Absolutely helpful great book
This is a great book on how to find out and show your accomplishments to come one step closer to that raise or promotion. I liked the author’s insightful ideas, tips and stories that he shared and believe that this book can absolutely help everyone with a raise or a promotion irrespective of their profession. I liked that it gives examples taking into account a variety of different jobs, and it even has a chapter on how employers can use this system as well which is very helpful.
I would absolutely recommend it!
