Wow. This book was scorching. I loved every minute of it.
Ares, Silas and Avery will take you for one hell of a ride.
Ares, the Butcher of the club quickly rises in the ranks. Soon, he becomes the VP. He is a tortured man with a lit of demons haunting him. But he is loyal and kind to his brothers and their women
His loneliness is quickly cured when Avery enters his life. Avery is the girl of his best friend and club brother, 2 Piece aka Silas. He wants her but there is a catch; he wants Silas too. The book unfolds as the three of them explore their unorthodox relationship. But is it just lust or will there be love involved? Can love be divided into three souls or is their affair doomed to fail?
I loved the story. It was a unique MC read and a very intimate book about the love between three people who belonged together. It breaks stereotypes and rules. There is passion and there is danger. If you love the genre, do not miss this.
I cannot wait for Friction and Twist's story.

Interesting take on a ménage relationship with bikers. I couldn't pass it up without tending to my curiosity. It was pretty hot, but the plot and storyline was kind of lacking. It might be because I haven't read any others in the series, but it does say it can be read as a standalone. It had one of my pet peeves -- the mc's feelings were already developed at the beginning of the story. I'd call this one ménage erotica with some biker drama thrown in. I do think it was worth the $0.99 though.

My Review of Forsaken Control by Sapphire Knight
My Rating 5 Blazing Stars!!
Sapphire Knight has cranked it up several notches with Forsaken Control. Scorching “HOT” may still be a bit mild for as explosive as Forsaken Control is! I have fallen in love with all of Sapphire Knights Books, and her exceptional characters she so effectively brings to us the reader. To be honest this one has taken my heart and melted my panties!
We are given an in depth look at Avery and 2 piece’s relationship, and how their bond as a couple is strong, but with Ares also known as “The Butcher” we first met Avery and 2 piece in RelinQuish Oath Keepers MC book. (If you haven’t read it, “You Should”) they all find they’re complete.
Ares has a domineering presence and for so long has never felt the need to be in a relationship, Until Avery and 2 piece, and himself that he realizes he must have them both. He is unsure how this will all work out and if it’s even possible. Will this relationship be accepted within the MC, and will Avery and 2 piece want to be “HIS.”
This story took me on an emotional ride, watching and waiting to see just what will happen next. The anticipation, and so many twists and turns, and the blow your mind happenings. This story has it all. Sapphire gives us Suspense, Humor, and some blow your mind love scenes. What a beautiful love story as it gives us a strong supportive brotherhood, Unconditional love, The beauty of three that will take your breath away.
I highly recommend reading this story or any of Sapphire Knights books, as you are taken on a journey…..One you’ll never forget!

Oh my! This is definitely one of the best for erotic MC books out there; You will not be disappointed in the heat in this book. Whew, panty melting indeed.
In this book, we are given a in depth look at Ares “The Butcher” and his relationship with Avery and 2 piece. They have a complex relationship together. When you read the story, we see that Avery and 2 piece’s relationship is quite strong and unbreakable. But in this story, this is telling where he fits in with Avery and 2piece’s relationship. Ares is quite the dark character and the story does flash back to to his past and how he had some painful , hurtful things happen and oh how I hurt for him but it has made him into the bada** that he is today and oh how yummy he is. I love how in this story, he kept away from commitment and from relationships but how all that changed when he met Avery and 2piece. Its like they are a whole piece to a missing puzzle and they are now complete. There are some twists and turns on this emotional journey and I loved every moment of it. Watching this big bad dominant man find his way to the light was wonderful and I enjoyed how Avery and 2piece also found that even though they thought they were ok separate, they were fantastic whole as 3. I don’t want to give away any spoilers but there are some awesome big revels and there is one that will BLOW your mind. I HIGHLY recommend this story-starting with the MC Brotherhood proving the backdrop and the help they give their brethren along with some intense, breathtaking lovemaking scenes to some heartwarming scenes between the MC, I highly recommend this book, you will not go wrong.

WARNING: This book is very steamy, the sex is un fucking believably hot ! Ares is the Enforcer of the Oathkeepers MC & then he gets voted to Vice President. His best friends are Cameron & 2Piece. Avery is 2Piece's old lady & sometimes Ares joins them for a threesome. Ares wants more from both of them but he keeps it to himself, he feels like he's in love with both of them. Whenever they have had a threesome Ares & 2Piece don't touch each other but Ares wants that to change he wants to have sex with both of them. Avery feels guilty because although she loves 2Piece very much she also has feelings for Ares & craves his dominance. 2Piece is totally confused especially after him & Ares have sex for the first time without Avery being there. I loved this book, it was a beautiful love story & I was really happy that the other guys in the MC were so excepting of the trios relationship.

HOLY FUCKING HELL!!! All things sinful, dark and dangerous...

Can someone please thrown some damn holy water on my because after this? I think I need cleansing and some therapy.. jesus!
Here I thought I have read all there could be when it comes to a steamy love story. How wrong was I. In FORSAKEN CONTROL we not only get an alpha male who has his eyes on that girl who makes his mind anything but function normally, but we ALSO get ANOTHER guy thrown in there. Yup. 2 guys and 1 girl. Mhmmmm. Have panties disappeared yet? That's only the beginning.
In this darkly gripping and all things sinful of a story, we have Ares, a member of a Motorcycle Club who becomes the VP and has his heart and mind set on what he always considered as his - Avery. Avery is 2 Piece's girl and that's not the only problem when it comes to Ares having what he craves, he has his eyes set on him too, 2 Piece, and if only he could get them to understand his need for them both..
It's so messed up that you'd never think it would makes sense, but in every way possible, it does. I don't normally read MMF stories, and I can tell you now that the total number I did read, I could count on my one hand - so not many at all. It's just not something that I can connect with or that I have that great of an interest in.
HOWEVER, delving into Forsaken Control? Holy mother of all things sinfully bad that can only every be good in keeping your mind insane. I mean, really Sapphire Knight? I had no idea what to expect but when it came to that very last page, my face probably resembled an insane looking idiot who had mascara running down her cheeks, whilst clutching her kindle like it held the biggest secret. It just worked so bloody well. Every element.
The authors writing is so dark yet calm and fluent? The beginning wasn't as addictive as many MC books previously and currently read, but it has that element of mystery, darkness and eeriness that made it all that addictive. I don't know how to explain it but, the first quarter or even third of the books was going slow but fast at the same time?
I learned so much about each of the characters but it went at a leisurely pace? And throughout the entire story it had those little contradictions or oxymoron's if you'd prefer that in my point of view, made it unlike many books I've read before. It was simply a BREATH. OF. FRESH. AIR.
Dark.
Mysterious.
Steamy.
HOT. HOT. HOT.
Erotic.
Heartbreaking.
Soulful.
Addictive.
Smart.
Bad-ass.
FORSAKEN CONTROL had every element I never knew I would LOVE in an MC based book. The way Ares's feelings were portrayed towards 2 Piece and vice versa, was done so well that I found it hard not to be able to connect with their sides of view. This was a first for me so I give grateful applause to the author for breaking my MMF virginity hahah ;) It was just perfection. The fluidity between what Ares thought and how that was counterbalanced with why he shouldn't be thinking it, ended up providing a sort of argument of my own as to the why not's in any given situation that those characters went through.
Every moment that I thought "No freaking way", something would happen and I'd just sit there, taking in a moment, trying to rationalize how in the hell that actually makes so much sense. This happened throughout the entire story, and since it was so easy to connect with the characters, I flew through the book and wanted so much more when I regretfully came to the 'The End' mark *frown*
The story only ever gets more interesting, darker and mysterious the deeper you delve into it.. You get to explore whether Ares will forever or only ever be the third wheel in between 2 people that he could only ever wish were his.. And his "messed up" mind goes through such a roller coaster ride, especially after becoming the VP.. I teared up a few times, other times I just had to hug my kindle and tell myself that this is only fiction. That my emotions are too messed up to ever feel this deep connection with the characters..
But at the end of the day? Words on pages, when done as well as with Sapphire Knight's FORSAKEN CONTROL, can in the very least prove that emotions + vibes speak for themselves. And I got one damn strong vibe from this book, which reminds me, has anyone got that holy water?? ... Sigh.. I need more Ares!!

It was a gorgeously, sexy, steamy, hot and all things sinful of a read, but I loved the element of the calm, eeriness, mystery and above all, the dominating alpha male darkness that made this a delicious read.

Forsaken Control is a surprise assault on the senses. It’s achingly heart-breaking, intensely emotional, and infinitely healing. Without your consent, this story will seep into your very soul and bring you to your knees in a painfully sweet submission. What an absolutely incredible journey to have the privilege to take part in!

Watching him open up and accept the love that was just waiting for him with arms open wide brought out so many emotions for me. It was such an astoundingly breath-taking journey that I enjoyed every minute experiencing. His brothers were amazing men who loved each other and their families with no holds barred, and I was truly taken aback by the depth of their devotion. What a wonderful story!

I plan on reading more from her as I have fallen in love with not only Ares but the other man of the OathKeepers MC. This sounds like an incredibly amazing series that I don’t want to miss out on! Sapphire Knight is a wonderfully talented author who has created a spectacular world of flawed but beautiful characters that you can’t help but fall in love with.

I was given an arc for a honest review from my friend Author Sapphire Knight and this is my review.
Wow....I have read every book written by this talented Author and this one left me with book drop. I wanted it to keep going. Ares is such a big strong man who is dedicated and loyal and also a hard man who puts up with nothing and has people running scared of him...I mean he is nicknamed the 'Butcher' for a reason. We fell in love with 2 Piece and Avery in their book as Avery fought her way into his heart. There are many sides to Avery, she is sweet, kind and loving. All of which 2 Piece is able to return, but she also has a kinky side which she craves to have fulfilled, enter Ares. What started off as a manage of sorts with a friendly 'friend with benefits' type of relationship with Ares joining them during their intimate part of the relationship when asked quickly begins a road of feelings for Ares.
He just doesn't share that it's not just Avery he's fallen for...he's also falling for her Ol' man. He fears 2 Pieces reaction. This menage turns into a love triangle that soon becomes the most intense love story ever told. Ares is not a quitter and he wont stop until he has both the people he loves in his grip. Only there's a problem another club wants Ares out of his position withing the club, and wants Avery or London as incentive that this will happen.
Ha, their crazy if they think the men of this MC will sit back and let their women become a bargaining chip. NO ONE takes or harms the women these guys love and protect. More than once Avery is in danger as these men try and hurt hurt and that is too many for 2 Piece and Ares. Revenge is on their minds, only one of them wants to do it logically where their will be no blow-back possibly coming back to haunt them and her or anyone else possibly being harmed and the other is a hot head who wants to take immediate action.
This book deserves 5 stars and I cannot wait until the next book is released. Sapphire as usual you have wowwed me. Congratulations on a amazing series and I hope you continue. I personally will be sad if it ends. I could never get tired of hearing about these characters. You've made them feel like family.

The author doesn’t hide the love that there is between Avery and 2 Piece, she celebrates what they mean to each other but there is more, they need more and when Ares steps up to make his feelings clear, what will the couple do?
Can they turn their backs on him, a man that loves them both or will they address what is going on in their lives and find a way to welcome in a love that is being given unconditionally.
The relationship between them is lustful, smoulderingly erotic and I just could not get enough.
The disclosure of the relationship, detailed against the background of the MC is a stroke of genius because the club brings its own issues and prejudices to the fore. It shows that no matter how safe you think you are, life within the club means that what you have can never be taken for granted.
But when the secrets are unearthed, justice for the misdeeds must be exacted.
I loved the whole club dynamic, the mystery that was entwined around the core of a relationship that was the epitome of what it means to love and be loved, to accept that love doesn’t come in a ready fit mould, that what works for some will not work for others.
A definition of love from start to finish, this is a story that I loved from start to finish. I loved the fact that it took a situation and introduced it to the most macho of circles, into a brotherhood where an “old lady” is effectively property and where you stand tall and stand together for those you love more than life itself, in whatever guise that takes.

Ok, this book isn't my normal genre and definitely out of my normal comfort zone with regards to sexual content. I'm not a huge fan of MC books, but I have read them before and this one is definitely the most unconventional book in this genre I've read. There was some very graphic violence, which is expected in an MC book but I totally didn't expect the M/M/F threesome I stumbled upon. I have nothing against homosexuality or bi-sexuality, it's just not something that I usually find in the books I chose to read. Despite that I was still intrigued by the raw, intense and sexually charged story. My 3.5 star review is not a reflection of the author's talents at telling the story, but rather a rating of my own personal preferences within a adult romance. Also, this book can be read as a stand alone. I read it without reading any of the previous books, but I feel I was sort of at a disadvantage so I would recommend if you are into this kind of story that you start at the beginning.

Wow. These book was Sapphires best one out of the series. We finally get Ares story & what a ride. This book was definitely the HOTTEST one by far. The scenes were tasteful & beautiful.
This is about Ares & him coming to terms with his feelings for another favorite couple. Avery & 2 Piece. The three of them have been engaging in some fun but the guys never got intimate, even though Ares loves Avery, he also loves 2 Piece & wants to take their relationship to the next level. And those scenes were SEXY!!! But can the three of them all be in a relationship or will they fall apart?!? Secrets are revealed & there are threats coming every which direction.
I loved every page of their story!!
And the best part, we get a 16 year look into the future with Ares. Avery. 2 Piece.
Now onto Twist & Sadie!!!

Phew! Wait a minute while i take a breath and wipe the sweat from my brow!
This one is definitely one i will remember that is for sure. Two strong alphas with one coming out on top more than the other but in a great way ( and i mean a GREAT way ) Ares and 2 Piece. Then enters Avery and BOOM! But i know what your thinking, wait what? i know i asked the same question as i started this book and was confused but as i read on it hit me like a truck and i was soo deep into this book that i could not put it down! i love stories like this where the unexpected happens and it throws you for a loop and you just have to keep reading to find out what happens! Really glad i read this one that is for sure!!

This book was smoking hot! I love the storyline and the author did an amazing job with these characters. Their story is different than most trios in that there is already an established relationship between 2 of the characters and they are adding the third. It makes it a more emotional read. The characters have to work their way through their conflictions and doubts. These characters seem to really come alive and jump out at you. Their struggles and inner emotional turmoil keep you hooked into the story. And then of course you have the MC and their mindset ever present throughout the story. I thought it was a very bold way to go with an MC romance. Kudos to this author on an amazing book!

Going In I had high expectations as I have read Sapphire previous books and really enjoyed them. I was not disappointed in fact Ares is now my new favourite book boyfriend. Not only is he hot but he is wickedly kinky. Ares comes from a troubled and dark past, but is willing to step back to ensure the happiness of those he loves. He is a club man who is strong on so many levels. With Ares love interests I found my self enjoy their unique circumstances and the very steamy sex scenes. I didn't want this ride to end. Holy hell there is a whole lot of hotness happening in Ares' story. He is just delicious. Yes he is a badass scary biker man, but he has a wonderful way with the naughty talk and is all about his triad. And there is some serious sizzle going on with the three of them. At first he's feeling all guilty and unsure, then something happens that makes him the one to pull them all together. I so loved their story and can't wait to read the next book in the series.

What happens when one brother claims another brothers ol' lady, well if its Areas and 2 its one steamy story with some of the hottest sex ever. All the while having to deal with a threat to the clubhouse, and car chases this one will have reading it in one sitting.

Gah! What a great story about love and acceptance. Do what makes you feel good, not what society puts upon you. No huge spoilers here but you will want to read these books in order.
Ares, 2 Piece and Avery are just the perfect triad. So happy for them all.
Loved the added MC business. The author knows how to take the reader on a journey. This one is just getting going and I can't wait for more!

This is book 5 in the Oath Keepers MC series and the first i have read, this can definitely b read as a standalone but obviously its best read as the series..
This is Ares Book
Ares is a bad ass biker, he is nicknamed The Butcher because he is brutal in interrogating and torturing his rivals.. he is a quiet man and never lets many people see what's under his hard exterior, he is also very dominating and what Ares wants Ares gets..
He has also just been patched in as the MC clubs new V.P(vice president), all the brothers at the MC club respect him and many fear him.
He has a very kinky side, he is attracted to women and men and every so often he joins his MC brother 2piece and his girl Avery in some kinky sex sessions, but he has never been intimate with 2Piece.
Avery and 2Piece are a very loving couple, you can tell how much they really love each other. They both adore Ares and ask him to join them sometimes for kinky sex, as he is the king of kink. Feelings between them start to become deeper the more time they spend together.

Ares is a bad ass biker, he is nicknamed The Butcher because he is brutal in interrogating and torturing his rivals.. he is a quiet man and never lets many people see what's under his hard exterior, he is also very dominating and what Ares wants Ares gets..
He has also just been patched in as the MC clubs new V.P(vice president), all the brothers at the MC club respect him and many fear him.

I absofuckinglutely love these books. Everyone of Sapphire's books I read just get better and better. With each book she pushes the boundaries and explodes my mind.
This is technically book 5 in the series. But you can read it on its own if you so wish. Personally I'm very OCD about reading books in order and to get the full impact of the books you need to read them in order.
This book centres on Ares, the club's enforcer. And his growing affection for not only another member's ol' lady but the other member himself. Their relationships develop from a one and a two into a three.
I have to say, I am not big on male on male action. It does nothing for me, and I tend to avoid reading MM books. This does have MM action in it but even for someone that cannot read that it wasn't anything I couldn't manage to read. I did enjoy the menage action between the three of them.
There is one part I absolutely love, it shows that even though they are ol' ladies that they really are not something to be messed with in themselves. It's nice to see them portrayed as strong individual women, ones that don't need their men to fight their battles.
One bit in it annoyed me, it doesn't tell you what happens. That's because it ties into another member's story which I am now chomping at the bit to read!
I love love love the ending, I will NOT give it away but yes its perfect.

This is the fifth book in the Oath Keepers MC series and although I have not read any of the other books it was still easy to understand the back story and know what was going on.
Ares is a tough MC biker and his old nickname of The Butcher derives the type of character he is. With his domineering ways and dark persona he is not an easy man to know. But he has the backing of his brothers in the MC. He is not one to share his life but he has found himself wanting more from the threesomes he often partakes in with 2 Piece and Avery.
Avery and 2 Piece are an established couple who like to take a walk on the wild side, hence Ares joining them for dirty sex now and again. Only recently things have changed and all are searching for something more. It takes the dominance of Ares to finally take control and move the threesome to that place of love and acceptance they were all yearning for.
The sex scenes were extremely passionate but if I am honest I much preferred it when it was just Ares and 2 Pieces. There’s just something about two hot bikers getting down and raunchy together that flicks my kink switch. I much prefer m/m/m as sometime the women in threesomes can be a little whiney but on this occasion I can say that Avery was a likeable character.
The sub plot of the attacks against the club was interesting and at times violent but gripping none the less. I liked the craziness of the other brothers and the author gave the reader further insight into the club life.
Overall this was a good read and my first by this author. Four stars.

Going into this book I wasn't sure what to expect, I love menage books, probably one of my fav genre's. I've been intrigued by Ares since we met him in Exposed, I knew his story was going to be explosive and heart breaking. What I didn't expect was this, I always figured him to be a one person, this girl is mine, beat on his chest caveman type of guy. So to say I was shocked to learn he was in this unique threesome, would be an understatement.
I never got the vibe from Ares that he was bi, it just wasn't there in previous books and while I thought it was hot that he hooked up with 2 Piece and Avery in Relinquish, I did not expect them to be the ones he was in love with. It just wasn't there for me.
I never really liked Avery, I thought she was too childish at times, and it bugged me. 2 Piece was always a conundrum to me, he's very indulgent to Avery in a very sweet way, but because of what he does for the club, it allows him to have that sweetness, she's his indulgence.

OMG I didn't think I could fall for this couple anymore than I already did than in Relinquish but boy was I wrong. This book will have you needing new panties because it is off the charts HOTT! I have loved every book in this series and I think they just keep getting better and better. This series is definitely on my must read list. They are full of action, secrets, love, sex, sadness, man I could keep going but they honestly have a ton in them and just keep you engrossed in them and you won't want to put it down. This book is a definite must read!!!
I don't want to give too much away but in this book you have Avery and 2 piece who are together. 2 piece invites Ares in to their sex life occasionally when Avery asks for it. Ares can give her something that 2 piece doesn't and she starts having feelings for him as well and is conflicted. Meanwhile, Ares has loved them both but silently. He wants them both for himself but doesn't know how to go about letting them know or if he should. One night while they are all together Ares does something that gets 2 piece thinking. 2 piece is definitely conflicted about what he feels and needs to come to terms with those feelings as well. They all are battling these feelings internally.
Will they be able to work out their feelings? Will they open up to each other about how they feel for each other? Will all involved be accepting of those feelings or will this break up the relationship that 2 piece and Avery have? Would the MC be accepting of them if Ares can get his way?

This is the 5th book in the series. While this book can be read as a standalone, I recommend reading the prior books before reading this one even though it is not necessary. It just enhances the story in my opinion. OMG this story was amazeballs!!!!! It was freakin hot, I am still fanning myself as I write this review. The story had sucked me in and consumed my being from beginning to end. I didn't want it to end!
This story is about Ares a hot, alpha, dirty MC biker. He is a very controlled man who doesn't let very many if few get to see a different caring side of him, that is until Avery and 2 Piece. They have played around before but now something has changed and Ares has made it known that he wants Avery and 2 Piece. The times that they are together are unbelievably hot, steamy, and passionate. 2 Piece and Ares together alone OMG freakin hot. All I have to say is taking a shower now has a new meaning for me. The ending was perfect, not gonna lie I cried.
I can't wait to see what happens next in the story. Will Twist and Sadie have their chance or will a ghost from their past interfere? I will patiently wait.
