In the final full novel of the series tells the story of Digger Banks, traitor to the Death Dwellers MC. His brother and club enforcer, Mortician, is charged with the task of putting him to ground. Will both brothers survive and can the Death Dwellers withstand another betrayal and tragedy?
I am slowly but surely learning to manage my time more effectively and getting back to writing and connecting with everyone. I'm not completely there yet, but it is slowly coming together. Misled and Misappropriate have been updated with additional chapters and POVs from a couple more characters. Both books have about 30,000 more words and new covers. I have new covers for all the books in the series. Recently Misled placed first in the Mystery, Suspense, and Thriller category on Chick Lit Cafe. The paperback will also be included in an upcoming Reveal Book Box. While working on Reckless, I am also updating the text in the original series. About Reckless - It will be filled with death and destruction, as usual. However, I will admit to being slightly shocked myself at some of the turn of events taking place. I have restarted my newsletter with a new name, KatChats. Until the end of the year, I plan to send it out weekly because of all the news I have to share. After that, I will switch to monthly. I also have a new website. It should be online in a couple of days once the domain transfer completes. I also have a website dedicated to the Death Dwellers. It is still in its early stages, but it is live: https://deathdwellersmc.com. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, please send them my way.

Sexy, dirty talking Bikers ( and these men are seriously hot )
A great story that has continued with each book.
It's raw and gritty, just how I like my Bikers to be.
Digger's story.....
Well it was way back in December 2013 that I read the first book in this series and I've been hooked ever since.Kathryn Kelly has created a fascinating story here.
I went into this with some trepidation as I really didn't like Digger that much in the previous book, especially after his betrayal to the club. This book finds him back with his despicable father,Sharper who is plotting the club's downfall. Digger knows he's on borrowed time and wants to warn the club without raising his father's suspicion.
Bunny is an ex stripper and an old lady of one of the club members whose a real piece of work I loved her character. She's sweet, loyal and so caring.
When the raid on the club,by Sharper, goes wrong Digger has to make an important decision. In order to save Outlaws son from death he kidnaps him, along with Bunny and goes on the run.
So with Digger and Bunny thrown together they slowly start to connect. Is she the one who will finally save him? This was action packed and full of drama. Although it was Digger's story we still get plenty of involvement from the other club members and most importantly, the delicious Christopher 'Outlaw' Caldwell. Dear God!!...what can I say about this man.He is without doubt my favourite ever Biker.Sexy as sin, gorgeous and with a filthy mouth on him.I really can't get enough of him!! The Author has created some AMAZING characters here. They are like a massive dysfunctional family who in the end are always there for each other.
This is so far removed from a fluffy MC series. It's dark and gritty but just fantastic. I think I've tried just about every MC series out there and this is definitely in my top two. For MC fans who like their books on the dark, edgy side I cannot recommend highly enough!!!["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
I didn't want to be to rush on my review of this one; I have enjoyed this whole series but this one I'm not sure about. There are a few characters in this series that when it started I loved them, now I'm not sure. Christopher(Outlaw) was one of my favorite characters and I loved his first book but over the last few I have begun to dislike him. What is the deal with allowing your toddler to cuss more than most of the guys..really?? There were parts of the story that I liked and parts that really started to drag.
I had to confess, that I wasn't very excited about Misconduct, like others DD books. Digger was such...Well, he betrayed the club. So, I didn't see a way to redeem him. But when I got a snippet of what going on in Misconduct, I couldn't wait to read it.
I'm now surprised how much I loved it. Well, okay. Most it got to do with Outlaw. Because he's my fav psycho stalker biker book boyfriend. Ever! But I loved the story itself. It was intense and thrilling. It keept me on my toes. Praying that nothing deadly would happen to my favorite characters. I was a wreck at some points.
The story begins in the past with Paytons POV. And let me tell you, she yet wasn't into this psychotic revenge thing much against DD MC, but I already disliked her. Payton thought, that she was so much better than her mother or sister. BTW, if you don't know or remember, her sister was Ellen, one of Outlaws ex-sluts. If you read Misled, you meet her there.
So, back to the Payton. Like I said she though she was such a classy lady. *snorts* Yes, her mothers and sisters lifes wasn't even in the middle respectable one, but Payton wasn’t in the position to look down her nose of the other. No right, when she wasn’t...Well, yeah, Payton lived in expensive apartment, wore design clothes, drove a sports car, but that she didn't get with her blood and sweat. Well, maybe sweat was involved. After all she got all her things through the bed.
So, Payton lived high class life, but there is a saying 'You can put a lipstick on a monkey. But it still be a monkey.' So, no matter her high-quality life. She was no better than anyone else. And shouldn't judge.
And then after all the bullshit Ellen spewed to Payton about Outlaw and Megan and then Ellens death, Payton psychosis started. Actually, I can say that it started then. Because I got impression, that all that Cooper family is...Well, lights in the windows shining but nobodys home. If you know what I mean.
And when story progressed, things didn't go better. Payton was...There isn't a word to describe how psycho and insane and evil and sick she was. So glad she was gone fast and I wasn't suffering her ass through the book. I had enough of Kendalls stupid ass to suffer through. And yes! She's as annoying and self-righteous bitch as ever. And I'm tired to rant about her stupid ass in every review. I probably could write a fucking novella about her stupidity and... Just... The end on Kendall. Just all.
Digger. I had such conflicted feelings about him from the moment when he betrayed DD. I really have no clue what was in his head to do those things. How he can be so stupid and become involved in this shit? I never so fully got it, why he did things he did. He had some misguided believes. And blamed people, who has nothing to do with the shit hitting the club. I wouldn't go into detail about this, because I will spend few hours talking about each person.
In reality, I believe Digger was looking for something. Something he wasn't even sure himself. Maybe ties? Not realizing, that he already had them with DD. He has a family, who always would had his back. No matter what. But Digger gone and fucked it. And for a while didn't find his balls to face his mistakes. To face DD. To face Outlaw.
Digger really was a hothead. Who first did and then thought of it. He needed someone by his side, who would made him stop for a sec and make him think. Clue in Bunny.
Bunny. The first pages of her and my hear hurt for her. But then...OMFG! I can't explain how shattered my heart become after'that' moment. I was so pissed. If I was there, in that moment, I would have shooted Trader, the fucker, in the balls!
Bunny is such a sweet and loyal. And a fighter for those she loves. Her past isn't hearts and flowers. It's actually dirty one. But that's what makes us human. We made mistakes. We live with them. The important thing is, to acknowledge them. Learn from them. And choose a new path for your future.
Bunny was so ashamed of her past. She thought that if Megan or her other friends knew about it, they wouldn't keep her in the club as a family member. They would turn their backs on her. Bunny didn't released that past don't define us. Who you are at the moment is what's important. So, for a while she let some people to manipulate it and walk over her, just so she could keep the little peace she found in the club.
Here where comes one of my pissy moods. Bunny's mother. The woman so cuts Bunny down for her mistakes...I just...Mother's should advise. Yes. And tell their opinions and warn what they believe is wrong for their's child. But when their child didn't listen their advise and fallow their own believes and that leads to mistakes and hurt, mother should open her arms and sooth and hold tight. Not kick while their child is down. That's what Bunny's mother did. She cut Bunny, when she was already hurting. And it pissed me so much.
And there for the first time, Digger made me proud of him. The way he stood up for Bunny against her mother...His words...They made me proud. Actually, he become Bunny's champion. And that was cute and sweet in a way only biker could.
Digger and Bunny fit together. They give each other what they looked for and needed. They completed each other. And I have no doubt they feelings will grow. Into little Outlaw/Megan love copy. Lol Though no one ever could completely compare to that couple.
So, if you read previous books, you know shit keep hitting the fan. And DD have no peace for a minute. One after another enemys pops out of nowhere. A lot of shooting, explosions and other shit involving.
And here comes another hit towards the club. Betrayal. I have to say, at first I thought it would come from Mortician. When he should be hunting for Digger and taking care of him, in true he would let him go. But I was wrong. From the beginning it was obvious, that there is another mole in DD. Who give info to the enemy. And I though about it a lot. Suspected a few.
Trader. Because he was such a mean SOB. The way he talked about Megan...No way a 'brother' loving club and respecting his Prez would tall like that about his old lady. Not to mention the way he was with Bunny. The assfuck!
Arrow. I didn’t think much of him until he said something, that got my attention. And I started to suspect him. But everyone though of him as loyal and trustworthy. Not to mention he was K-P brother. So, no way he could be the backstabbing fuck. Right?
Dinah. Megans mother. Why suspect her? Well, Payton got informator. And she mentioned something about how someone could betray Megan, when they were family. She said 'Megan'. Not the club. So, that leads to believe it should be someone close to Megan. Which she thinks of as a family. Dinah fits the bill. She's crazy. And don't see things right. She maybe thought of doing that would get ride of Christopher and having Megan for herself. Because it's not a secret, that Dinah hates him. And thinking of him as someone who robbed her daughter from her. Or maybe Dinah just took it as Megans turning back on her, when Meggie shackled herself with Outlaw. So, she wanted to kill Meggie? Who knows. One is for certain. Dinah never was as sane person. So her reasons could be as insane.
So, who real double-crosser is? Who is betraying Death Dwellers?
And well, okay. I couldn't write this review without talking more about my psycho man, Outlaw. My main priorities and concerns towards him. He's my hero. He's my man. And I never was prouder then I’m now. Yes, he was beaten down at some points. He let some shit got to him. But it's normal. He's only a man. And no matter how much he denies, that he don't have a heart. He has it. A cracked and glued one. But still feeling one. Who bleeds, when his family's members dies. That's only made him more real. More lovable. A man I adore just more.
And his undying love for Megan... There’s no words for that. To describe how phenomenal it is to read about it. How your heart beats 'seeing' that kind of love. No words to express how you're feeling reading about this perfect flawed man.
This was a brilliant book and tied up wonderfully, I have to admit I skipped some pages with Digger I just wasn't into his story even though I liked his hea I think he was a lost soul and just needed a good woman which he got. I loved all the drama and was shocked at a few reveals the conclusion of the series was raw and gritty and I felt so many emotions including anger and disbelief. I love love love Outlaw and he Dec made this series for me, his love and devotion to Megan just made me swoon! I loved little CJ he was so adorable and crass but still acted like the child he was be seriously made me laugh, I have read a LOT of MC romance but I can truly say this series was the best I read, I am still thinking about this book still processing some of the events, well done KK for this wonderful series!!
ARC received from author to honest review. Review in Portuguese and English
---------------------------- I love this series and I get excited every time a new book comes out. I enjoyed the story, is filled with action, suspense, violence, sex and crazy attitude of our beloved alpha male and badass Outlaw. I'm just saying that Johnny lost completely the man card ... it's sad to see, hahaha! Kendal is still a crazy bitch and it wasn't this time she had the brains exploded. What a pity! This book tells the story of Digger ... He betrayed the Club brutally and he's trying to fix the mistakes of his past. He will be involved with Bunny, a former prostitute and ex-stripper who is old lady of an abusive member of the Club. Outlaw and Meggie steal the scene and I'm even imagining the future books telling the story of the new generation formed by children of members of the Club. CJ is the best! He is a mini Outlaw-in-training. The Club suffer terrible losses and Outlaw passes to doubt his own ability to lead. It all gets very confusing and the situation is becoming increasingly dangerous for the Club members and their families. I didn't like Digger and little care about the punishment that he would suffer at the hands of Outlaw and member of the Club. The story is so interesting and each Member of the Club adds a colorful for the development of the story that ultimately his story and Bunny stayed in the background. The villains and traitors are all exposed and secrets revealed. All very well developed and interesting. I loved reading and the ending was sensational! I highly recommend reading the whole series. Outlaw and Meggie are still my favorite characters and their son captivated me completely. Had a good feeling about the Diesel character ... I hope the author look at him tenderly. I want Kendall dies, I hate that b$#%h. Too bad the author didn't take the massacre and liquidated with her.
Title: Misconduct Series: Death Dwellers MC #5 Author: Kathryn Kelly Genre: Contemporary Romance Pages: Unknown Heat Level: 3 out of 4 flames Overall Star Rating: 5 out of 5 stars Reviewed by Naughty Book Snitch Kay
I'm just...blown away.
This is the final full length novel in the series that has had me enraptured. It's everything you could want in an MC romance. Seriously, you get it all here. I was not looking forward to this one at all. I never connected with Digger as a character and what you did know was that he was a douche. Since Kathryn Kelly is my favorite author, I knew I'd read it. I love everything she writes. I got way more than I expected from this book.
Marcus "Digger" Banks is a man on the run from his MC. He knows he's on borrowed time. You don't betray Christopher "Outlaw" Caldwell and live to tell about it. Don't hate Digger right away because all is not what it seems with him. His betrayal is subjective. We all do what we have to do to protect those we love. Even dancing with the Devil. Digger's dad is the biggest piece of shit. He's a murder, a rapist, a human trafficker, an apparent drug lord and wait for it...a religious zealot. He has his own church believe it or not. He raised his sons horrifically. Mental and physical abuse were the status quo. Digger disappeared from his MC to protect his brother, Lucas or Mortician. He loves his big brother.
Bunny is a former stripper and old lady of one of the Death Dweller MC members. Her old man was a real shit. Abusive and dangerous. When he meets his well deserved end, Bunny is kidnapped by Digger and forced to go on the run with him. She knows about Digger and his betrayal. Despite her finding him attractive, he scares her to death. As they run from Digger's dad and Christopher Caldwell, Bunny realizes that Digger isn't the man she's heard about. There's more to him than that.
This book truly blew me away. I felt like a pinball in a pinball machine. Back and forth. Shitty situation to shitty situation. Suspense overload. A great deal of sadness too. Best of this author's work, hands down. She even made me like Christopher a small bit and I hate Christopher! He was still a douche but not quite as bad as normal. Now, I have to address this because I'm one of the 5 people who read the series that love Kendall. I know she's a hot ass mess and she's at the top of her game of hot mess in this book. I found myself shaking my head at her a lot. I know she battles depression and this story gives you a little more look at what that does to her. Honestly, I would be depressed if I was married to ball-less Johnnie too.
For fans of this series, you will love this installment but be saddened as the series comes to an end. I will miss the stories, the characters, the suspense, the filthy mouths and the hot sex scenes. Most of all, I will miss my precious friend writing about the boys of the Death Dweller MC and the women that brought them to their knees. If you haven't read it and love MC romance, you MUST read this series. You won't be one bit sorry.
Book given in exchange for an honest review via the author.
Misconduct is the final full length novel in Kathryn Kelly's Death Dwellers MC Series. I really enjoyed this book, it kept me captivated from start to finish. Jealousy, revenge, betrayal and love were the catalysts that set things on fire in amazing story of redemption.
I love Kathryn Kelly's writing style. She painted a vivid picture of a motorcycle club that was more like a messed up family with conflict that was both internal and external. This story had to look at a different aspect as the author excelled at the difficult job of redeeming a character who had more or less betrayed the family.
This was definitely an interesting, and intricate, story. It delved into why Digger made the mistakes that put him on everyone's hit list. The depth of his anguish, and regret, and his need to make amends seemed impossible to overcome. I wanted it for him to find a way back. Then there was Bunny who paid a brutal price for the mistakes she made. I'll just go ahead and say it, I was wrecked by something that happened to Bunny in the beginning. My heart bled for her and that emotion pulled me even deeper into the story. The drama of their relationship gripped me and had me rooting for their HEA. Digger was a changed man, and he needed Bunny to keep him in line, so I was hoping that she let him into her heart. As usual, the action and suspense was gripping. Not to give anything away, but the real traitor was closer than anyone realized. In the end a lot of loose ends were tied up while a few people got what was coming to them, Death Dweller style. Lastly, let's talk chemistry and naughty bits. There were definitely some swoon-worthy moments, but that part was toned down just a tad bit. Digger and Bunny had a fabulous chemistry but they were both unsure of themselves, so that part had to build up slowly. Even so there was loads of sexual tension and dirty innuendos, the usual outrageousness. Ok, one final thought, and that is that Little Man really stole the show. In my opinion it would be super awesome if Kathryn Kelly decided to do a spin-off series - a Death Dweller Legacy sort of thing - with the kids.
This book was a great read ! I hope you'll check it out. I'm sure the characters will grab your heart and keep you entertained. I recommend this book, and the series, to everyone.
If you enjoy Motorcycle Club books that are liberally laced with death, destruction and duplicity, then this book is definitely for you. I am on an alliteration flow, btw.😁😁
Once again....awesome book in this series. The way Outlaw talks is so ridiculous at times that its hilarious. No it isn't good to cuss like he does in front of his child but CJ was hilarious also. It was well needed humor amidst all the horrific things going on this story. Digger was never really a character I could get into this series so I admittedly skimmed over some of the parts with him. I'm glad that in the end he found someone good and decent. What Bunny went through with Trader was so so sad. How a man could do that is beyond me so he got what he deserved. The scenes in the beginning in the cabin in B.C. were beyond disturbing. Therefore, Rev. Sharper also got what he deserved but too quick in my thinking. Peyton was an evil disturbed psycho bitch so good riddance to her also. Regardless of the depression issues and by no means am I discounting it - it is a very serious illness which many suffer from but I haven't liked Kendall from day one and in this book she just pissed me off to no end. It's always about her....me, me, me, and for being so smart Johnny is an idiot. Dinah, well there's another deeply disturbed individual who was taken advantage of and suffered the consequences.
Digger caused so much trouble behind the scenes in previous books, but here you get the whole story. Lots of Bunny and Little Man in this one as Digger tries to stay alive, keep them alive, and redeem what he's lost. I liked this one a lot more than some of the others - it's about a 4.5 for me.
Just got done reading the entire series that's in the collected box set. This one is gritty and gory and Outlaw is the ultimate MC alpha with his dirty dirty mouth and his penchant for shooting people in the middle of their foreheads. Meggie is 15 years younger than him, but they connect on more than one level. The other MC guys are shaped well here, and I liked all of their individual stories, but I hate, hate, hate Kendall. :) Worth the wait to read the entire series right in a row.
Oh, how good it was to read about my Death Dwellers again! It has been far too long since I've visited them or read one of Ms. Kelly's books and I can't tell you how much I missed them! It was all extraordinary and I completely, totally LOOOOOOVED Misconduct!!
Okay, if you haven't read any of the books in this series or even if you've read a few, you need to read them all before you read Misconduct otherwise you're most likely going to be confused or you're going to get a lot of spoilers you might not want to know when you plan on reading the previous books.
I had no idea what was going on with Digger to make him do what he did in the past, but I never considered not reading his book because of his decisions. I did and do feel good about Digger now that I know his side, I don't agree with everything, but I'm not mad at the guy. Don't get me wrong though, I did get angry with him and thought he was a jerk and not so smart sometimes, but for all of his faults - Digger is still a good man with a good heart. He's might not be my favorite - that title goes to Mort and Christopher - but he did redeem himself and I do love him!
Alright, the heroine is tricky with this book, so I'm not going to give you any names because I don't want to spoil things since there's not much in the synopsis about her. I will tell you, however, that I looooved her! She's strong and brave with a heart of gold! She's sweet and kind, but she's got some sass to her - I loved all that about her, but especially how after going through some tough times, she was still able to stay that way. That, to me, is just so amazing and it fits this amazing heroine!
Misconduct, much like the other Death Dwellers MC books, is not easy to read. It's hard and dark abd full of pain, heartbreak, and betrayal. There are moments when it made me sick to my stomach, stabbed me in the heart, and punched me in gut, moments that shocked me and made me feel like my whole was turned upside down, and moments that made me want to sob and just squeeze a pillow half to death. But even with all the negative feelings, there came so many positive ones that made every hurt worth it. This book made me laugh and smile and it melted my heart and made me do the girly, happy sigh thing. There are times that are so sweet and so cute that make you ache. Yes, Misconduct is dark, but it's also full of a deep love that will touch your heart and fill it with lightness and warmth.
I could not have asked for a better, final full length novel in the series from Ms. Kelly than the one she gave us with Misconduct. It was undeniably epic, crazy, and captivating with tons of action, passion, and heart. It was a truly spectacular ending and I wholeheartedly loved it!!
Misconduct is not a standalone, it's told from multiple points of view, and Digger does get his HEA with his heroine!
I received an ARC of the book in exchange for an honest review gotta say I may be biased (shhhhh) I love this series from the very beginning Kathryn Kelly has had me laughing crying so angry frustrated screaming at the book at the characters hurting for them everything it's exhausting but so worth it. I wasn't sure how this book was going to work I had avoided the teasers as much as possible wanting to go into it without any pre conceived ideas of what might happen although the book is very graphic raw blunt and gritty in its writing style I still feel it's different in its approach than the rest focusing more on the familial love and forgiveness that gains digger his redemption rather than the romantic story, bunny and digger falling for each other takes a back seat allowing us to concentrate more on the club as a whole feeling more like a club story rather than just diggers and it worked brilliantly we knew it wouldn't be easy for forgiveness and I liked that there were no grand gestures or fake changes of heart digger remained a stupid f@#£ through most of it and worked it out for himself. I'm hoping that miss Kelly gives us the romance aspect in the novella that usually come after the full novel hint hint. I have to commend Kat on the traitor plot she kept me guessing most of the way through I kept changing my mind and second guessing myself even throwing Kendall in there cos let's face it she a bitch I never liked her I didn't feel she was good enough for Johnnie or the right woman for him but gotta say after this book I'm not so sure cos Johnnie turned In to a dick there have been many times through out the series I've wanted to smack Kendall upside the head (I know it's not real but still) and give Johnnie a shake but in this one I could have really batttered him I thought Kendall was selfish and uncaring but Johnnie could take the cake in this book more of a match than I realised and I'm still feeling put out and disappointed In him get you're balls back! There lol. I can't wait for the next one but first Kat hope you keep fighting and win the battle.
P.S still think we should skip forward twenty or so years to the next generation to see what awaits little man n harley, ryan rule and rebel and how much Kendall makes Rory into a pansy ass. Hehehehe
HUGE HUGE fan of this series. I am a habitual re-reader of this series and avid lover of Outlaws dirty mouth, Morticians loyalty, John boys need to be loved and Val's non existing filter. The only thing I really liked about Digger was his love and devotion to his brother. I didn't even see what was so attractive to Bunny for her to fall for him. She was probably just vulnerable after the whole Trader incident. That being said I really enjoyed Misconduct, especially the POV of other characters other than Digger and Bunny. When I started the book I decided to take some notes after each chapter. CHapter 1: Holy shit an Ellen POV!!! I always wondered how Ellen really felt about being second favorite to Kiera. Chapter 2: WOW, this chapter was CRAZEEEE INTENSE!!! Chapter 3: Peyton = Heartless This is the point where I forgot to put the book down for the next 24 hours straight. Seriously,I absorbed the words right off the page and the next time I looked up it was Monday morning and time to go to the office. I could not get enough of lil man saying ashfuck and his obsession with Harley.
I can't wait for the next book about Fee, Cash and Stretch and feel free to sprinkle in a backstory for Deisel.
Do yourself a favor and add this series to your Favorite MC books. Prepare yourself for the feels.
I have been anxiously awaiting this release. It was totally worth the wait. Kathryn Kelly has and amazing thought process. I can't believe how well she kept it all straight in her head never mind putting it to paper. This is the final full length Death Dweller MC novel and OMG she really hit this one out of the park. She tied up all the loose ends. She has developed such an amazing dialogue between characters at times I feel like they have there own language. I love Christopher "Outlaw", he will always be my favorite of her characters. Then man is a genius. In this book we really ventured into his vulnerable side but of course Megan straightens his ass out. I'm trying to avoid spoilers but I have to say I always thought Digger was redeemable. I just want more, I would love to see this series go on and on. I can't wait for Cash's story. I have to say I still hate Kendall. She is the most selfish bitch I think I've ever read about. Every time she opens her my I want to slap her. I understand mental illness but really she is so hateful and callous I think she should go back to inpatient care! Anyhow I can't say enough about how well written this novel is. I love love love it! Thank you Kat!
I absolutely love this series. The characters all have a place in my heart...some more than others (Kendall not so much..lol) This book I couldn't wait to read because I had to know Diggers fate, as I read more and more teasers I thought for sure the family that has formed within this MC would never be the same and in some ways it's not. As always Christopher "Outlaw" Caldwell is my favorite and he as always is a badass! Christopher takes his family on a roller coaster ride trying to find his son, find Digger to put him to ground and be there for Meggie throughout. I thought this book had so much emotion and WTF moments, It's a wild ride that's for sure. A lot happens within the MC and I was on the edge of my seat. I cannot wait for more in this series. In this book I was shocked, saddened, happy, and cheered for Christopher as always!. Another amazing story within this series by Kathryn. Loved every minute of it.
Ain't nothing but a thing, I love this series and can really relate to the woman. Bunny was a fresh breath of a heroine. I also like how mental illness is addressed and the struggles that do not take over the story. I need cash story and the rock star brother in law.
I laughed I cried and cried some more it was a rollercoaster ride but I loved every minute of it . The drama is hard hitting and engaging the story keeps you gripped right to the end.

Most between MC members-Christopher,Johnnie,or Mort. They all lose and gain so much in this installment. Christopher is probably the most changed. Being Outlaw and Christopher-Prez,husband,father -all these roles have become so blurred for him. Everyone is weighing in on what he should or shouldn't do for the club, but in the end no one wants that kind of responsibility except him. I didn't care for Johnnie this time around. He listened to Kendall's crazy reasoning a little too much. She's pregnant, off her meds, and still jealous of Meg and Chris, so she can't be trusted. It will interesting to see how Ophelia,Cash, and Stretch will be handled in Misfit. The other threesome didn't turn out too well.
Holy cow! This is my favourite of the series so far. Maybe that should make me worry for my sanity because it is so full of violence, bloodshed, drama, angst and well basically it’s just plain carnage really. Oh well.
We know from the last few books that Digger has betrayed the club. Because of his actions people have been hurt, the club has been in turmoil and some people have even died. But not all is as it seems and now Digger just has to get Outlaw and the brothers to listen to him before even more people die. Unfortunately, things don’t quite go to plan and when the club is attacked, Digger ends up running with not only Bunny; Trader’s woman and Meggie’s friend, but he also takes CJ, Outlaw and Meggie’s son.
Bunny is shattered. After many years living with Trader, a man who over time turned into a cheating and abusive ass, she knows that news of her pregnancy will not go down well with him as he’s told her many times he doesn’t want kids. When his reaction is even worse that she thought it would be, Bunny fears for what will happen to her. If she’s not with Trader, she’s not part of the club and they’re the only family she has. When she turns up at the club, obviously with something very wrong with her, Outlaw decides to take matters into his own hands. Just as Outlaw takes care of the matter though, all hell breaks loose when the club is attacked, leaving almost everyone down, Ol’ Ladies included, and when Bunny goes to protect CJ from the flying bullets, she finds herself effectively being kidnapped, along with CJ, and on the run with Digger. It’s not long though before not only does she see Digger’s vulnerability and the reasons behind what he has done, but she also sees a man she could actually fall for… if they make it through this alive.
I can’t really say anything else because it will be a spoiler. I think originally the author planned on this being the final book because it ends as if it could be, and the blurb on amazon states it as the final book but I know there are more. So because of this, everything is wrapped up; the enemies that have been there since book one, the reason Meggie always seems to be the target of most of those enemies, and Digger being the final main character to get his girl. I really enjoyed this story though, I literally could not put it down until I saw how everything worked out. I give Misconduct 5 stars and am diving straight into the next one.

I am so sad this series is ending. If begging on my knees and kissing ass would continue it I would. That being said I will go into my most hated topic first..KENDALL. I realize the author is trying to bring mental help out in the open to help people she if off so much with Kendall I'm surprised she can't see her own character for what she is.
SPOILERS"
I know depression well and PTSD as I suffer from it and take meds. Before the meds came into play I met a lot of people with issues and Kendall did NOT meet any and I will explain why then I'll give my review. Example: Her total lack of empathy toward everyone including her child. Everything is about herself. She manipulates. Poor Rory has to meet her standards so much he is scared of her. Example: Outlaw just identified his sisters and his nieces bodies after being murdered and the club and everyone is in real danger and in pops Kendall giving him a hard time about not getting Megan pregnant because she doesn't want to share the spotlight. Starts her crap again about how she knows Outlaw wants her. Fires people from jobs because she gets jealous. Makes her son act like a robot. No empathy! No feelings except concerning herself! Manipulation. Thinks she's better then other people! The meds might keep her quiet but the thoughts are still there. She's a psycho with PTSD. A danger to herself, her son and her husband. Depression is maybe 1% of that woman mental health issues. She is evil down deep and the meds hold that back. In all the books, which I have reread" not a good bone in her body. Even when she was suppose to be out of her mind for her sister all she could think of was fucking.
REVIEW:::
Love, love, love the book. I'm still in love with Christopher. Johnnie I would like to paddle his ass. Can't say anything about Digger it would be a spoiler. Little CJ is a hoot. Never heard such a dirty mouth on a kid who can't pronounce R's. Megan has her trials this book but she has her Christopher beside her. You get to met everyone's kids. There's a lot in this book, Trouble, tragedy, love, hate. " irritation"Kendall" A must read. The whole series is great!
An action packed, fast paced, romantic suspense that's a must read! This story draws you in right from the start, and takes you on one hell of a ride. With the MC and Sharper Bank's crew still after one another, there's only one way this will end, deadly. This story had drama, angst, lies, betrayal, death, intense situations, and intriguing twists that will have you on the edge of your seat waiting for what happens next. Another great addition to this fantastic series!
It's difficult to explain about this book without giving away spoilers, which I refuse to do, especially the parts that irritated me. I really liked Bunny, and even though Digger had done some stupid things against the club, I still liked him too. Peyton was an evil witch, just like her sister Ellen was, and I couldn't believe that Digger got messed up with her or let her continue to be around his brother/nephew Tyler. Supposedly Kendall had been somewhat "normal" for the last several months, but due to certain circumstances, she's back to the same raging bitch she's always been. Nope, I still can't stand her!
There's a lot of meyhem, destruction, and loss of lives in this book. It also has scenes of the girls that Sharper has been trafficking, and how they're treated by him and the others. However, the club finally gets the answers they've been looking for, most of them at least, as well as who the trader is. If you haven't read this series, I suggest that you do prior to reading this book. Start from the beginning, learn about the club, the brotherhood, the strong women they meet up and fall in love with, and the dynamics of the club and their families. I strongly recommend this book, series, and author.
The best parts of this book were of course Outlaw, the man is a fouled mouth biker who only cares about his wife and kids. And like always he did what he had to protect them. I used to love Johnnie, reading the first book in this series, Johnnie was the opposite of Outlaw, calmer, cooler but as the books went on and he got together with Kendall he became a whinny bitch just like her. Digger finally got his story told, we see how he truly felt about Sharper and all Digger wanted was to be back with the club. Along the he kidnapped Bunny and they fell for each other. Mort, Val, Cash, they were all great, they had Outlaw's back. Megan as always was the queen of the MC, and cared and loved everyone. As for Kendall she was there being a pain in the ass as always. I truly hope that things remain good for everyone. Outlaw saved this book, he was in 90% of it. I do hope that the kids get their own novella or something I wanna know how CJ becomes when he grows up.
All I can say is.....WoW ..now that was intense and crazy...so glad there was not a lot of Kendall and man Johnnie turned wimpy..doesn't need to be in that M/C what a cry baby:)) Lots of cussing but hey its "OutLaw" This series has been crazy good
I so love this series! It always keeps my emotions and adrenaline racing. The characters are fabulous and intense and the women are feisty. This book revealed so many secrets and betrayals. Digger has to fight to prove himself and right some wrongs. Bunny has been through hell and now is at Digger's mercy. Will she ever find happiness? The club is in chaos with a betrayal, battle with the enemy and casualties! Who will survive? Will Digger and Bunny make it out alive? Will Outlaw lose everything close to him? Who will win this ultimate battle? I can't wait for the next book...Misfit and the conclusion to this fabulous series!
