The section on Reproductive Health is exceptional as it outlines, in easy to understand language, what's normal and what's not. As a mom of three teenage girls, this chapter has been a godsend in providing information that relieves anxiety when things are a little off and provides a good plum line as to when to make an appointment to see a doc. The chapters on Mental and Emotional Health are timely and needed. Go buy this book.
