The concept of the book is in the title ... If you have initial idea of what is compound effect don't waste your time to read this book . Through out the book the author keeps focusing on what is compound effect and how it changes his life and life of people whom he coaches.

My only issue with this book is that I have previous knowledge of the compound effect idea from The great book "The Slight Edge" also I'm against the classic way of self development books that keeps motivating me and then give me list of 1000 things to do.
