This had a lot of errors. I think another once over for editing would have helped, but it wasn't too difficult to make sense of in the end. Still, it wasn't very helpful, either. Maybe pictures or charts could have made it better, or maybe it was just too short to get its point across. I would recommend looking for other books on reflexology instead of using this one. At least, read others along with this one if you want a better understanding- that's what I'm planning to do.
