Love Don Martin and fondly remember many of the paperbacks (in addition to the MAD magazine work). This volume isn’t as high caliber as usual the drawings are always great and the slapstick, but the writing is a bit flatter, not as absurdly funny, and a couple of bit goes on too long.

Still a massive DM fan, always.

heh! I remembered another from the long ago. How could I forget this one!

Took a bit to find it, the cover that I remember, three people sitting on a nice green couch and another with a lampshade on his head. Spent more than a few moments trying to draw MAD characters, the cover of this one, one of my favorites...algebra was just too much. That's why I'm a carpenter. And the tendency to draw characters has not left me as throughout the region, hidden behind drywall, on the side of trusses, on plywood beneath layers of roofing paper and 3-tab shingles, there exists a treasure trove of poor-art by moi.

I consider this one a classic, with as much right to top shelf status as the rest.

While not as consistently funny as DON MARTIN BOUNCES BACK, this book still has a higher-than-average number of laughs. Martin's art is top-notch, and zany as ever, and the jokes are consistently clever. Great stuff.

Fun addition to the Mad Library, reprints of some of Don Martin's MAD material.

Another okish to thin collection of Don Martin cartoons. Not his best paperback.
