While entertaining, the books are very short for the cost.

This book was trying to cram in all the action that should have been in the other two books but that was shoved in at the last minute.
There are again too many main characters and in this book they are all almost at completion for their story's except that there was too much put into this book that had never appeared before. I was a bit disappointed because the character development fell hugely short because of all the additional storyline added in.
There are again too many main characters so not any secondary.
The storyline is much too busy in this book and has next to no history in the previous book. The pacing was OK. I may wait a while before continuing with other books in the series/ spin off series

Part three of Called by a Bear by V. Vaughn
Carly is still main focus in this story while her bff Sierra is struggling with victor in her head.
Sierra is starting to have feeling for Victor and the relationship between her and Kieth is deteriorating to the point she is planning to move back in with Brady and Carly. So story's progressing well Brady is having issue with Carly being a alpha and not been able to command her but does see sense and apologies.
Taylor and Lily from previous have finally turned up in town to shake the mix up.
I hoping next book focuses more on Sierra and sorting out her Victor problem.

Too Many Dreams....
This series is jam packed full of interesting twists and turns. It is part three of the series, so if you want to get the full jist of what's going on I suggest you get the first two. It does have a cliff hanger that will make you want to read the whole of the series!
It will have you feeling the same thing as the young ladies.. it is hot steamy and extremely exciting as you read the full story. But to do that you must purchase the other books. This story takes you from a tattoo parlor to the woods .. and you will not want to put this story down till you finish it!

It was a total page turner until the end! Now I am just waiting for the rest of them to get here so I can find out what will happen. You had to know that with everything going on there would be some dark magic in the mix somewhere, but to know where it would turn up! Wow! That was not what I had bet on, it sure kept me guessing. I couldn't stop reading when I opened it. I just can't wait to see what will happen when the clans band together with polar clans. Now Carly has discovered she has some magic of her own & is being trained on how to use it. There is just so much that has been hinted at but not yet come out in the open. Annie may have a second true mate in the polar clan. There may finally be peace among the clans. There is just so much left to find out. I can't wait!

Book 3 reintroduces two characters we met in book 1 that have also been called. The storyline grows more in complexity and there is more uncertainty about potential outcomes. The characters personalities start to evolve with the new challenges before them. The cliffhanger leaves me bewildered and definitely wanting more. Carly is really coming into her own. She has found her mate, got pregnant, got married, discovered she is an alpha an found her mother. She is going to be a force to be reckoned with. can't wait to read more of this series.

I received this audio for an honest review. Once again it was an amazing story. This is not a standalone and you really need to read the others in the series to know what is going on. Erin DeWard did another amazing job.
I found my heart breaking more in this book. Sierra is going thru so much. As you already know Victor bit her at Carly and Brady’s wedding. Victor is driving her crazy. You have to wonder how much more she can take before she goes completely insane.
Carly is doing her best to help her friend. Carly has so much on her plate. Not only is she dealing with her best friend Sierra’s problems but she is finding out more about who her mother was. Carly is also pregnant and having to come to terms with the hormones, the hunger, and everything else that comes with pregnancy. She is also dealing with being a Alpha. I almost get tickled at the battle that Carly and Brady are having over Alpha.
In this book you will see Lily and Taylor brought back into the picture. Wonder if they will be just as accepting as Carly and Sierra was to the werebear thing.
You will find some hot and steamy parts in the book and you will truly love how the story comes together.

Fight the Voice In Your Head
So enjoyed this three book read. The women in the story came from all walks of life with nothing in common but having dreams about mean that shift into bears.
Book 3 gives you Sierra and Keith story. These will be pivotal characters throughout all of the books with Carly and Brady being the dual Alpha pair. Sierra and Keith will have a lot to overcome to try and get a HEA.
Lets just say that when the Le Roux sent out the call for mates they had no idea what they would receive.
All three books were entertaining and pretty well scripted for the most part. To be honest I craved more information on Sierra and Keith with the villain Victor in the background but know the stories are a build up around Carly and Brady did not detract from my overall enjoyment.
This author has continued the books giving more information of the original and introducing new character in Volume 2 and 3 which I hope to read soon.

This is the third installment of Called by the Bear. Although I am not a fan of serials this author has me hooked and greedy for more!
In this installment you see more of Carly and Brady and continue with their journey as carly is finding her place as prima of the Le Roux clan.
Sierra and Keith are on bumpy ground...and Victor is loving it!!
Add in Lilly's appearance and her meeting her bear....
And don't forget Taylor coming on the scene and things become even more interesting....
This book has a lot going on! I found myself crying out saying "no no no!" And then being shocked in other places. This was a fun ride and I see these installments getting better with each addition. This writer has a gift for drawing you into her world and keeping you there!

In this book Carly has a lot on her plate, she is learning more about her mother and her place in the Le Roux clan. She is adjusting to married life with Brady and being pregnant with their triplets. While she is working with her sister In law, Annie preparing for more women to arrive.
Sierra feels like she is going crazy with Victor in her head. She is starting to doubt that her heart belongs to Keith when her body starting to responding to Victor's sexual suggestions.
Mrs. Vaughn has done a great job catching my attention in the first book and through out the third. I can't wait to find out what happens to all of our characters. Will they each get their hea or will they be disappointed?

Carly and Sierra are taken and held until Sierra makes a decision to save Carly. Now that Taylor and Lily are now at the tree farm things are heating up with all 4 gals and their men.
The author wrote a smooth flowing story line.The author puts a lot of effort into her characters in this book and it shows in the way they interact with each other and in the story.
This book is for any paranormal romance book reader who like some drama with their romance. This part starts where part 2 leaves off so please read in order.

This is a review for books #1-#8, I thought this would be easier then doing a review on each individually because once I started reading I couldn't stop.
I love this series! The characters are awesome and it's kind of a twist on the typical werebear story. There is love, mystery, disappointment, intrigue - everything that I want in a story. Each book is a pretty fast read and once I started reading I had to keep jumping right into the next book. I am going to go crazy waiting for book #9! If you love werebear stories this is a wonderful series.

Awesome installment in the series! Violet keeps you guessing how things arw going to be and makes you want more!
Carly and Brady are finding their way through sharing leadership and their marriage where Sierra and Keith have another battle to fight...Victor. Victor is totally messing with Sierra's head and it's starting to affect her relationship with Keith.
This does end in a cliffhanger but is still totally awesome and makes you want more!!!!!

Received the book from the author for an honest review. Book three is the series sees Carly learning about her true heritage and poor Sierra struggling with the man she loves and the one who turned her into a bear and wants to claim her. I usually don't dislike characters in a book but this Victor guy, I don't really like so much . Can't wait to see what happens to poor Sierra and I want to see someone straighten out Victor!

You don't often find shot stories to have such great plots as this book and series does. Usually there's not enough time to fit it all in, in a short read but somehow she made it work. I thought it was well written and you got a good feel for the characters in such a short time frame. However, I must warn you, HUGE cliffhanger in book three. Otherwise, loving the series so far. A great enjoyable mini read.

I really love this werebear soap opera! Let see what to spill mmmmm ok . Carly found her birth mom and Sierra was attacked at Carly's wedding and is now a werebear too and the evil guy that bit her will not stop talking in her head.

Jam packed full of warm, wonderful characters. The writing is filled with witty dialog, impressive plot lines and spicy sex scenes. Waiting for the next book is starting to weigh me down. Now, I know what it was like in the early days of radio, when you had to wait for the next program to learn what happens next! And I will be waiting!!

The Story Develops
This piece of the story sets the direction for the next part. Sierra is really struggling with Keith due to Victor. Carly is learning more about her family. Additional women they met on the trip arrive to meet their mates. I wish it was longer and that I felt like something was accomplished. It seemed like everything is open ended at this point.

I really am loving this series but each book has the potential to be longer and even better than it already is. I feel that each story has been condensed a tad much. This book is somewhat darker than the others due to the machinations of Victor And Keith attraction to the new arrival. its the sort of situation I'd gossip about . A good read and I can't wait for the next one.

Part 3 of Called by the Bear, a Werebear Shifter series
Carly is happy, Sierra is miserable, Lily and Taylor have just arrived on the scene. The female leaders are plotting for the good of the three bear clans and Alphas are everywhere!

This series getting more interesting with each installment. The author does a wonderful job of drawing you into the story right away and keeping you captivated. Emotions run high with Sierra being changed into a werebear under less than ideal circumstances. Plans are being set into motion, I'm curious to see where this is going. I'm looking forward to reading what happens next.

Just keeps getting better
I'm eagerly awaited part 4. This is quite an adventure. I think Carly has her hands fully but Donna and Marion are there to back her up. Strong women characters really make this story even more exciting.

The plot is all over the place
The plot jumps around too much. I wish the author would concluded one issue before starting several others. I'll read books four and five just to see if V. Vaughn concludes any of the open issues in the books.
