Great guidance

Sometimes, it’s nice to have a straightforward resource to turn to in order to organize your thoughts and documentation. This book provides just that. Great for the early career therapist and for those of us who are experienced as well.

Great overview of correct clinical writing abd language. I will be using this as a reference for training my interns, counselors and staff on note taking
