As access to fresh water becomes an ever more potent problem worldwide, Miller’s book is a fascinating reminder of our long engagement with this most vital fluid.

A book on water - who new? The Edible Series by Reaktion are always enjoyable.

Certainly an interesting volume in the Edible series, but it also could have done with more content about the ethics surrounding modern water distribution.
