He is best known for his eight-year run as writer of the DC Comics' title The Flash, as well as his scripting of the limited series Kingdom Come and Superman: Birthright, and his work on Marvel Comics' Captain America.

I liked this version of how Captain America ended up in modern America fighting with the Avengers. There are similarities to the MCU but there are also some very large differences. The artwork is fantastic.

Eh, it was alright. A bit disappointing for the final of the series though.
