst out of them, "I'm not having sex with you in a hospital," I gasped, appalled that he'd suggest such a thing after everything he'd been through. "Especially after you just had surgery! You're not in the clear yet, Trent." If something had stayed the same at the end of the book let's just say Micalea and I would, well the girl would end up putting a restraining order on my ***.
SAVING TATUM: Jude is just a plain old tease at times, "he jumped on the one beside me and bounced up and down a few times before settling. "Hey, roomie," he grinned. "I don't sleep with any clothes on, in case you were wondering," he waggled his brows." He loves to tease Tatum but honestly I think that girl enjoys it, "I felt your eyes," he continued. "You were totally staring. It's okay, look all you want. I know i'm quite the feast for your eyes." Hot scenes are always in Micalea's books: "What?" He growled, his voice thick with sleep. He was kind of delicious sounding first thing in the morning. "You're squishing me and there's something poking me." "He's just happy to see you," he chuckled. "I'm happy to see you too. You're pretty in the mornings. I was a bit afraid you might look monstrous," he said as he released me and propped his head up to look at me. The reaction Tatum had about a certain part of Jude made me pee myself, "I ran my hand up and down his hard length. Holy hell. He was huge. There was no way that was fitting inside me, ever. And by that I meant his c***." Jude he's just special that's the only way to describe him, "I think," Jude put a hand to his chest, "that I should be your children's godfather, since Tater Tot here refuses to let me have Jude Jr. for a few more years." The experiences these characters have you forget how old they really are they act more maturely than I do and I'm older than them.
This is such a great series. You won't be disappointed with reading any of these 4 books. I want updates on all of the characters!
Finding Olivia ~5 Stars This is such a great read. I had problems putting it down, even to go to sleep. I picked it right back up to finish it, as soon as I woke up. I absolutely love this story and the characters in it.
Olivia Owens is a twenty year old college student. She’s trying to find herself and figure out who she is. She grew up not being allowed to do anything. Her preacher father wanted perfection. She is shy and quiet.
All it takes is a chance meeting when she gets a flat tire and a hot guy pulling over. Everything changes for her.
Trace Wentworth is a twenty-two year old mechanic. He is hot, but there is so much more to him than that. Like, his love of ketchup. He is instantly attracted to Olivia.
Trace helps Olivia with so much, and not just with her “Live List”.
“Life isn’t about perfection, perfection doesn’t exist.”
These characters grow so much in this book. They are perfect for each other. Yes, they have some bumps in the road, most are minor, but they do have a major bump also. And Trace doesn’t leave Olivia’s side the entire time.
I will be staring Chasing Olivia right now.
I’m kicking myself for not reading this sooner.
Chasing Olivia ~5 Stars This is the second book in this series. You do need to read Finding Olivia first. This is a continuation of Trace and Olivia’s story. I absolutely love these characters and their story. This book finds them on a road trip to recapture their adventures. It’s a great road trip for them and exactly what they needed, especially after learning some bad news. This news had me crying a few times in this book.
I loved both weddings. Both were awesome and amazing.
“I promise to make every day of our lives together better than the one before it. I know we’re going to have ups and downs, life’s a roller coaster and that’s expected, but I’m always going to look for the bright side…even in the darkest situations.”
And they have a dark situation, that’s for sure.
The letter to Olivia had me crying. I wish the letter to Trace would have been in the book as well.
These two are perfect for each other. Both have grown and changed so much since the start of Finding Olivia. I’m glad they both are following their dreams!
This is definitely a series, and author, I will continue to read!
Tempting Rowan ~ 5 Stars This is the third book in this series. This can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend you read them in order. I have loved all three books! Micalea Smeltzer is now on my automatic read list. All three of these books will have your eyes leaking and you will love all the characters, I promise. The first two books were about Trace and Olivia. This is about Trent, Trace’s younger brother, and Rowan. It starts around two years after Chasing Olivia ends.
Rowan Sinclair is a twenty-one year old college student. She’s not a normal twenty-one year old. All she does is go to class, work, study, and take care of her two younger siblings. Her mom is an abusive alcoholic. She has no clue who her father is, and her stepdad is a handsy creep! She does a great job taking care of Ivy and Tristan. She doesn’t love herself though. The years of verbal abuse from her mom has caused her to think she really is every bad thing her mom has called her. Plus the secrets she carries weigh her down with guilt. She can’t tell them though.
Trent Wentworth has been in love with Rowan since they were sixteen. Now he is going to make her see that she is it for him and always will be. He will break down her walls.
“I don’t’ care what you say, I know you feel whatever this is that we have. Don’t think for a minute that I haven’t noticed the way your breath falters when I get too close or how your eyes flash with desire. I definitely can’t forget the way you responded to me last night. You can’t deny that you liked it when I kissed you.”
I was worried when her big secret came out, and even more worried at the very end. At least until I read the epilogue.
This is a great read!
Saving Tatum ~ 5 Stars This is the fourth book in this series. I do recommend that you read them in order. Even though the main characters are different, they are all in the books. I absolutely have loved all four of these books. They are a great read, and you definitely won’t be disappointed with them.
Tatum O’Connor lost her brother, Graham, seven years ago. She also lost both her parents that night. They aren’t dead though. Her mom is lost inside her head, and her dad is never around. She blames Jude for her brother’s death.
If her best friend, Rowan, wasn’t also best friends with Jude, she would never see or talk to him.
Jude Brooks has wanted Tatum since she kicked him in the balls when they were in high school. He is a man-whore. But he’s a great guy.
Tatum needs help with a paper and Rowan can’t help her. Jude volunteers.
Things change for both of them. Tatum has some harsh realizations. When she finally realizes the truth, it almost breaks her. She is strong though, and getting stronger, with Jude’s help.
“I was connected to him in a way I knew I’d never be with anyone else. I hadn’t been looking for the one, or anyone for that matter, but love doesn’t wait til you think you’re ready. It comes along when you least expect it and turns your life upside down. It sends you on a journey of epic proportions and changes the course of your life. It completes you.”
I absolutely love Pap.
I would love an update on Jude and his family, as well as Tatum and her parents!
I LOVED THIS SERIES!!!!!! I am going to try to do each book justice. Finding Olivia (Book 1) Olivia has led a very sheltered life as the daughter of a strict preacher. When she leaves home for college, she makes her “Live List”. I loved the concept of this list. She has missed out on so much that she makes a list of things that she wants to do to “live”. Trace is a fun-loving goofball! I love his sense of humor and how he can find the good in every situation. He is really good for Olivia. He helps her to break out of her shell. He knows all too well the pressure your family can put on you. The attraction and chemistry between Trace and Olivia is instant. Olivia feels a deep instinct telling her that Trace is the one to share her secrets with. I had fun laughing with these two as they try to complete the items on the “Live List”. Trace is insistent with some of the activities. Of course there is drama and it gets really bad. I cried for these two characters and what they get put through. Their relationship gets tested and prevails. I am loving all the supporting characters. They help make the book a masterpiece.
Chasing Olivia (Book 2) The story of Trace and Olivia continues 2 years later. They are feeling a little stagnant. Trace receives bad news and decides they need to get away for a while. He suggests a road trip. This will be their chance to be spontaneous again and “live” a little. But Trace has an ulterior motive. Trace and Olivia continue to crack me up. Olivia gets very embarrassed by some of Trace’s remarks and leads to great entertainment. I love their relationship. It is so easy and they just sync. There are ups and downs in the story. New character additions and some that leave. I cried so much at the end of this book. It was just beautiful. You can feel all the heart that the author put into this story. Tempting Rowan (Book 3) This is the story of Rowan and Trent, Trace’s brother. Rowan and Trent have a long and somewhat sad history. Trent has never understood what made Rowan stop speaking to him. But he is sure going to find out. She is the one for him and he is going to do whatever it takes to make her see it. Rowan has secrets that she has to keep at all costs. That means staying away from Trent. Trent is just as funny as Trace. I loved his character. He is so not what I thought he would be from the glimpses of him from the previous 2 books. He is really family oriented. He is great with Dane, his nephew. I find the fact that he has a ferret named Bartholomew hilarious. Rowan is doing the best she can. She has had a really terrible upbringing. She has to be the caretaker for her siblings and she rarely has time for herself. But she wouldn’t trade it for the world. She is a very strong character. She has taken on so much responsibility for someone so young. The chemistry between Rowan and Trent is combustible. They are very well matched characters. The storyline flows effortlessly and will keep you pulled into the book. I didn’t see the twists that sent the story in a different direction. I laughed and cried throughout the story. Truly beautiful.
Saving Tatum (Book 4) Tatum and Jude have a rocky history. Tatum has lived through hell the last several years. And she blames Jude. Jude doesn’t understand her hatred for him. But he is determined to prove to her he is not the person she believes him to be. Tatum is alone. Her parents are no longer there for her emotionally. She truly believes that she is not destined for a HEA. She uses a lot of defense mechanisms to keep people at arms length. She is really good friends with Rowan, but still only lets her in so far. Jude has not had the best past either. Neither of his parents could be bothered with him and he was raised by his grandparents. He has a great relationship with his grandfather. He loves helping people. He truly is one of the good guys that girls dream about. He is also somewhat of a goofball. Jude is finally able to crack Tatum’s walls and the result is beautiful. Their relationship is truly amazing. They become each other’s lifelines. The ending was a tear jerker. I laughed and cried through this story. There are new characters added to the series and I am hoping to get a few more books out of this series or a spin-off. There are a few stories that could be told. Reviewed for FMR Book Grind
Finding Olivia: Finding Olivia is the first book in the Trace + Olivia series. This is the first book I have read by this author. When I read the synopsis I knew I had to read this book. I really enjoyed this book; it's a good coming of age story.
Olivia was the daughter of a preacher. Her dad was horrible to her and her mom. So when she picked a college she made sure it was as far away from her dad as she could get. The last night she was at home she made a "Live List" of things she wanted to do to help find herself. Then she meets Trace. He is a sexy, tattooed mechanic. He seems more than happy to help Olivia cross items off her list. They became friends and that friendship grew into love.
I liked the story line of this book a lot. It was a unique take on the traditional bucket list. I enjoyed watching Olivia find herself and love along the way. This was a sweet book and I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
Chasing Olivia: Chasing Olivia is the second book in the series. This book is about Trace and Olivia. Trace is taking her on a road trip for her graduation present. He has his own "Live List" for them to complete. He is also determined to find the spark that he and Olivia had in the beginning of their relationship. I loved the adventures that Trace had them doing from the items on his "Live List". I also loved the interactions between Olivia and Trace. I cannot wait to read Trent's story in the next installment.
Tempting Rowan: Tempting Rowan is the third book in the series. This book is an emotional roller coaster. It's full of love, lies and deception.
Rowan is a lost soul and she doesn't seem to want to find herself. She has a crappy home life and is basically raising her siblings. Trent is determined to take all of her pain away. She knows that if anyone could it would be him and that is why she wants to stay away from him.
Ms Smeltzer made me feel what Rowan and Trent were experiencing. Trent wanted to give Rowan the love that she didn't get at home. But once all the lies come to light, he runs. I was heartbroken for both Rowan and Trent. I cried and hoped they would get a HEA. In the end, this story was totally worth all the tears I cried. Loved the HEA ending.
Saving Tatum: Saving Tatum is the fourth and final book in this series. This book is full of love, heartache and despair.
Tatum's life changed when she lost her brother. The only true friend she has is Rowan. She doesn't let anyone close because she feels that they will just leave and that would destroy her more.
Jude gets around, a lot. He seems to get any girl he wants and he wants Tatum. She loathes him and blames him for her brother's death, so she is not about to let him into her life. Except for the fact that her heart seems to want him. Like they say you can't help what the heart wants. The more time Tatum spends with Jude the more she starts to see the other side of him. He is sweet, kind and caring even though he doesn't share this side with anyone else but Tatum.
This story is a great story about forgiveness. Saving Tatum was the perfect ending to this series. I would recommend this series to anyone that likes a love story with great characters. I cannot wait to read more from this author.
This series was amazing and I absolutely loved it. The first two books, Finding Olivia and Chasing Olivia are about the same couple, Olivia and Trace. I loved these two and I loved how their story wasn't like the normal "fall in love quickly and be all mushy-gushy with each other". Trace actually helps bring Olivia out of her shell and discover who she can really be. He helps her with her "Live List" and captures her heart while doing it. I instantly fell in love with Trace and Olivia's relationship. While in Chasing Olivia, they set out for a road trip to try to keep the relationship sailing and to remember why they fell in love in first place. You will absolutely fall in love with Olivia's best friend, Avery, as she will have you laughing through the whole book!
Tempting Rowan follows high school sweethearts, Trent and Rowan. Trent is Trace's little brother and of course he is amazing just like him! Rowan comes for a horrible household, and has some secrets that could ruin her future with Trent. She has loved him since as long as she can remember and decides to give him a second chance. Will they be able to finally be together, or will Rowan's past come back to haunt her?
Saving Tatum is about Tatum and Jude. You first meet Tatum in Saving Rowan, and I'm very happy that she got her own story. Tatum has hated Jude because she blamed him for her brothers death. 7 years later, that hate is still there, but now Tatum needs Jude's help with a paper. After shadowing Jude for this project, her view of him slowly starts to change. Jude knows that he has already fallen in love with her, but she is too afraid to admit her feelings to him. One night changes everything for both of them, and it takes Tatum a while to get a grip of reality!
While I loved the whole series, Trace and Olivia have my heart. <3
Terrific Series! This is an absolutely great series! If you haven't read the series before you will love it, and get all four books in one neat little package here. (Right now the individual books are $3.99 EACH on Amazon and the set is only 99c at the time of writing this review, I don't know how long for but I'd grab it right away!) Each book is beautifully written with an excellent plot, and funny, fun, witty, very well developed characters. The stories are realistic and leave you feeling like you really know these people. It's not all fun and games, there are hurdles for the characters, angst, love, and tears, and moments that will make you bristle. I found myself reading one book after the other needing to see where the story was going to lead next, and I enjoyed the fact that characters from past books are brought around as the series is not all about just Trace and Olivia, though they are the focus of the first two books. I definitely recommend this series and very much look forward to reading more from this author. I was gifted a copy of this set in exchange for an honest review.
I can summarize this box set in one word…captivating. I fell head over heels in love with these characters and their stories. This is romance done right! Each book had me revealing in a different emotion, a different feeling. In Finding Olivia, I was giggling, giddy, and my face hurt from smiling. In Chasing Olivia, I was hesitant, and ended up crying and trying to keep myself together. In Tempting Rowan, I felt bad, and I wanted to reach in the book and save her but I know that was Trent’s job. Finally, in Saving Tatum, I loved the contrast between these two and how they fit each other perfectly.
This series was wonderful, I was recommended this author by a friend and I am so glad I took the chance to read it. The writing is relate-able and down to Earth, there is no outlandish story line it is simply college and real life with real wants and story lines. I simply cannot say enough other than to give this author and series a try, you won’t regret it!
This whole box set is brilliant Finding Olivia is about Olivia and Trace, a brilliant love story that captures your heart Chasing Olivia is again about Olivia and Trace and continues there epic love story tempting Rowen is about Rosen and Trent (whom is in the first two books and is Trace's brother) saving Tantum is the fourth book in the series and is about Tantum and Juse (rowan's best friend's) The whole series is brilliant and seriously worth the read, I fell in love with every single one of the characters and would highly recommend the box set xx
