Wow.
If you are looking for a hot, but different, and exceedingly well-written BDSM book, look no further.
Mia is a photographer and goes to a club to photograph the club's owner, Michael. But they quickly engage in more than photography.
Reasons why this books is different (and I hope this isn't a spoiler):
1. They switch off who is dominant and who is the submissive
2. There's a whole lot of real communication between the partners
3. It goes deeper than just the "I want to be his sub" feeling. There's a more thorough explanation of the emotions involved in this kind of sexual experience.
And its gorgeously written.
This is part one but it doesn't end on a cliffhanger. It's an episode. It's more of a promise of more to come.
Sensuous, emotional, and very, very erotic. So worth reading. Five stars.

Good, but too much, too soon
I thought this was well done, and I look forward to reading more about the Mia and Michael and their budding relationship. But I think they moved right I to doing scenes together a little too quickly. Given the nature of their initial relationship, I'd have liked to see a little more talking before the action.

I need to read more on these two. Although I felt the story kinda rushed into the hot and steamy considering there is a professional reason that she was there in the first place, but I still truly enjoyed the story. I would love to read how the shoot goes and how much trouble she can get herself into.

Mia and Michael's story is captivating from the start and left me breathless by the end, with a hopeful wish that Ms. Alvarez will one day continue it.
The chemistry between the two characters is so hot that I could almost feel the sparks of their attraction myself.

Mias a photographer and Michael runs a BDSM club. Mias hired to take pictures but Michael wants more. Chemistry happens and the spanking commences. It's a good read if you're into that type of book.
