It's definitely one of those books you can skip around and read things that may benefit your curiosity or it could be a couple hundred pages of things you already know but need to freshen up on. I think anyone who is considering purchasing a drone whether serious or not should definitely pick this book up. It's very helpful in explaining the different UAV's on the market and what their differences are. For someone like myself who has only been flying for 6 months this book explained a lot of questions I had that I've been unable to find out 'clearly' on the internet. This is the first "for dummies" book I've ever read but I thought it was put together well. It made it easy to break down and bounce from certain topics to others without confusion along the way.
It was good to read a great deal on civilian drones in one place, rather than the bits and pieces all over the internet. The book covered everything the average user must know and a bit more.
