Es šeit necentīšos atstāstīt Barta teorijas, jo viņš pats jebkuram lasītājam tās izklāstīs krietni vien labāk, nekā es jelkad to spētu. Jāpiebilst vienīgi vēl tas, ka Bartu ne vienmēr ir viegli lasīt, viņa darbā ir „jāielasās” un vismaz man bieži gadījās uz Bartu arī dusmoties, tomēr es uzskatu, ka šis fakts vien pats par sevi liecina, ka šī grāmata ir lasīšanas vērta- ja jau autors spēj mani savas domas tīklos ievilkt tik dziļi, ka es sāku uz viņu dusmoties, viņš ir paveicis veselu varoņdarbu, ievedot lasītāju svešā pasaulē un radot plašu vidi pārdomām...

Yea gurl idfk, gud vad han babblar, jag tror jag måste läsa om den på svenska, men även där mår man veta mycket mer än bara det han säger för att blir verkligt intresserad. Oavsett tror jag inte riktigt att den här typen av litteratur är för mig, då läser jag hellre en specifik tidning eller lyssnar på ett föredrag än en massa essäer efter varandra.

still trying to understand the last half but I do like how this is one of the only essayists I've read who is able to describe a complex topic in less than half a billion pages, two page essays are my new favorite genre too bad that the only guy who did them probably died in France like fifty years ago

I read four essays from the book and I liked them. They are pretty simple in their language, a bold take on Barthes part. I would like to read more.
