Using an avatar named Tobin, he learns firsthand what it’s like to be a part of the virtual community that makes up OverWorld. I’m a native of Portland, Maine and currently live in Wiscasset, Maine. My major genre of writing is a mixture of contemporary fantasy and science fiction aimed at a teen audience, as well as short stories with varying genres.

I started writing in middle school and focused mainly on writing fan fiction. When I got to high school I started focusing more on original work, and by the end of my senior year I had completed the first draft of my first novel. I intended to keep writing first and foremost a hobby, but one which I put considerable time in.

While I enjoy writing, my full time job is being a research chemist in the medical industry. Aside from writing, I enjoy brewing beer, spending time outdoors, and seeking ways to continue improving myself.
