He is best known for his eight-year run as writer of the DC Comics' title The Flash, as well as his scripting of the limited series Kingdom Come and Superman: Birthright, and his work on Marvel Comics' Captain America.

This volume was really good. I enjoyed the commentary on modern society and the ending.

Okay, I LOVED this issue. Cap's dialogue with Thor was so on point and it really got to me. I also really appreciated Steve's relationship with General Simon. Also Steve looking for Bucky and Peggy!!!! And the ending with Steve getting kicked back to 1945!!!!

Also, it's a great opponent for the Avengers, for Steve's character arc, that that the antagonist is a time traveller since Cap keeps wanting to go back to his time but he knows too much now.
